Cyclocondensation of aliphatic diamines with CH2O and H2S (1:3:2 ratio, 0 °C) was carried out to give thiadiazabicyclanes and dithiadiazabicyclanes (1:6:4 ratio), which were previously difficult to synthesize. Symmetric α,ω-bis-1,3,5-dithiazinanes were synthesized at 80 °C by this reaction. The stereochemistry of thiadiazabicyclanes was assigned by 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy and by theoretical DFT calculations, and of bis-dithiazinanes by X-ray diffraction study in the solid state.  相似文献

Treatment of 1,4‐disubstituted 1,2,3‐triazoles with aryl chlorides in the presence of potassium carbonate under palladium catalysis and microwave irradiation at 250 °C for 15 min leads to arylation of the triazole at the 5‐position. A variety of functional groups, including ester and hydroxy groups, are compatible. The procedure is suitable for the regioselective preparation of trisubstituted triazoles. Microwave irradiation accelerates the reaction, thus allowing the rapid synthesis of trisubstituted triazoles, which are difficult to synthesize selectively.  相似文献

Synthesis of the Stannatetraphospholanes (tBuP)4SnR2 (R = tBu, nBu, C6H5) and (tBuP)4Sn(Cl)nBu Molecular and Crystal Structure of (tBuP)4Sn(tBu)2 The reaction of the diphosphide K2[tBuP-(tBuP)2-PtBu] 4 with the halogenostannanes (tBu)2SnCl2, (nBu)2SnCl2, (C6H5)2SnCl2 or nBuSnCl3 in a molar ratio of 1 : 1 leads via a [4 + 1]-cyclocondensation reaction to the stannatetraphospholanes (tBuP)4SnR2 3 b–3 d and (tBuP)4Sn(Cl)nBu 3 e , respectively, with the binary 5-membered P4Sn ring system. 3 b was characterized by a single crystal structure analysis; the 5-membered ring exists in a planar conformation. The compounds 3 b–3 e were identified by NMR and also by mass spectroscopy; the 31P{1H}-NMR spectra of 3 b–3 d showed an AA′MM′ (AA′MM′X), 3 e on the other hand an ABCD (ABCDX) spin system.  相似文献

Using four basis bets, (6‐311G(d,p), 6‐31+G(d,p), 6‐31++G(2d,2p), and 6‐311++G(3df,3pd), the optimized structures with all real frequencies were obtained at the MP2 level for the dimers CH2O? HF, CH2O? H2O, CH2O? NH3, and CH2O? CH4. The structures of CH2O? HF, CH2O? H2O, and CH2O? NH3 are cycle‐shaped, which result from the larger bend of σ‐type hydrogen bonds. The bend of σ‐type H‐bond O…H? Y (Y?F, O, N) is illustrated and interpreted by an attractive interaction of a chemically intuitive π‐type hydrogen bond. The π‐type hydrogen bond is the interaction between one of the H atoms of CH2O and lone pair(s) on the F atom in HF, the O atom in H2O, or the N atom in NH3. In contrast with the above three dimers, for CH2O? CH4, because there is not a π‐type hydrogen bond to bend its linear hydrogen bond, the structure of CH2O? CH4 is noncyclic shaped. The reaction of Ph(2)PNHPPh(2) (PNP) with RNCS (Et, Ph, p-NO(2)(C(6)H(4))) gives addition products resulting from the attack of the P atoms of PNP on the electrophilic carbon atom of the isothiocyanate. When PNP is reacted with EtNCS in a 1:2 molar ratio, the zwitterionic molecule EtNHC(S)PPh(2)==NP(+)Ph(2)C(S)N(-)Et (HSNS) is obtained in high yield. HSNS can be protonated (H(2)SNS(+)) or deprotonated (SNS(-)), behaving in the latter form as an S,N,S-donor pincer ligand. The reaction of HSNS with [(acac)Rh(CO)(2)] (acac=acetylacetonate) affords the zwitterionic metalate [(SNS)Rh(CO)]. Other products can be obtained depending on the R group, the PNP/RNCS ratio (1:1 or 1:2), and the reaction temperature. The proposed product of the primary attack of PNP on RNCS, Ph(2)PN==PPh(2)C(S)NHR (A), cannot be isolated. Reaction of A with another RNCS molecule leads to 1:2 addition compounds of the general formula RNHC(S)PPh(2)==NP(+)Ph(2)C(S)N(-)R (1), which can rearrange into the non-zwitterionic product RNHC(S)PPh(2)==NP(S)Ph(2) (2) by eliminating a molecule of RNC. Two molecules of A can react together, yielding 1:1 PNP/RNCS zwitterionic products of the formula RNHCH[PPh(2)==NP(S)Ph(2)]PPh(2)==NP(+)Ph(2)C(S)N(-)R (3). Compound 3 can then rearrange into RNHCH[PPh(2)==NP(S)Ph(2)](2) (4) by losing a RNC molecule. When R=Et (a), compounds 1 a, 2 a (HSNS), and 4 a have been isolated and characterized. When R=Ph (b), compounds 2 b and 4 b can be prepared in high yield. When R=p-NO(2)C(6)H(4) (c), only compound 3 c is observed and isolated in high yield. The crystal structures of HSNS, [(SNS)Rh(CO)], and of the most representative products have been determined by X-ray diffraction methods.  相似文献

Treatment of 2-(tert-butyl)-1,2,3,4-benzotetrazinium tetrafluoroborates with sodium thiocyanate afforded 2-(tert-butylazo)phenyl isothiocyanates 3, which exist in equilibrium with 2-(tert-butyl)-1,2,4-benzotriazine-3(2H)-thiones 3′. The equilibrium depends on the substituents R in the benzene ring: the percentage of the open isomer 3 is about 20% for R = H or Me; for R = Cl or Br, the equilibrium is completely shifted to cyclic isomer 3′. The equilibrium is slow on the time scale of the 1H and 13C NMR experiments. For compounds 3a/3′a (R = H), the spectra at 24 °C show two sets of signals, while those at 0 °C contain only signals for isomer 3′a. Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. Abstract

One of the highly emerging and an important aspect of organic chemistry is the metal catalyzed synthesis of heterocycles. The methods used earlier for the synthesis of heterocycles were significant in the organic synthesis and developing cost-effective, improved and facial methods were beneficial to construct the complex architectures. For the both stereoselective and regioselective synthesis of six-membered nitrogen containing heterocycles, cyclic reactions that are Ag-mediated have known to be very efficient. The present review covers the applications of Ag in the formation of six-membered nitrogen containing heterocycles.  相似文献

Reactions of the phosphonio‐benzophospholide π‐complexes 3a, b[Cr] with [M(CO)5(olefin)] or of the σ‐complexes 2a, b[M] (M = Cr, Mo, W) with [M(CO)3(aren)] lead to the first binuclear complexes 4a, b[CrM] featuring phosphonoio‐benzophospholides as μ‐bridging 8e‐donor ligands to two group 6 metal atoms. The constitution of the products was determined by spectroscopic and X‐ray diffraction studies. Mixed complexes with both group 6 and 7 metals were not accessible. Mechanistic studies showed that the reactions follow a complicated mechanism whose single steps may involve transfer of either M(CO)n fragments or single CO ligands between complexes; the latter are associated with a σ/π‐coordination isomerization of the benzophospholide unit. Competition between both reaction channels can lead to the formation of product mixtures whose composition is controlled by the relative thermodynamic stabilities of the products. Computational studies suggest that in the more stable isomer of heterobimetallic complexes 4a, b[MM′] end‐on coordination to the heavier and side‐on coordination to the lighter metal atom is preferred.  相似文献

We have investigated the network of reactions observed for the photochromic 4'-hydroxy-6-nitroflavylium compound in aqueous solutions upon pH changes (including pH jump and stopped flow experiments) and light excitation. The changes observed in the NMR and UV/Vis spectra allowed identification of ten different forms in which this compound can be transformed depending on the experimental conditions. Equilibrium and kinetic constants have been determined. Compared with other members of the flavylium family, 4'-hydroxy-6-nitroflavylium is characterized by a large cis-->trans isomerization barrier, and a very efficient hydration reaction. These peculiar features allow writing, reading, storing and erasing photonic information on 4'-hydroxy-6-nitroflavylium by a novel cyclic process that involves the following steps: write-lock/read/unlock/enable-erase/erase.  相似文献
