The vibrational, rotational, and centrifugal constants have been calculated for the ground electronic states of KRb and RbCs molecules. The calculation is performed using the semiempirical potential curves constructed in a wide range of internuclear distances. Summary A computer procedure TFIT, which uses a molecular superposition force field to flexibly match test compounds to a 3D pharmacophore, was evaluated to find out whether it could reliably predict the bioactive conformations of flexible ligands. The program superposition force field optimizes the overlap of those atoms of the test ligand and template that are of similar chemical type, by applying an attractive force between atoms of the test ligand and template which are close together and of similar type (hydrogen bonding, charge, hydrophobicity). A procedure involving Monte Carlo torsion perturbations, followed by torsional energy minimization, is used to find conformations of the test ligand which cominimize the internal energy of the ligand and the superposition energy of ligand and template. The procedure was tested by applying it to a series of flexible ligands for which the bioactive conformation was known experimentally. The 15 molecules tested were inhibitors of thermolysin, HIV-1 protease or endothiapepsin for which X-ray structures of the bioactive conformation were available. For each enzyme, one of the molecules served as a template and the others, after being conformationally randomized, were fitted. The fitted conformation was then compared to the known binding geometry. The matching procedure was successful in predicting the bioactive conformations of many of the structures tested. Significant deviation from experimental results was found only for parts of molecules where it was readily apparent that the template did not contain sufficient information to accurately determine the bioactive conformation.  相似文献

Asymptotic boundary condition (ABC) of laser-atom interaction presented recently is applied to transform the initial value problem of the time-dependent Schrödinger equation (TDSE) in infinite space into the initial and boundary value problem in the finite space, and then the TDSE is discretized into linear canonical equations by substituting the symmetry difference quotient for the 2-order partial derivative. The canonical equation is solved by symplectic algorithm. The ground state and the equal weight coherent superposition of the ground state and the first excited state have been taken as the initial conditions, respectively, while we calculate the population of bound states, the evolution of average distance and the high-order harmonic generation (HHG). The conversion efficiency of HHG can be enhanced by initial coherent superposition state and moderate laser intensities  相似文献

The intensity and lineshape of the Doppler-broadened 752.033-GHz (211 202) rotational transition of H2O has been studied passively using a high-resolution two-stage heterodyne radiometer with single-sideband system noise temperature of 45,000 K. The purpose of the experiments was to demonstrate the observability at submillimeter wavelengths of a high-altitude rocket plume simulated by a laboratory H2O jet in a vacuum chamber. First-stage mixing was accomplished by means of a GaAs Schottky diode with first local-oscillator power supplied by a CO2-laser pumped formic-acid laser (761.61 GHz), generating and X-band IF signal. Second localoscillator power was provided by a tunable C-band source. One-MHz resolution capability was obtained by means of a 3-GHz waveguide cavity filter with only 9-dB insertion loss. In the H2O jet experiments, the center frequency of the line was determined to within 1 MHz of the previously reported value. A rotational temperature 75 K, a linewidth 5 MHz, and a Doppler shift 3 MHz (from a 45-degree rotation of the flow direction) were measured with the line-of-sight intersecting the jet axis at a distance downstream of 30 nozzle diameters. These absorption data were ogtained against continuum background radiation sources at temperatures of 1175 and 300 K.  相似文献

The effect of the nature of substituents at sp2-hybridized silicon atom in the R2Si=CH2 (R = SiH3, H, Me, OH, Cl, F) molecules on the structure and energy characteristics of complexes of these molecules with ammonia, trimethylamine, and tetrahydrofuran was studied by the ab initio (MP4/6-311G(d)//MP2/6-31G(d)+ZPE) method. As the electronegativity, χ, of the substituent R increases, the coordination bond energies, D(Si← N(O)), increase from 4.7 to 25.9 kcal mol−1 for the complexes of R2Si=CH2 with NH3, from 10.6 to 37.1 kcal mol−1 for the complexes with Me3N, and from 5.0 to 22.2 kcal mol−1 for the complexes with THF. The n-donor ability changes as follows: THF ≤ NH3 < Me3N. The calculated barrier to hindered internal rotation about the silicon—carbon double bond was used as a measure of the Si=C π-bond energy. As χ increases, the rotational barriers decrease from 18.9 to 5.2 kcal mol−1 for the complexes with NH3 and from 16.9 to 5.7 kcal mol−1 for the complexes with Me3N. The lowering of rotational barriers occurs in parallel to the decrease in D π(Si=C) we have established earlier for free silenes. On the average, the D π(Si=C) energy decreases by ∼25 kcal mol−1 for NH3· R2Si=CH2 and Me3N·R2Si=CH2. The D(Si←N) values for the R2Si=CH2· 2Me3N complexes are 11.4 (R = H) and 24.3 kcal mol−1 (R = F). sp2-Hybridized silicon atom can form transannular coordination bonds in 1,1-bis[N-(dimethylamino)acetimidato]silene (6). The open form (I) of molecule 6 is 35.1 and 43.5 kcal mol−1 less stable than the cyclic (II, one transannular Si←N bond) and bicyclic (III, two transannular Si←N bonds) forms of this molecule, respectively. The Raman spectra of ClOF2 + cation in solutions of anhydrous HF were studied. In the ClOF2 +HF2 and ClOF2 +BF4 −HF systems, this cation exists as a pyramidal structure (C s symmetry), while in the ClOF2 +AuF6 −HF system, it exists as a planar structure (C 2v symmetry). Based on nonempirical calculations by the Hartree-Fock-Roothaan method, an explanation for the dependence of the structure of the ClOF2 + cation on the nature of the anion was proposed. For the Cl−O bond vibrations, the correlation functions of vibrational and rotational relaxations were calculated, and the characteristic times of these processes were determined. The main contribution to the formation of the band contours corresponding to the above-mentioned modes is made by the vibrational dephasing. Three-dimensional quantum mechanical calculations for vibrational predissociation of HeI2(B) van der Waals molecules are presented using the time-dependent wave packet technique within the golden rule approxima tion.The total and partial decay widths,lifetimes,rates and their dependence on initial vibrational states were obtained for HeI2 at low initial vibrational excited levels.Our calculations show that the calculated tota decay widths,lifetimes and rates agree well with those extrapolated from experimental data available The predicted total decay widths as a function of initial vibrational states exhibit highly nonlinear behavior.The very short propagation time (less.than 1 ps) required in the golden rule wave packet calculation is determined by the duration time of the final state inter-action between the fragments on the vibrationally deexcited adiabatic potential surface.The final state interaction between the fragments is shown to play an important role in determining the final rotational distri  相似文献

在MP2/aug-cc-pVTZ水平上, 对HCN(HNC)与NH3, H2O和HF分子间可能存在的氢键型复合物进行了全自由度能量梯度优化, 通过在相同水平上的频率验证分析发现了稳定的分子间相互作用形式是HCN(HNC)作为质子供体或作为质子受体形成的复合物. 基组重叠误差对总相互作用能的影响均小于3.34 kJ/mol. 通过自然键轨道(NBO)分析, 研究了单体和复合物中的原子电荷和电荷转移对分子间相互作用的影响. 对称性匹配微扰理论(SAPT, Symmetry Adapted Perturbation Theory)能量分解结果表明, 在分子间相互作用中, 静电作用与诱导作用占主导地位, 而诱导作用与复合物的电荷转移之间具有良好的正相关性.  相似文献

Hydrolyses of phosphorus halides, (RO)(2)POX where R = H or Me and X = F or Cl, in the gas phase and in the reaction field have been investigated theoretically with ab initio and the density functional theory (DFT). The free energy of activation in the reaction field was also estimated using the Onsager method with a correction of entropy change and basis set superposition error (BSSE). The reaction of (MeO)(2)POF proceeds through a path with bifunctional catalysis regardless of the medium, but the reaction of (MeO)(2)POCl proceeds through bifunctional and general base catalysis in the gas phase and in water, respectively. The estimated free energy barrier of 23 kcal/mol for the hydrolysis of (MeO)(2)POF is in good agreement with the experimental values of 24 kcal/mol, and relative barrier of 3 kcal/mol to the (MeO)(2)POCl is also in good agreement with the experimental values of 5 kcal/mol of diisopropyl phosphorus halides ((Pr(i)O)(2)POX, X = F and Cl).  相似文献
