Interaction of vinylpyridines with 1,3-dienes catalyzed by transition metal complexes

The linear and cyclic cooligomerization of 2-vinyl-, 2-methyl-5-vinyl-, and 4-vinylpyridines with 1,3-dienes and trienes catalyzed by complexes of transition metals (Fe, Co, Ni, Mn, Cr, Pd, Ru, Rh, and Zr) was carried out to give unsaturated pyridines containing alkenyl and cycloalkenyl substituents.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. 烯烃歧化催化剂Bu~4N[Mo(CO)~5Cl]-RAlCl~2活性衰减原因的探讨

考察了影响Bu_4N[Mo(CO)_5Cl]-RAlCl_2烯烃歧化催化剂活性的一些因素和反应过程中的动力学行为,并着重讨论催化剂活性衰减的原因。催化剂失活主要是由于形成的金属卡宾活性物种分解所引起。最后分析了烯烃加入顺序对催化剂活性的影响。     

盐酸拓扑替康与人血清白蛋白的相互作用及分子模拟

用荧光光谱法、分光光度法研究了盐酸拓扑替康(topotecan hydrochloride, 简记为THC)与人血清白蛋白(human serum albumins, HSA)的相互结合反应. 计算了反应的结合常数、结合位点数和热力学常数. 盐酸拓扑替康在人血清白蛋白上的结合位置与色氨酸残基间的距离为3.63 nm. 分子模型研究表明, 盐酸拓扑替康与人血清白蛋白的亚结构域IIA结合, 二者间的作用力主要为疏水作用, 此外, 蛋白质的丙氨酸(Ala-291)残基和天冬氨酸(Asp-256)残基与盐酸拓扑替康之间还存在氢键作用力.

四苯硼酸盐的热化学研究——Ⅱ.一价四苯硼酸盐的标准生成焓

本文用自行建立的精密溶解层热装(?)测定了298.15K时,NH_4BPh_4、KBPH_4、RbBPh_4、CsBPh_4、TlBPh_4、AgBPh_4和HgPh_2七种沉淀反应的反应焓,由此计算了一价四苯硼酸盐的标准生成焓、熵及吉布斯自由能.     

Total synthesis of (+)-cylindricine C

A stereoselective total synthesis of (+)-cylindricine C has been achieved starting with (S)-N-Boc-2-pyrrolidinone. The key elements of this synthesis involve the sequence of reactions including BF₃-mediated addition of the allyl Grignard reagent to the cyclic imine, spirocyclization via enamine formation, and intramolecular Michael addition to form the tricyclic core.     

The Dowd-Beckwith ring expansion: a theoretical study

UB3LYP/6-311++G(d,p) and ROMP2/6-311++G(d,p)//UB3LYP/6-311++G(d,p) calculations including the effect of benzene solvent through the PCM-UAHF method render a concerted mechanism without fragmentation as the most favourable one for the Dowd-Beckwith radical ring expansion of the bromomethyl adduct of methyl cyclopentanone-2-carboxylate to yield methyl cyclohexanone-3-carboxylate. The corresponding concerted TS is a bicyclic alcoxy radical.     

利用室温固态反应制备球霰石型CaCO3粒子
