The results of a spectrophotometric investigation of the reaction of the biologically active salt 1-benzoylethylpyridinium-4-aldoxime chloride with aquapentacyanoferrate(II) ion are presented. In spite of the presence of two donor sites, only the carbonyl group of the ligand coordinates to the iron centre. Reaction kinetics are consistent with a dissociative mechanism.  相似文献

The liquid–liquid extraction of copper(II) with Schiff bases in chloroform from sulfate media is studied for pH and concentration of the extractant. Stoichiometry coefficients of the extracted species are determined by the slope analysis method. With salicylideneaniline, the copper(II) is extracted as a mixed chelate complex, CuL2HL. In the presence of substituent, the copper is extracted as simple chelates, CuL2. The trends in the values of extraction constants were explained in terms of the nature of the substituents.  相似文献

本文采用浸演法制备了一系列Pt-Pd/Y-AlzO,催化剂,并考察其对正己烷,正丁醉和苯的催化氧化性能.结果表明,Pt-Pd双组分催化剂对极性有机物正丁醉有很高的氧化活性,而对于非极性有机物苯和正己烷的氧化活性相对较差.对Y-AlzOa载体进行高温预处理后,催化剂对苯和正己烷的氧化活性有明显提高.  相似文献

The reduction–carburization of tungsten trioxide (WO3) under carbon monoxide flow was studied in the temperature range of 300–750 °C. The reduction–carburization of WO3 was improved by mechanically mixing with zeolite-HX, -NaX and -KX. The interaction between cation in zeolite-X and oxygen in WO3 affected the improvement of the reduction–carburization of WO3 to WC. Moreover, the improved reduction–carburization of WO3 could lead to the decrease of reaction temperature. Because the particle size of WC is in contact with a reaction temperature, the nanophase WC can be prepared at low temperature. In particular, the particle size of WC was controlled by reaction temperature. The particle sizes of produced WC at 550, 650 and 700 °C were 25, 50 and 100 nm respectively.  相似文献

The reduction of 4‐nitrophenol (Nip) into 4‐aminophenol (Amp) by NaBH4, which is catalyzed by both binary and ternary yolk–shell noble‐metal/SnO2 heterostructures, is reported. The binary heterostructures contain individual Au or Ag nanoparticles (NPs) and the ternary heterostructures contain both Au and Ag NPs. The Au@SnO2 yolk–shell NPs are synthesized via a silica seeds‐mediated hydrothermal method. Subsequently, the Au@SnO2@Ag and Au@SnO2@Au yolk–shell–shell (YSS) NPs are synthesized, whereby SnO2 is located between the Au and Ag NPs. The morphology, composition, and optical properties of the as‐prepared samples are analyzed. For the binary heterostructures, the rate of the reduction reaction increases with decreasing particle size. The catalytic results demonstrate the synergistic effect of Au and Ag in the ternary metal–semiconductor heterostructures, which is beneficial to the catalytic reduction of Nip into Amp. Both the binary and ternary heterostructures exhibit significantly better catalytic performances than the corresponding bare Au and Ag NPs. It is envisaged that the current synthesized strategy will promote further interest in the field of bimetal NP‐based catalysis.  相似文献

It is very likely that the main driving force of enzyme evolution is the requirement to improve catalytic and regulatory efficiency which results from the intrinsic performance as well as from the spatial and functional organization of enzymes in living cells.Kinetic co-operativity may occur in simple monomeric proteins if they display “slow” conformational transitions, at the cost of catalytic efficiency. Oligomeric enzymes on the other hand can be both efficient and co-operative. We speculate that the main reason for the emergence of co-operative oligomeric enzymes is the need for catalysts that are both cooperative and efficient. As it is not useful for an enzyme to respond to a change of substrate concentration in a complex kinetic way, the emergence of symmetry has its probable origin in a requirement for “functional simplicity”.In a living cell, enzyme are associated with other macromolecules and membranes. The fine tuning of their activity may also be reached through mutations of the microenvironment. Our hypothesis is that these mutations are related to the vectorial transport of molecules, to achieve the hysteresis loops of enzyme reactions generated by the coupling of reaction and diffusion, through the co-operativity brought about by electric interactions between a charged substrate and a membrane, and last but not least, through oscillations. As the physical origins of these effects are very simple and do not require complex molecular devices, it is very likely that the functional advantage generated by the spatial and functional organization of enzyme molecules within the cell have appeared in prebiotic catalysis or very early during the primeval stages of biological evolution.We shall began this paper by presenting the nature of the probable earliest catalysts in the RNA world.  相似文献

Beam-based BPM offset calibration was carried out for Injector II at the C-ADS demonstration facility at the Institute of Modern Physics(IMP), Chinese Academy of Science(CAS). By using the steering coils integrated in the quadrupoles, the beam orbit can be effectively adjusted and BPM positions recorded at the Medium Energy Beam Transport of the Injector II Linac. The studies were done with a 2 m A, 2.1 Me V proton beam in pulsed mode.During the studies, the "null comparison method" was applied for the calibration. This method is less sensitive to errors compared with the traditional transmission matrix method. In addition, the quadrupole magnet's center can also be calibrated with this method.  相似文献

X-Ray diffuse scattering from a series of examples where the reason for the existence of incommensurable features is fairly well understood, is described. They include in particular non stoichiometric compounds such as [DIPS Φ4(l3)0.76] and such as intercalated graphite RbC24. and quasi one dimensional conductors. Die bei der katalytischen Toulolentalkylierung mögliche Konkurrenzreaktion der Spaltung des aromatischen Kernes führt zu unerwünschten Verlusten an Aromaten und kann infolge ihrer starken exothermen Wärmetönung bei der technischen Realisierung des Verfahrens Schwierigkeiten bei der thermischen Beherrschung des Reaktors bewirken. Bereits in der Entwicklungsphase des Katalysators ist man somit auf ein Verfahren angewiesen, das es erlaubt, diese Ringspaltung sicher nachzuweisen und quantitativ zu bestimmen.

In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird eine Tracermethode unter Einsatz von Toluol-14C-7 beschrieben, die diese Forderung weitgehendst erfüllt.  相似文献
