An integral restrictor interface with jet separator for coupling capillary column supercritical fluid extraction – supercritical fluid chromatography with high resolution mass spectrometry (SFE-SFC-MS) has been built and used for the analysis of a fatty acid ester, and of polymer additives with a wide range of masses. The mobile phase used was supercritical carbon dioxide; a flame ionization detector (FID) was used in parallel with the mass spectrometer. Different SFC-MS interface operating conditions, e.g. temperature, restrictor position, flow rate, and sample transfer conditions were optimized to obtain good sensitivity and separation for these applications. In addition, the sensitivity of measurements performed with the direct insertion probe and by SFC-MS interface have been compared. 相似文献

Hermann proposed that mesomorphic media should be classified by assigning certain statistical symmetry groups to each possible partially ordered array. Two translational groups introduced were called superordinate and subordinate. We find that the average density in such a partially ordered medium has the superordinate symmetry 1, while the pair correlation function has the subordinate symmetry 2. A complete listing is made of all compatible combinations of 1 and 2 in two and three dimensions. This leads to more possible symmetries than Hermann obtained, e.g., also to nonstoichiometric crystals. The order parameter space for the systems is found to be the quotient space 1/2. In most cases it is identical to the order parameter space of low-dimensionalXY spin systems. The Landau free energy is expanded as functional of the two-particle correlation functionK; the translation group is found to be 1×2. A Landau mean-field theory can then be carried out by expanding the system free energy into a series of invariants of the active irreducible representations ofK and mapping the free energy onto that for anXY planar spin system. We predict novel critical behavior for transitions between mesomorphic phases and go nogo selection rules for continuous transitions. We give the structure factors for X-ray scattering so changes in all such phase transitions are observable. The statistical symmetry groups, which describe point and translational symmetries of the mesophases, are classified. 通过固相萃取-气相色谱-负化学离子源质谱技术建立了11种拟除虫菊酯类农药残留的检测方法,并应用于茶叶农残检测。样品经乙酸乙酯提取后,用串联的活性炭和中性氧化铝固相萃取柱选择性地富集茶叶中待测组分,再由气相色谱-负化学离子源质谱分时段选择离子监测技术进行测定。方法简单快速,一次进样就能得到11种菊酯残留结果;准确度和精密度高,在0.016μg/kg、0.032μg/kg和0.064μg/kg3个添加水平下的回收率在70%~110%之间,CV≤7.4%;选择性好,消除了色素和其它杂质干扰;灵敏度高,检出限低,除了氯菊酯为10μg/kg外,其它菊酯检出限都在μg/∥kg级,七氟菊酯则达到了0.02μg/kg。 相似文献

Summary New quinidine metabolites, including 10,11-dihydrodiol quinidine N-oxide, 10,11-dihydrodiol quinidine and their glucuronides, were found in human urine. A quinidine monitoring HPLC method including these metabolites, is proposed by the direct injection of body fluid samples onto the precolumn for deproteinization followed by reverse phase separation in the analytical column with a column switching technique. The recovery of spiked quinidine and its metabolites in plasma was quantitative (98–102%) with good reproducibility (C.V.: 1.6–4.0%). Several clinical samples such as whole blood and urine were analyzed by the present method. 相似文献
