In this paper, we report on a promoting novel process for the formation of h-BN plates by using N,N-dimethyl formamide-treated boric acid (DMF-BA). Using this B source, the formation of h-BN can be indeed improved greatly compared to using pure boric acid (BA). This method effectively reduces the content of boric acid and amorphous boric oxide, enhancing the transformation rate of h-BN. For preparation of pure h-BN, it can obviously lower the resultant temperature without further purification process. Via graphitization index (G.I.) calculation and thermostability analysis, the pure h-BN plates obtained from the DMF-BA would be a promising candidate for raw material of c-BN and low-temperature applications in the air.  相似文献

A new discrimination method, called hit quality index (HQI)-voting, that uses the HQI for discriminant analysis has been developed. HQI indicates the degree of spectral matching between two spectra as known. In this method, a library sample yielding the highest HQI value for an unknown sample was initially searched and a group containing this sample was chosen as the group for the unknown sample. When overall spectral features of two groups are quite close to each other, many library samples with similar HQI values could be available for an unknown sample. In this situation, the simultaneous consideration of multiple votes (several library samples with close HQI values) for final decision would be more robust. In order to evaluate the discrimination performance of HQI-voting, three different near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopic datasets composed of two sample groups were used: (1) domestic and imported sesame samples, (2) domestic and imported Angelica gigas samples, and (3) diesel and light gas oil (LGO) samples. For the purpose of comparison, principal component analysis–linear discriminant analysis (PCA–LDA), partial least squares–discriminant analysis (PLS–DA) as well as k-nearest neighbor (k-NN) were also performed using the same datasets and the resulting accuracies were compared. The discrimination performances improved with the use of HQI-voting in comparison with those resulted from PCA–LDA and PLS–DA. The overall results support that HQI-voting is a comparable discrimination method to that of existing factor-based multivariate methods.  相似文献

We define the “localized index” of longitudinal elliptic operators on Lie groupoids associated with Lie algebroid cohomology classes. We derive a topological expression for these numbers using the algebraic index theorem for Poisson manifolds on the dual of the Lie algebroid. Underlying the definition and computation of the localized index, is an action of the Hopf algebroid of jets around the unit space, and the characteristic map it induces on Lie algebroid cohomology. This map can be globalized to differentiable groupoid cohomology, giving a definition of the “global index”, that can be computed by localization. This correspondence between the “global” and “localized” index is given by the van Est map for Lie groupoids.  相似文献

In this paper, we study the nonperiodic first-order Hamiltonian system ù = J L(t)u +J H(t, u), where H ∈ C1(R × R2n). With some assumptions on L, the corresponding Hamiltonian operator has only discrete spectrum. By using the index theory for self-adjoint operator equation,we establish the existence of multiple homoclinic orbits for the asymptotically quadratic nonlinearty satisfying some twist conditions between infinity and origin.  相似文献

An all-to-all routing in a graph G is a set of oriented paths of G, with exactly one path for each ordered pair of vertices. The load of an edge under an all-to-all routing R is the number of times it is used (in either direction) by paths of R, and the maximum load of an edge is denoted by π(G,R). The edge-forwarding index π(G) is the minimum of π(G,R) over all possible all-to-all routings R, and the arc-forwarding index π(G) is defined similarly by taking direction into consideration, where an arc is an ordered pair of adjacent vertices. Denote by w(G,R) the minimum number of colours required to colour the paths of R such that any two paths having an edge in common receive distinct colours. The optical index w(G) is defined to be the minimum of w(G,R) over all possible R, and the directed optical index w(G) is defined similarly by requiring that any two paths having an arc in common receive distinct colours. In this paper we obtain lower and upper bounds on these four invariants for 4-regular circulant graphs with connection set {±1,±s}, 1<s<n/2. We give approximation algorithms with performance ratio a small constant for the corresponding forwarding index and routing and wavelength assignment problems for some families of 4-regular circulant graphs.  相似文献

The present work investigates the degradation of 4-chloro 2-aminophenol (4C2AP), a highly toxic organic compound, using ultrasonic reactors and combination of ultrasound with photolysis and ozonation for the first time. Two types of ultrasonic reactors viz. ultrasonic horn and ultrasonic bath operating at frequency of 20 kHz and 36 kHz respectively have been used in the work. The effect of initial pH, temperature and power dissipation of the ultrasonic horn on the degradation rate has been investigated. The established optimum parameters of initial pH as 6 (natural pH of the aqueous solution) and temperature as 30 ± 2 °C were then used in the degradation studies using the combined approaches. Kinetic study revealed that degradation of 4C2AP followed first order kinetics for all the treatment approaches investigated in the present work. It has been established that US + UV + O3 combined process was the most promising method giving maximum degradation of 4C2AP in both ultrasonic horn (complete removal) and bath (89.9%) with synergistic index as 1.98 and 1.29 respectively. The cavitational yield of ultrasonic bath was found to be eighteen times higher as compared to ultrasonic horn implying that configurations with higher overall areas of transducers would be better selection for large scale treatment. Overall, the work has clearly demonstrated that combined approaches could synergistically remove the toxic pollutant (4C2AP).  相似文献

We have studied the electrical and optical properties of Si-doped indium tin oxides (ITSOs) as transparent electrodes and anti-reflection coatings for Si-based solar cells. The ITSO thin films were obtained by co-sputtering of ITO and SiO2 targets under target power control. The resistivity of the ITSO thin films deposited at 0.625 in terms of power ratio (ITO/SiO2) were 391 Ωcm. In this condition, the ITSO thin films showed very high resistivity compared to sputted pure ITO thin films (1.08 × 10−3 Ωcm). However, refractive index of ITSO thin films deposited at the same condition at 500 nm is somewhat lowered to 1.97 compared to ITO thin films (2.06). The fabricated graded refractive index AR coatings using ITO, ITSO, and SiO2 thin films kept over 80% of transmittance regardless of their thickness varing from 97 nm to 1196 nm because of their low extinction coefficient. As the AR coating with graded refractive indices using ITO, ITSO, and SiO2 layers was applied to general silicon-based solar cell, the current level increased nearly twice more than that of bare silicon solar cell without AR coating.  相似文献

The coaxial mixers enhance the suspension of concentrated slurries in an agitated reactor. In this research work, the complex slurry suspension and dissemination behavior in a coaxial slurry mixing system (comprised of a close clearance anchor rotating with a low speed and an inner axial impeller rotating with a high speed) was analyzed employing ERT (electrical resistance tomography, a non-intrusive flow visualization technique), and computational fluid dynamics (CFD). The numerical models were validated by comparing the axial solid concentration profiles generated using the ERT data and the CFD simulation results. The influences of various important parameters such as the diameter of the inner axial impeller, the inner impeller type, and the inner impeller spacing on the hydrodynamic characteristics of the slurry suspensions in a coaxial mixing vessel were thoroughly analyzed. The radial and axial velocity profiles of solid particles were generated using the validated mathematical models. The assessment of energy loss due to the solid–solid collisions, the particle–fluid frictions, and the particle–vessel wall collisions was conducted. The evaluation of optimum inner impeller clearance and inner impeller diameter is essential to attain a high degree of solids suspension and dissemination in a coaxial slurry mixing system.  相似文献

采用电子束蒸发的方法,用石英晶体振荡法监控薄膜的蒸发速率,在不同工作气压下制备了ZrO2薄膜样品.在相调制型椭圆偏振光谱仪和分光光度计上对样品的光谱特性进行了测试.根据波长漂移的理论,计算出薄膜的聚集密度.结果表明,随着工作气压的降低,薄膜的聚集密度和折射率都随之增大.  相似文献

文章从电磁场理论和射线理论的角度,详细讨论了光纤表面等离子体波传感器工作原理,分析了表面等离子体共振(SPR)光谱共振波长与液体介质折射率之间的对应关系。采用相关光谱检测技术,获得八种不同类型分析醇所对应的SPR光谱曲线族,其共振波长随液体折射率的增大而逐渐向长波长方向偏移。通过对乙醇与乙二醇混合液体所对应的共振光谱分析,实现对两者配比浓度的测定。整个传感系统结构简单,测量光路部分实现全光纤化,不仅能够对目标测量介质的实时、快速、精确测量,还可用于特殊测量场合,实现远程遥测功能。  相似文献
