Diverse 4‐aryl‐2‐quinolinones are prepared from propionamides in one pot by ligand‐promoted triple sequential C? H activation reactions and a stereospecific Heck reaction. In these cascade reactions, three new C? C bonds and one C? N bond are formed to rapidly build molecular complexity from propionic acid. 相似文献

In this letter, an expedient method was developed for the construction of novel indolo[2,3-c]quinolinone derivatives via palladium-catalyzed arylation of Ugi adducts obtained from the reaction of indole-2-carboxylic acid, various aromatic aldehydes, 2-bromoanilines, and isocyanides. The reaction proceeded efficiently with various starting materials to produce the indoloquinolinone scaffolds in good yields. 相似文献

4‐Hydroxy‐1‐methyl‐3‐[E‐3‐(4‐oxo‐4H‐chromen‐3‐yl)acryloyl]quinolin‐2(1H)‐one (3) was smoothly obtained via a one‐pot aldol dehydration reaction of 3‐acetyl‐4‐hydroxyquinolin‐2(1H)‐one with 3‐formylchromone and was utilized to prepare miscellaneous triheterocyclic systems containing the quinolinone moiety. Both the α,β‐unsaturated ketone side chain and the γ‐pyrone ring in compound 3 were subjected to nucleophilic cyclization with certain 1,2‐ and 1,3‐bifunctional N,N‐, N,O‐, N,C‐, and O,C‐nucleophiles under different reaction conditions. Many pyrazolinyl‐, isoxazolinyl‐, pyrimidinyl‐, and pyridinylquinolinones bearing other six‐ or five‐membered heterocyclic systems have been conveniently synthesized using more than one synthetic route. 相似文献

通过Cu(I)催化有机叠氮化物和端基炔之间的1,3-偶极Huisgen环加成反应,又称“点击化学”, 可快速、高效合成专一的1,4-二取代-1,2,3-三唑产物. 为得到含有末端炔的喹啉酮衍生物,以7,8-二氢-2,5(1H,6H)-二酮(1)为原料,通过烷基化反应将端基炔引入到化合物1中,合成了1-(2-炔丙基)-7,8-二氢喹啉-2,5(1H, 6H) 二酮(3),并利用重结晶和硅胶柱分离两种化学手段,得到了该化合物的两种构型异构体. 采用DEPT、1H NMR、13C NMR、1H-1H COSY、NOESY、HMQC多种NMR实验测试分析方法,对该化合物的构型异构体进行了验证和区分,并分别对其1H NMR和13C NMR谱的信号进行了归属. 相似文献

Several 3‐(4‐arylidene and hetarylidene‐5‐oxopyrazolin‐3‐yl)quinolin‐2‐ones 6–26 were synthesized in an efficient methodology utilizing both pyrazolinylquinolinone 2 and its chromenylmethylene derivative 10. Compound 2 was derivatized by Knoevenagel condensation with different carbonyl compounds. Nucleophilic ring opening–ring closure (RORC) of the compound 10 furnished the desired 4‐methylenepyarzolinone bearing novel five‐, six‐, and seven‐membered heterocycles, in good yields. 相似文献

为了选择性检测小分子生物硫醇,以具有优良荧光性能的喹啉酮为荧光团,依据依布硒啉中Se—N键易与硫醇分子反应的性质,将喹啉酮组块(E)-3-(5-巯基-1,3,4-恶二唑-2-基)-N-(4-甲基-2-氧代-1,2-二氢喹啉-7-基)丙烯酰胺(MQ5)与依布硒啉2-(4-溴苯基)苯并[d][1,2]硒唑-3(2H)-酮(SQ6)对接,设计合成了一种新型荧光探针(E)-N-(4-甲基-2-氧代-1,2-二氢喹啉-7-基)-3-(5-((4-(3-氧代苯并[d][1,2]硒烯唑-2 (3H)-基)苯基)硫基)-1,3,4-噁二唑-2-基)丙烯酰胺(MNQ)。 通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振波谱仪(NMR)和高分辨质谱(HRMS)和荧光光谱等测试手段对其进行了结构表征,探究了其荧光性能。 结果表明,MNQ对谷胱甘肽(GSH)有明显的荧光猝灭,在其他氨基酸等干扰时,探针具有良好的抗干扰能力,可作为识别检测GSH的荧光猝灭型探针。 检测限为2.99×10-8 mol/L,响应时间在35 s可完成,有望作为检测谷胱甘肽的荧光探针。 相似文献
