A simple method based on liquid chromatography coupled with diode array detection and electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (LC‐DAD‐ESI‐MS) was developed for the quality assessment of Cortex Phellodendri (CP), which was mainly derived from two species of Phellodendron chinense Schneid and Phellodendron amurense Rupr. Total 41 compounds, including 14 phenols, 24 alkaloids and three liminoidal triterpenes were identified or tentatively characterized from the 75% methanol extract of CP samples by online ESI‐MSn fragmentation and UV spectra analysis. Among them, two phenols and six alkaloids were simultaneously quantified using HPLC‐DAD method. The validated HPLC‐DAD method showed a good linearity, precision, repeatability and accuracy for the quantification of eight marker compounds. Furthermore, the plausible fragmentation pathway of the representative compounds were proposed in the present study. The differences of the chemical constituents content and the comprehensive HPLC profiles between the two CP species using LC‐DAD‐ESI‐MS method are reported for the first time, indicating that the CP drugs from different resources should be used separately in the clinic. The phase diagrams for the system TRS 10-80/ butanol/Petrol D/sodium chloride show that the weight ratio B = TRS/butanol is very important for the stability of the microemulsion. R = 1 results in a very limited microemulsion region. Provided the ratio is >1.22 the minimum amount of (TRS+butanol) necessary to form a microemulsion, with equal amounts of water and Petrol D, is 15% and approximately independent of R.However, as R is increased the solubility of water in the (TRS+butanol) mixture is reduced and a liquid crystalline phase is formed. Its presence increases the viscosity and the kinetic stability of the emulsions formed at low content of Petrol D. Addition of electrolyte reduces the minimum amount of (TRS+butanol) necessary to form a microemulsion. Furthermore, systems rich in water separate into two phases; an upper microemulsion phase and a lower aqueous phase. This can be explained in terms of a redistribution of the butanol from the aqueous phase to the oil phase. It is shown that, although the studied system contains unpurified technical products, the phase behaviour is very similar to that of model systems of pure chemicals. X-ray diffraction showed that the liquid crystal line phase was lamellar. The thickness of the amphiphilie layer was 26-28 Å. It is more difficult to obtain direct information of the structure of the microemulsion. However, conductivity data indicated a “bicontinuous” structure or at least, the occurrence of highly dynamic aggregates over a large concentration range. 相似文献

A pentanidium‐catalyzed highly enantioselective conjugate addition of 3‐alkyloxindoles to phenyl vinyl sulfone has been demonstrated. This approach allows the construction of 3,3‐dialkyl‐substituted oxindole frameworks with high yield and excellent enantioselectivity (up to 99 %) under simple phase‐transfer conditions. A variety of oxindoles bearing all‐carbon quaternary stereogenic centers were obtained in the presence of 0.25 mol % pentanidium. Meanwhile, practicality was illustrated by a gram‐scale asymmetric synthesis of two 3,3‐dialkyl‐substituted oxindoles. The resulting adduct can be smoothly transformed to the natural product analogue in a short synthetic route. 相似文献

We describe herein a highly regio‐ and enantioselective Pd‐catalyzed Heck arylation of unactivated trisubstituted acyclic olefins to provide all‐carbon quaternary stereogenic centers. Chiral N,N ligands of the pyrimidine‐ and pyrazino‐oxazoline class were developed for that purpose, providing the desired products in good to high yields with enantiomeric ratios up to >99:1. Both linear and branched substituents on the olefins were well‐tolerated. The potential of this new method is demonstrated by the straightforward synthesis of several O‐methyl lactols and lactones containing quaternary stereocenters, together with a concise enantioselective total synthesis of the calcium channel blocker verapamil. 相似文献

We report a potential coating material showing durable and significant antimicrobial activity for preserving the surfaces of a broad range of materials. The structure of the prepared antimicrobial adhesive material features a catechol moiety of dopamine hydrochloride conjugated to 4‐bromobutanoyl chloride as an adhesive material. Antimicrobial properties against a wide range of microorganism species are achieved by quaternizing a long hydrophobic chain (N,N'‐dimethyldecylamine) onto 3,4‐dihydroxyphenylalanine (Dopa) to afford the prepared material (Dopa‐decyl). The successful formation of Dopa‐decyl is confirmed by hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance (1H‐NMR) and attenuated total reflectance‐infrared (ATR‐IR) measurements. The chemical composition of the quaternized adhesive material (Dopa‐decyl) is characterized by X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Investigation of the antimicrobial activity of the Dopa‐decyl‐coated film against both gram‐positive Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) and gram‐negative Escherichia coli (E. coli) stains reveals a highly efficient antimicrobial effect under both normal and extreme stress conditions due to the biocidal effect of the quaternized amine when the materials are applied on the surface of various substrates. The thermotropic phase transitions compounds (n‐CnH2n+1R3)2ZnCl4 as well as a series of their binary mixtures were prepared by a solution reflux method from their ethanol solutions. The experimental subsolidus binary phase diagram of [n‐C18H37N(CH3)3]2ZnCl4‐[n‐(C18H37)2N(CH3)2]2ZnCl4 is constructed over the entire composition range by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and X‐ray. Experi‐ mental results indicate one stable intermediate phase [n‐C18H37N(CH3)3] [n‐(C18H37)2N(CH3)2]ZnCl4 at WC18C3Zn %=59.75 %, and two invariant three phase equilibria, which shows two eutectoid temperatures: Te1 at 310±1 K for eutectoid point WC18C3Zn %=36.24 %, Te2 at 313±1 K for eutectoid point WC18C3Zn %=80.17 %. These three noticeable solid‐solution ranges are α‐phase at the left, ?‐phase at the right, and ψ‐phase in the middle of the phase diagram. It is (n‐CnH2n+1R3)2ZnCl4 systems as phase change materials that are characterized the phase transition temperatures T in the range of 310 to 340 K, the transition enthalpies ΔH in the range of 38.40 and 168.72 J/g between two polymorphic forms. 相似文献
