臭氧(O3)浓度通常被认为是一个地方污染水平的基准,所以其绝对值的准确性至关藿要.在差分光学吸收光谱技术(DOAS)对O3的测量过程中,光谱反演波段的选择可直接决定O3浓度的测量准确度.文章主要研究了在不同光谱波段O3特征吸收结构和差分光学厚度(D')的不同,在不同光谱波段O3浓度反演的干扰来源以及影响程度,确定了实际检测时大气消光对不同波段光强的影响,最后通过对多种污染物标准气体进行了同时临测,计算出标准气体在不同光谱分辨率不同O3浓度时的测量误差,确定了对O3的最适用光谱波段范围.在此波段既能够实现对痕量气体的准确定性定量,又能达到测量所需要的高灵敏度,强选择性和适用的时间分辨率. 相似文献

工矿业城市区域易受工业活动、矿产开采影响,使其水环境遭受不同程度的破坏,以至于水体污染问题突出。当前常规水质监测主要采用“以点代面”的工作方式进行野外采样及其室内化验分析,然而环境复杂多变,空间差异大,导致调查点代表性受限,整体精度不高,效率低下,更难以实现区域性动态监测。以因矿兴市的矿业重镇湖北黄石大冶市为研究区,同步开展无人机高光谱航飞、地面光谱测量和水体样品采集测试,分别获得具有49个波段的高光谱影像数据和光谱分辨率为1 nm的水体光谱曲线,其中影像数据波谱范围为505~890 nm,光谱分辨率为7.78 nm,空间分辨率为30 cm。对获取的高光谱影像和光谱数据剔除异常值、光谱定标、辐射校正等预处理后,对比分析研究区内水体的不同光谱吸收、反射及光谱曲线形态特征信息,从而提取出高光谱影像和测量光谱的反射光谱曲线形态特征、去包络线后光谱曲线形态特征、三阶求导后光谱曲线形态特征和光谱四值编码共四大类25个光谱特征。采用皮尔森相关系数分析样品水质参数与光谱特征之间的相关性,以此筛选出存在显著相关的水质参数与光谱特征。在此基础上,采用逐步回归分析方法筛选出最大反射率及其波长位置、对称度、光谱编码Ⅲ、三阶导最大及最小值等光谱特征作为模型变量,构建出水质参数的多元线性反演模型,并对模型进行F检验和t检验。将检验后的反演模型推广运用于研究区内高光谱影像,获得尾矿库、河流、湖泊等典型区域的水质参数反演结果,从而实现“由点到面”水质参数信息的快速获取。结果显示水质参数pH、硬度(Ca2++Mg2+)、钾与氯离子比值(K+/Cl-)、镁与碱度比值[Mg2+/(HCO3-+CO2-3)]的反演精度较高,其pH的判定系数R2最小为0.669,镁与碱度比值的判定系数R2最大为0.895,相对均方根误差均小于28%;而总溶解固体(TDS)反演精度较低,其判定系数R2仅为0.463,相对均方根误差达36.762%。提出了一种基于光谱曲线形态特征的高光谱遥感水质参数定量反演模型方法,实现了pH值、硬度、镁离子与碱度之比等水质参数的高光谱定量反演,为区域水环境动态监测提供了新方法。 相似文献

Major condition monitoring technique they follow is Vibration Spectrum
Analysis, which can detect faults at a very early stage. However implementation
of other techniques like Oil analysis or Ferrography, Thermography etc. can
further enhance the data interpretation as they would detect the source of abnormality
at much early stage thus providing us with a longer lead time to plan and take
the corrective actions. In Large Captive Power Plants and Aluminium Smelters,
Integrated Condition Monitoring techniques play an important role as stoppage
of primary system and its auxiliaries (boiler, steam turbine, generator, coal and
ash handling plants etc.) results into the stoppage of the entire plant, which in turn

The detection system is a key part of any imaging station. Here the performance of the novel sCMOS‐based detection system installed at the ID17 biomedical beamline of the European Synchrotron Radiation Facility and dedicated to high‐resolution computed‐tomography imaging is analysed. The system consists of an X‐ray–visible‐light converter, a visible‐light optics and a PCO.Edge5.5 sCMOS detector. Measurements of the optical characteristics, the linearity of the system, the detection lag, the modulation transfer function, the normalized power spectrum, the detective quantum efficiency and the photon transfer curve are presented and discussed. The study was carried out at two different X‐ray energies (35 and 50 keV) using both 2× and 1× optical magnification systems. The final pixel size resulted in 3.1 and 6.2 µm, respectively. The measured characteristic parameters of the PCO.Edge5.5 are in good agreement with the manufacturer specifications. Fast imaging can be achieved using this detection system, but at the price of unavoidable losses in terms of image quality. The way in which the X‐ray beam inhomogeneity limited some of the performances of the system is also discussed. 相似文献

This Letter reports the novel use of poly(9‐vinylcarbazole) (PVK) as a dielectric interfacial layer for n‐type organic field‐effect transistors (n‐OFETs). With PVK, both the air stability and electron mobility of N,N′‐ditridecylperylene‐3,4,9,10‐tetracarboxylic diimide (PTCDI‐C13)‐based OFETs were improved. Among the PVKs with different weight‐average molecular weight (Mw), PVK with high Mw showed good performance. The high glass transition temperature of PVK enabled thermal post annealing of the active layer, which resulted in a high electron mobility of 0.61 cm2/Vs. This mobility was maintained at 90% and 59% after 4 days and 105 days in air, respectively. The PVK interfacial layer reduced the trapped charges in the PTCDI‐C13‐based n‐OFET for air‐exposure and caused a decrease in the threshold voltage shift.

Semiconductor microcircular lasers have been investigated as potential light sources for photonic integrated circuits and optical interconnections for more than two decades. However, the direct modulation bandwidths of the circular microlasers remain a challenge, especially when being compared with other microlasers, such as photonic crystal lasers. In this paper, microcircular lasers connected to an output waveguide are investigated for high‐speed direct modulation with optimized mode Q factors. Small signal modulation with a resonance frequency of fR = 12.5 GHz is realized for a AlGaInAs/InP circular microlaser with a radius of 10 µm at 290 K. Furthermore, clear eye diagrams are observed at 12.5 Gbit/s for a 15‐µm radius circular microlaser with fR = 6.9 GHz. 相似文献
