A study was carried out on the mechanism of electrical conductivity percolation of H2O/C16EO20/n-butanol/heptane microemulsions. Electrical conductivity, UV-vis spectroscopy and FTIR spectra were used to study the diluted “dry” microemulsions with the mass ratio of C16EO20/n-butanol/heptane = 3:3:4. The results of electrical conductivity showed that the percolation occurred around φw = 20 wt% and the transition of w/o microemulsions to bicontinueous microemulsions happened when φw = 45 wt%. From the UV-vis absorption spectra, it was found that the absorption of methyl orange (MO) in microemulsions shifted red than that of in oil phase, but the maximal absorption peak (λmax) remained unchanged when φw > 20 wt%. It implied that the position of MO solubilized in microemulsions was unvaried after free water appeared in the core. FTIR spectra revealed that the OH band of water in microemulsions moved to high frequency at low φw (< 20 wt%) and became broader at high φw. It indicated that the added water only caused the hydration of EO at low φw, the hydration completed when φw > 20 wt% and then the residual water entered into the core with properties similar to bulk water. The presence of free water as ions exchange medium will cause the electrical conductance increased. The percolation appeared after the hydration of EO completed.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The effect of water hardness causing ions on the critical micelle concentration (cmc) of surfactants was studied using conductivity measurement. Spectrophotometric and conductometric studies of dye and surfactant interaction under the influence of water hardness causing ions were also investigated. It was found that with increasing hardness in water, cmc of the surfactants tends to decrease. The change in the colour of the solution was observed as the degree of hardness increases. Hardness of water can consider as a major contributor of fading or change in colour during washing and cleaning of dyed material. Dye in a surfactant solution containing varying amount of hardness causing ions undergoes a blue shift in the visible region and red shift in ultraviolet region. The comparison between sodium dodecylsulphate (SDS) and saponin natural surfactant showed that turbidity was observed only in the aqueous solution of SDS in the presence of very hard water.  相似文献

碳量子点以其多彩的荧光及廉价而丰富的制备原料引起人们的广泛兴趣。至今,已有大量关于碳量子点制备及其荧光性能直接利用的文献报道。若采用恰当的方法对碳量子点进行化学修饰,则可以将其转化为实用的精细化学品,从而拓展碳量子点的应用领域。本文报道了一种碳量子点阳离子表面活性剂的制备方法。首先,乙二胺四乙酸、二乙胺及双氧水的混合水溶液经水热处理,获得碳量子点(以OX-CQDs表示),再以氯代正构十二烷对其进行季铵化修饰,获得新型碳量子点阳离子表面活性剂(以OX-CQDs-C12H25表示)。OX-CQDs-C12H25具有良好的降低水的表面张力和减小水接触角的能力,水的界面张力能降低至26.7 mN∙m−1,其性能超过了一些新型的Gemini型阳离子表面活性剂;季铵化的修饰也大大提高了OX-CQDs对大肠杆菌的抑菌能力,低至0.41 mg∙mL−1的OX-CQDs-C12H25溶液其抑菌率接近100%。表面活性剂,抑菌性和荧光性能赋予了OX-CQDs-C12H25的多种功能性。  相似文献

Self-assembly is a versatile bottom-up approach for fabricating novel supramolecular materials with well-defined nano- or micro-structures associated with functionalities. The oil-water interface provides an ideal venue for molecular and colloidal self-assembly. This paper gives an overview of various self-assembled materials, including nanoparticles, polymers, proteins, and lipids, at the oil-water interface. Focus has been given to fundamental principles and strategies for engineering the self-assembly process, such as control of pH, ionic strength and use of external fields, to achieve complex soft materials with desired functionalities, such as nanoparticle surfactants, structured liquids, and proteinosomes. It has been shown that self-assembly at the oil-water interface holds great promise for developing well-structured complex materials useful for many research and industrial applications.  相似文献

将N‑月桂酰基甲基丙氨酸钠(SLMA)依次与月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱(LAB)、烷基糖苷(APG1214)分别进行二元及三元复配,通过吊片法、稳态荧光探针法、动态光散射及稳态荧光猝灭法,对SLMA/LAB二元复配体系及SLMA/LAB/APG三元复配体系间的协同增效作用,以及溶液组成对其微极性、平均流体力学半径及胶束聚集数的影响进行了研究,并应用正规溶液理论计算二元及三元复配体系的相互作用参数。结果表明,SLMA/LAB二元复配体系及SLMA/LAB/APG三元复配体系均表现出全面增效的协同作用,其最佳物质的量比分别为n(SLMA)∶n(LAB)=3∶7,n(SLMA/LAB)∶n(APG1214)=3∶7,对应临界胶束浓度(CMC)分别为1.054×10^(−3)和1.595×10^(−4) mol/L,SLMA/LAB二元复配体系趋于形成分布集中的单一形态聚集体,且总体偏小;SLMA/LAB/APG三元复配体系的胶束大小比单一体系分布宽,且其胶束体积明显大于二元复配体系。两种复配体系所形成的胶束聚集数均小于单一体系,形成了更加紧密、稳定、较小的胶束结构。SLMA/LAB二元复配体系及SLMA/LAB/APG三元复配体系中表面活性剂分子间的相互作用力加快了稳定胶束的形成,胶束大小分布较宽,以球状及非球状胶束的形式存在,且复配体系形成了更加紧密的胶束结构。  相似文献

采用聚醚改性三硅氧烷表面活性剂、 丙烯酸酯改性硅油和水3种组分制备了稳定的油包水(W/O)乳液, 经酸碱催化水解、 紫外引发聚合和干燥除水过程得到了双网络多孔有机硅弹性体. 扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析结果表明, 所制备的有机硅弹性体具有丰富的孔径结构分布. 压缩强度测试结果表明, 弹性体具备良好的耐压缩性能, 45%压缩应变下循环50次, 仍具备良好的回弹性能. 有机硅弹性体具有优异的耐高温性能, 分解温度为370 ℃, 高于绝大多数多孔有机硅弹性体材料的分解温度. 丙烯酸酯改性硅油的制备工艺成熟、 廉价易得, 显著降低了多孔有机硅弹性体的生产成本, 为规模性开发有机硅材料提供了新的思路和应用前景.  相似文献

采用溶剂热合成法,借助十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)和十八烷基三甲基溴化铵 (STAB)的修饰合成了富含硫缺陷的ZnIn2S4-CTAB和ZnIn2S4-STAB光催化剂. 通过透射电镜、X射线衍射、紫外可见漫反射光谱、电子顺磁共振和光电化学性能测试对所有样品进行了表征,并通过光催化甲苯氧化反应测试样品的催化活性. 活性结果表明ZnIn2S4-CTAB和ZnIn2S4-STAB上甲苯转化速率分别达到795 μmol gcat-1 h-1和1053 μmol gcat-1 h-1,是未修饰ZnIn2S4-Blank催化剂的4倍和5倍,同时目标产物苯甲醛选择性均大于92%. 机理研究发现,表面活性剂修饰后的ZnIn2S4-CTAB和ZnIn2S4-STAB较ZnIn2S4-Blank,具有更高浓度的硫缺陷. 硫缺陷通过捕获电子促进了光生载流子的分离与利用,显著提高了ZnIn2S4-CTAB和ZnIn2S4-STAB的光催化甲苯选择性氧化制苯甲醛活性.  相似文献

Noble metal alloy nanoclusters (NCs) are interesting systems as the properties of two or more elements can be combined in one particle, leading to interesting fluorescence phenomena. However, previous studies have been exclusively performed on ligand-capped NCs from wet chemical synthesis. This makes it difficult to differentiate to which extent the fluorescence is affected by ligand-induced effects or the elemental composition of the metal core. In this work, we used laser fragmentation in liquids (LFL) to fabricate colloidal gold-rich bi-metallic AuPt NCs in the absence of organic ligands and demonstrate the suitability of this technique to produce molar fraction series of 1nm alloy NC. We found that photoluminescence of ligand-free NCs is not a phenomenon limited to Au. However, even minute amounts of Pt atoms in the AuPt NCs lead to quenching and red-shift of the fluorescence, which may be attributed to the altered surface charge density.  相似文献

In relation to a colloid stability, the adsorption structure of the Stern layer on a sessile mercury electrode in a thin liquid film of nonionic surfactant was investigated by measuring the double layer capacitance. The Stern capacitance on the electrode in the film could be detected when the measuring frequency used was low, for the resistance of the film was not extremely high but of the order of several thousand ohm. It was found that the adsorption structure of nonionic surfactant in the thin liquid film shows a stratification different from that of bulk.  相似文献
