Herein, a novel L-arginine (L-Arg)-modified polydopamine (PDA)-coated capillary (PDA/L-Arg@capillary) was firstly fabricated via the basic amino-acid-induced PDA co-deposition strategy and employed to constitute a new chiral ligand exchange capillary electrochromatography (CLE-CEC) method for the high-performance enantioseparation of D,L-amino acids (D,L-AAs) with L-Arg as the immobilized chiral ligand coordinating with the central metal ion Zn(II) as running buffer. Assisted by hydrothermal treatment, the robust immobilization of L-Arg on the capillary inner wall could be facilely achieved within 1 h, prominently improving the synthesis efficiency and simplifying the preparation procedure. The successful preparation of PDA/L-Arg coatings in the capillary was systematically characterized and confirmed using several methods. In comparison with bare and PDA-functionalized capillaries, the enantioseparation capability of the presented CLE-CEC system was significantly enhanced. Eight D,L-AAs were completely separated and three pairs were partially separated under the optimal conditions. The prepared PDA/L-Arg@capillary showed good repeatability and stability. The potential mechanism of the greatly enhanced enantioseparation performance obtained by PDA/L-Arg@capillary was also explored. Moreover, the proposed method was further utilized for studying the enzyme kinetics of L-glutamic dehydrogenase, exhibiting its promising prospects in enzyme assays and other related applications. 相似文献

利用静电纺丝技术制备了H4SiW12O40(SiW12)/乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH)复合纳米纤维膜. X射线能谱(EDX)和红外光谱(IR)表征结果表明, SiW12负载到EVOH纤维膜中, 且其Keggin结构完好无损. SiW12/EVOH复合纳米纤维膜在氙灯光源照射下对甲基橙(MO)表现出优异的光催化活性. 当EVOH与SiW12的质量比为2:1时, MO降解率可达96.3%. 复合纳米纤维膜优异的光催化活性主要归于EVOH与SiW12的协同相互作用. 复合纤维膜具有良好的可重复使用性, 循环使用3次后, 其光催化活性没有明显下降. 因此, SiW12/EVOH复合纳米纤维膜在去除废水中有机染料方面具有广阔的应用前景. 相似文献

该文以四环素为模板分子,4-氨基苯硫酚(4-ATP)为功能单体,采用循环伏安法在金纳米粒子和石墨烯量子点复合材料修饰的玻碳电极表面电聚合分子印迹膜,制备四环素(TC)分子印迹传感器(MIPs/GQDs-AuNPs/GCE),并通过循环伏安法(CV)、电化学交流阻抗法(EIS)和线性扫描伏安法(LSV)等研究了其电化学响应性能。结果表明,该传感器对四环素具有良好的电流响应。在最佳实验条件下,TC氧化峰电流值与其浓度在2.0×10~(-8)~3.0×10~(-5) mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999 4,检出限为1.5×10~(-9) mol/L,加标回收率为97.9%~106%。该传感器稳定性好、响应灵敏、选择性高,具有良好的应用前景。 相似文献

In the last 5 years, additive manufacturing (three‐dimensional printing) has emerged as a highly valuable technology to advance the field of analytical sample preparation. Three‐dimensional printing enabled the cost‐effective and rapid fabrication of devices for sample preparation, especially in flow‐based mode, opening new possibilities for the development of automated analytical methods. Recent advances involve membrane‐based three‐dimensional printed separation devices fabricated by print‐pause‐print and multi‐material three‐dimensional printing, or improved three‐dimensional printed holders for solid‐phase extraction containing sorbent bead packings, extraction disks, fibers, and magnetic particles. Other recent developments rely on the direct three‐dimensional printing of extraction sorbents, the functionalization of commercial three‐dimensional printable resins, or the coating of three‐dimensional printed devices with functional micro/nanomaterials. In addition, improved devices for liquid–liquid extraction such as extraction chambers, or phase separators are opening new possibilities for analytical method development combined with high‐performance liquid chromatography. 以水滑石为载体,采用离子交换法制备了Pt-Sn_E/Mg(Al)O催化剂,并对其进行了X射线衍射、N2物理吸附、透射电镜等技术表征;考察了该离子交换法制备的Pt-SnE/Mg(Al)O催化剂对乙烷和丙烷脱氢的催化性能,并与浸渍法制备的Pt-SnI/Mg(Al)O催化剂进行了比较。结果表明,利用离子交换法制备的Pt-SnE/Mg(Al)O催化剂其反应活性和稳定性明显优于浸渍法制备Pt-SnI/Mg(Al)O催化剂的。在相同条件下反应2 h后,Pt-SnE/Mg(Al)O催化剂和Pt-SnI/Mg(Al)O催化剂的乙烷催化脱氢转化率分别为12.2%和3.1%,丙烷催化脱氢转化率分别为38.7%和26.4%。 相似文献

A series of highly efficient deep red to near‐infrared (NIR) emissive organic crystals 1 – 3 based on the structurally simple 2′‐hydroxychalcone derivatives were synthesized through a simple one‐step condensation reaction. Crystal 1 displays the highest quantum yield (Φf) of 0.32 among the reported organic single crystals with an emission maximum (λem) over 710 nm. Comparison between the bright emissive crystals 1 – 3 and the nearly nonluminous compounds 4 – 7 clearly gives evidence that a subtle structure modification can arouse great property changes, which is instructive in designing new high‐efficiency organic luminescent materials. Notably, crystals 1 – 3 exhibit amplified spontaneous emissions (ASE) with extremely low thresholds. Thus, organic deep red to NIR emissive crystals with very high Φf have been obtained and are found to display the first example of NIR fluorescent crystal ASE. 相似文献

为实现质子交换膜燃料电池的高性能(高功率密度或大电流密度)、低成本(低铂载量)、长寿命发电,人们尝试在燃料电池的核心部件膜电极结构中引入梯度化设计的概念。梯度化膜电极包括膜电极中各组件的梯度化:气体扩散层的PTFE含量与孔隙率的梯度化,催化层的催化剂与Nafion用量的梯度化以及微孔层的疏水性与孔隙率的梯度化。梯度化膜电极中催化剂分布、孔隙率分布、亲/疏水性分布合理,具有良好的三相反应界面以及质子、电子、反应气体、水等多相物质高效传输通道,从而能满足在低铂载量、低加湿以及高电流密度条件下高性能稳定工作。本文整理了近几年来有关燃料电池梯度化膜电极研究的相关文献,梳理了梯度化膜电极研究发展脉络,归纳总结了各种梯度化膜电极的制备方法、性能以及构效关系,并展望了梯度化膜电极下一步研究方向,对高性能、低成本、长寿命的燃料电池开发具有指导意义。 相似文献

In this work, we performed an analysis on the surface properties of polyethersulfone (PES)‐based ultrafiltration membranes that were prepared by incorporating acid functionalized multiwalled carbon nanotube (f‐MWCNT) and polyvinylpyrrolidone into membrane matrix via simple blending method. The bonding‐chemistry of the nanocomposites implanted within the PES membrane was investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer while atomic force microscope was employed to observe the distribution of f‐MWCNT in the membrane matrix and further measured its agglomeration quantitatively. The resultant 3D atomic force microscope images provided the most satisfactory way to examine the distribution of nanomaterials in the membranes, and with the help of ‘point profile data’ the maximum height and width of the agglomerated cluster could be quantitatively calculated. Moreover, the surface profile studies of the membrane surface provided the information about the length, volume, area, perimeter, radius and diameter of grains. It was observed that PES/nanocomposite blended membranes were held together via strong hydrogen bonding, but poor dispersion of MWCNT in the membrane matrix reduced the membrane performance in terms of protein (pepsin and bovine albumin serum) rejection and increased the surface roughness. 可持续能源的迅速发展,使绿色清洁的氢能源成为热点。质子交换膜(PEM)水电解是一项很有前途的技术,可高效生产高纯度氢气。IrO_(2)作为质子交换膜(PEM)水电解槽阳极氧析出反应(OER)的商用电催化剂,既能在强酸性、高强度腐蚀条件下保持稳定,又表现出优异的催化性能。然而,由于Ir的稀缺性和昂贵的价格,提高Ir基催化剂的OER活性,开发低Ir催化剂就显得至关重要。对其反应机理的认知是当前的研究热点之一,也是设计优异的OER催化剂的关键所在。因此,首先从OER机理出发,对目前被广泛认可的吸附物逸出机理(AEM)和晶格氧逸出机理(LOER)两种反应机理进行了研究。随后,根据所提出的这两种机理,介绍了OER催化剂设计的基本准则,即调控Ir基催化剂的电子结构,改善反应中间物种在催化活性位点上的吸附能,从而提高OER催化活性。并从催化剂的结构设计、形貌控制、载体材料3个方面简单概述了最近OER催化剂的研究进展。最后,在已有研究的基础上,提出了目前OER催化剂面临的困难与挑战,这为以后相关的研究指明了方向。 相似文献
