硅胶硫酸:一种在温和及无溶剂条件下一锅法合成1,4-二氢吡啶的高效多相催化剂(英文)

A series of 1,4-dihydropyridines have been prepared by a one-pot condensation of aldehydes,ethyl acetoacetate,and ammonium acetate in the presence of a heterogeneous catalyst silica sulfuric acid at room temperature under solvent-free condition. This new protocol has the advantage of short reaction time and excellent yields,and is an environmentally benign route to the synthesis of 1,4-dihydropyridines.

3，3′-(1，4-苯二甲烯基)-双-2，4-戊二酮及其银(Ⅰ)配合物的合成及晶体结构

本文以乙酰丙酮和对苯二甲醛进行缩合得到3,3′-(1,4-苯二甲稀基)-双-2,4-戊二酮配体(L),再同AgBF4进行配位反应,得到了{[AgL]BF4}n配位聚合物。分别采用1H NMR、FTIR和元素分析等对化合物进行了表征,并测定了配体和配合物的单晶结构。结构分析表明,在配位聚合物中,配体L作为四齿桥连配体分别与相邻的4个银(Ⅰ)配位,同时每1个银(Ⅰ)中心接受来自4个相邻配体的配位形成多孔的2D层状结构。     

Na2S2O4-Mediated Cyclocondensations of 2,2'-Disulfanediyldianilines with Aldehydes: A Facile and Inexpensive Method for the Synthesis of 2-Substituted Benzothiazoles

A facile and inexpensive method for the synthesis of 2‐substituted benzothiazoles has been developed by Na₂S₂O₄‐mediated cyclocondensations of 2,2′‐disulfanediyldianilines with aldehydes. In the presence of Na₂S₂O₄ and 4 Å molecular sieves, a variety of 2‐substituted benzothiazoles were obtained from the reaction of 2,2′‐disulfanediyldianilines with aldehydes in moderate to high yields.     

Potassium ferro-cyanide trihydrate complex catalyzed one-pot synthesis of 2-phenylimidazo[4,5-f][1,10] phenanthroline

Various 2-phenylimidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthrolines were synthesized from potassium ferro-cyanide trihydrate(KFCT) complex catalyzed three component reaction of 1,10-phenanthroiine-5,6-dione,aromatic aldehydes and ammonium acetate at room temperature in excellent isolated yield.This is a simple and straight forward,high yielding,not involving any hazardous or expensive catalyst method.

综述了电解合成芳香醛类化合物的研究进展情况,介绍了新技术在有机电解合成中的应用及发展趋势,着重对超声波技术在电解合成中的运用进行了评述。     

Antibacterial screening of new bis(pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine) hybrids linked to different spacers

A three-component protocol was adopted to efficiently prepare new bis(pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines) linked to different spacers in 80-92% yields from 1H-pyrazole-3,5-diamines, malononitrile and bis(aldehydes). The p-xylene-linked bis(pyrimidine) bearing 3-positioned 4-methoxy-benzyl substituent had the best antibacterial activity with MIC / MBC values up to 2.2 / 4.4 µm.
