微波辐射下“一锅煮”法合成9-芳基-1,8-二氧代9-H-二苯并[c,h]-2,7,10-三氧杂蒽

以芳醛、4-羟基香豆素为原料, 乙醇为能量转移剂, 在微波辐射下一步合成了一系列9-芳基-1,8-二氧代-9H-二苯并[c,h]-2,7,10-三氧杂蒽, 反应在4～8 min内完成, 产率57%～97%.     

Domino Knoevenagel hetero-Diels-Alder reactions: a stereoselective synthesis of sugar fused furo[3,2-b]pyrano[4,3-d]pyran derivatives

The O-prenyl derivative of a sugar aldehyde derived from d-glucose undergoes smooth intramolecular domino Knoevenagel hetero-Diels-Alder reactions with 1,3-diones to afford a novel class of carbohydrate analogues, cis-fused furopyranopyrans in good yields with a high degree of chemoselectivity. The stereochemistry of the products was assigned by NMR.

First highly enantioselective epoxidation of alkenes with aldehyde/Oxone®

Optically active aldehydes have been successfully used as catalysts for asymmetric epoxidations of unfunctionalized alkenes (ee up to 94%) by using Oxone® as the oxygen source. Experimental results indicate that the in-situ-generated aldehyde dioxirane is responsible for this catalytic activity.     

微孔多酸CsxH5-xPW10V2O40/SiO2的制备及氧化催化作用

Keggin结构杂多酸在固相体系中的催化作用引起了人们的极大兴趣[1～3].性能稳定的杂多酸铯盐催化剂在非均相催化体系中已有广泛的应用,然而由于其在液固体系中通常呈现牛奶状,难以分离和重新使用,尽管化学家们以各种材料作为这些催化剂的载体进行了许多固载化尝试[4～6],但至今尚未从根本上解决这一难题.因此,开发高比表面的耐水微孔固体杂多酸催化剂是多酸催化化学领域中具有理论和实际意义的课题.本文采用Sol-Gel技术,以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为硅源,水解产生的具有网络结构的SiO2凝胶为载体,在钒取代型Keggin结构杂多酸CsxH5-xPW10V2O40存在下,制得通式为CsxH5-xPW10V2O40/SiO2的固体双功能微孔杂多酸; 以30%H2O2为氧化剂,以苯甲醇氧化为模型反应,研究其液-固体系中的催化作用.     

离子液体/水混合溶剂促进芳醛与罗丹宁的缩合反应

在室温条件下, 离子液体1-正丁基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐([bmim]BF₄)与水组成的混合溶剂能有效催化一系列芳醛与罗丹宁反应, 以80%～93%的产率生成相应的5-芳亚甲基-2,4-噻唑二酮. 离子液体[bmim]BF₄催化活性高, 反应在10～120 min内完成. 实验结果表明该法反应条件温和、产率高、反应时间短、后处理简单、离子液体可重复使用.     

可膨胀石墨催化合成3,3,6,6-四甲基-9-芳基-1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8-八氢化氧杂蒽-1,8-二酮

在可膨胀石墨催化下, 由芳香醛和5,5-二甲基-1,3-环己二酮缩合制备了3,3,6,6-四甲基-9-芳基-1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8-八氢化氧杂蒽-1,8-二酮. 在乙醇-水介质中回流反应2.5 h, 反应产率可达87%～93%. 该方法不仅反应时间短, 产率高, 而且催化剂价廉易得、对环境友好, 催化剂经简单过滤后可重复使用.     

A novel α,α-diaminoacetic acid derivative for the introduction of the α-oxo aldehyde functionality into peptides

A Fmoc-protected α,α^′-diaminoacetic acid derivative acting as a masked glyoxylic acid equivalent was prepared in one step from glyoxylic acid and introduced into peptide chains after solid-phase peptide elongation. Deprotection and cleavage of the peptide from the solid support using trifluoroacetic acid was followed by unmasking of the glyoxylyl group in the presence of a base. This reagent allowed the synthesis of a glyoxylyl peptide using nonoxidizing conditions.
