The hydrothermal crystallization of THF-FER zeolite was investigated in the reactant system of Na2O-SiO2-Al2O3-H2O with tetrahydrofuran (THF) as the template in the presence of various catalytic amount of glycerol [CH2(OH)CH(OH)CH2(OH), Glyc] in the temperature range of 413--473 K. Powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) was used to observe the crystallization process, and scanning electron microscope (SEM), ^13C cross polarization (CP) and ^27Al magic angle spinning nuclear magnetic resonance (MAS NMR), X-ray fluorescence scattering spectroscopy (XRF), thermal analysis and nitrogen sorption were used to characterize the zeolite synthesized in the reactant system with Glyc. The catalytic amount of Glyc could promote the crystallization of FER zeolite, to result in lowering the reaction temperature, shortening the period of the zeolite crystallization and effectively restraining cocrystallization of MOR zeolite as an impure phase especially at low reaction temperature, and possess a significant effect on the morphology and the crystal size of TI-IF-FER zeolite.  相似文献

以2005-2015上市公司的财报数据、分析师的盈利预测数据、新财富分析师的上榜数据为样本,研究影响分析师职业生涯的诸多因素以及机构投资者对分析师的评价标准.实证结果发现,分析师盈余预测的准确性提高了分析师晋升的可能性,在保证准确性的基础上,分析师发布研报的频率也提高了晋升的可能性.分析师上榜新财富有持续效应,上榜新财富的分析师后续上榜的可能性更高,上榜新财富有助于分析师晋升.整体上,现有的评价机制有助于挑选能力强的分析师,但无助于淘汰做到一定职位工作水准下降的分析师,整体上现有考核机制体现出"优胜",没有"劣汰".研究结论有助于资本市场参与者了解影响分析师职业生涯的主要因素以及分析师明星效应的持续性,从而为自己的投资决策提出指导.  相似文献

The development of the photocatalytic production of hydrogen from water splitting has attracted immense attention in recent years. CdS is a potential photocatalyst with a visible light response, though it still suffers from a limited activity for hydrogen production due to the fast recombination of photo-induced electron/hole pairs and the low reaction rate of hydrogen evolution on the surface. Studies on the effect of CdS surface structure and properties on hydrogen production are still very limited. In this work, we prepared three CdS nanocrystals with different morphologies: long rod, short rod, and triangular plate. The prepared samples were well characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) specific surface area analysis, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy, and UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (UV-Vis DRS). From the results of TEM, XRD and XPS, we find that the three CdS nanocrystals with different morphologies were successfully synthesized. From the PL spectra, we conclude that the area of exposed nonpolar surface and degree of surface defects increase with an increase in aspect ratio. We also performed the photocatalytic hydrogen production reaction using the three CdS crystals. Long rod-like CdS (lr-CdS) exhibits the highest photocatalytic activity, with a hydrogen production rate of 482 μmol·h-1·g-1, which is 2.6 times that of short rod-like CdS (sr-CdS) (183 μmol·h-1·g-1) and 8.8 times that of triangular plate-like CdS (tp-CdS, 55 μmol h-1·g-1). It is found that lr-CdS shows a higher hydrogen production rate than sr-CdS and tp-CdS. We find that the hydrogen production rate is related to the degree of surface defects. Surface defects can trap the photo-induced electrons/holes, thus decreasing their probability of recombination. In addition, these defects can be used to anchor Pd particles to form a heterojunction structure that facilitates the separation of photo-induced charges. Therefore, we also compared three CdS/Pd nanocrystals synthesized with the three abovementioned morphologies with respect to hydrogen production. With 1% (w, mass fraction) Pd, the hydrogen production rate was greatly enhanced compared to all the CdS catalysts. Compared to the unpromoted CdS, the reaction rate is enhanced 43.1, 10.7 and 6.0 times over those of sr-CdS, lr-CdS and tp-CdS, respectively. Notably, the hydrogen production rate with short rod-like CdS/Pd reaches 7884 μmol·h-1·g-1, which can be favorably compared with the ever-increasing values reported in the literature. Hopefully, this work provides knowledge on the effect of crystal surface structure and properties on photocatalysis.  相似文献

In this article, the cross-coupling reaction (CCR) of exocyclic, axially chiral, and acyclic alkenyl (N-methyl)sulfoximines with alkyl- and arylzincs is described. The CCR generally requires dual Ni catalysis and MgBr2 promotion, which is effective in diethyl ether but not in THF. NMR spectroscopy revealed a complexation of alkenyl sulfoximines by MgBr2 in diethyl ether, which suggests an acceleration of the oxidative addition through nucleofugal activation. The CCR of alkenyl sulfoximines generally proceeds in the presence of Ni(dppp)Cl2 as a precatalyst and MgBr2 with alkyl- and arylzincs with a high degree of stereoretention at the C and the S atom. CCR of axially chiral alkenyl sulfoximines with Ni(PPh3)2Cl2 as a precatalyst and ZnPh2 does not require salt promotion and is stereoretentive. The reaction with Zn(CH2SiMe3)2, however, demands salt promotion and is not stereoretentive. CCR of axially chiral α-methylated alkenyl sulfoximines afforded persubstituted axially chiral alkenes with high selectivity. Alkenyl (N-triflyl)sulfoximines engage in a stereoretentive CCR with Grignard reagents and Ni(PPh3)2Cl2. Ni-Catalyzed and MgBr2-promoted CCR of E-configured acyclic alkenyl sulfoximines and aminosulfoxonium salts with ZnPh2 and Zn(CH2SiMe3)2 is stereoretentive with Ni(dppp)Cl2 and Ni(PPh3)2Cl2. CCRs of acyclic alkenyl sulfoximines and alkenyl aminosulfoxonium salts, carrying a methyl group at the α position, take a different course and give alkenyl sulfinamides under stereoretention at the S and C atom. CCR of acyclic, exocyclic, and axially chiral alkenyl sulfoximines has been successfully applied to the stereoselective synthesis of homoallylic alcohols, exocyclic alkenes, and axially chiral alkenes, respectively.  相似文献

After screening for siderophore (microbial iron chelator) production, of seven available cultures of soybean (Glycine max L.) root nodule bradyrhizobia, one strain, Bradyrhizobium japonicum NCIM 2746, was selected to confirm its phytopathogenic suppression and soybean growth promotion. Based on chromatographic and spectrophotometric studies, two different siderophores, a hydroxamate type (MW 734) and another catecholate type (MW 1000), were observed. Randomized block design (RBD) analysis of sickpot studies (soil inoculated with phytopathogens) with an MACS 124 variety of soybean, bacterized with siderophoregenic B. japonicum, showed a marked increase in the percentage of germination, nodulation, chlorophyll, oil, protein content, and number of pods. Field trial study confirmed these pot results, which were evident from enhancement in shoot length, number of branches, chlorophyll content, number of nodules, root length, and number of pods. These results suggest the possibility of exploiting B. japonicum NCIM 2746 as a potential bioinoculant.  相似文献

钴或镍在加氢脱硫(HDS)催化剂中的助剂作用文献已有很多的讨论。近年来,研究结果发现,少量的钌加入到Mo/Al_2O_3和Co-Mo/Al_2O_3催化剂上可以显著地提高其加氢脱硫活性,可是关于钌的助剂作用前人研究的较少。因此对比研究钴和钌的的助剂作用有助于认识各种不同类型的助剂在加氢脱硫催化剂中的功能。本文应用程序升温还原方法对钴和钌在加氢脱硫催化剂的前身态氧化物还原过程中的助剂作用进行了考察。  相似文献
