首次报道了一种新型的基于铰链式六面顶压机的二级6-8模大腔体静高压装置的内置加热元件的设计与温度标定。此加热组装结构简单,升温快,保温效果好,并有效地解决了国外基于两面顶压机构架下的二级6-8模内加热组装中热电偶在施加压力时易断的问题。以低成本的碳管为加热元件,采用直接和间接两种加热方式,用双铂铑(Pt6%Rh-Pt30%Rt)B型热电偶进行温度测量,并根据实验过程中加热功率与腔内实际温度的关系,对不同压力下腔体内的温度进行了标定。实验结果表明:此加热系统的油压达到40 MPa(腔体压力约10 GPa)时,温度可以达到1 700 ℃以上;在油压为30 MPa、样品室温度为1 000 ℃时,保温时间可达2 h,甚至更长;实验中获得样品的直径可达3 mm,高度可达7 mm,实现了在高温超高压条件下大样品的制备,满足了实验对产生高温超高压条件的需要。 相似文献

We have studied a hot-wall heating system to produce GdBa2Cu3Oy (GdBCO) films with large critical currents (Ic) at a high production rate by a pulsed-laser-deposition (PLD) method. GdBCO films fabricated at a production rate of 30 m/h under the optimized conditions, especially a distance of 95 mm between the target and the substrate (T–S), exhibited high critical current densities (Jc) of about 3 MA/cm2 and Ic over 300 A at a thickness of 1–2 μm. Furthermore, long GdBCO tapes prepared by repeated depositions at each tape-passing speed of 80 m/h showed uniform Ic distribution along the longitudinal direction, because the hot-wall system enabled to stabilize temperature within a few degrees at 800 °C. A 170 m long tape with Ic over 600 A was successfully fabricated at a production rate of 16 m/h using a laser power of 360 W. 相似文献

Concise and efficient three‐component domino [4+1+1] carbocyclization to highly substituted fluoren‐9‐one derivatives promoted by K2CO3 has been developed under microwave irradiation conditions. The direct bis‐cyanation and aryl amination residing in fluoren‐9‐one framework were achieved in a one‐pot operation. An ecofriendly and efficient microwave-irradiated solvent-free benzoylation method was developed. The procedure for C-benzoylation used 50 mol% AlCl3 as a Lewis acid catalyst at 130 °C and was completed in 10 min. The isolated yield was between 71% and 100%. N-benzoylation was conducted in a catalyst-free environment at 130 °C in 10 min. The isolated yield was between 80% and 100%.

A convenient, fast, efficient, and ecofriendly synthesis of metal‐free phthalocyanines from various substituted phthalonitriles in different hydroxyalkylammonium ionic liquids in the presence of 1,8‐diazabicyclo‐[5,4,0]‐undec‐7‐ene (DBU) is reported in moderate yields. CuO feather‐like and flower‐like crystals have been synthesized by a fast microwave‐assisted solution approach using Cu(NO3)2 and NaOH. The morphology transformation of CuO could be achieved by ionic liquid 1‐n‐butyl‐3‐methyl imidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([BMIM]BF4). With [BMIM]BF4, flower‐like CuO were obtained, whereas without [BMIM]BF4, feather‐like CuO were obtained. The possible formation mechanism of flower‐like CuO was discussed on the basis of experimental results. The products were characterized by XRD, FESEM/EDS, and TEM/SAED. In addition, the adsorption of [BMIM]BF4 on flower‐like CuO was confirmed by FTIR and TG/DSC, and the band gap energies of the flower‐like CuO was estimated by UV‐vis spectra. 相似文献

Microwave (MW) heating was proven to efficiently solid-synthesize calcium carbide at 1750 °C, which was about 400 °C lower than electric heating. This study focused on the investigation of the diffusion behaviors of graphite and calcium oxide during the solid-state synthesis of calcium carbide by microwave heating and compared them with these heated by the conventional method. The phase compositions and morphologies of CaO and C pellets before and after heating were carefully characterized by inductively coupled plasma spectrograph (ICP), thermo gravimetric (TG) analyses, X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The experimental results showed that in both thermal fields, Ca and C inter-diffused at a lower temperature, but at a higher temperature, the formed calcium carbide crystals would have a negative effect on Ca diffusion to carbon. The significant enhancement of MW heating on carbon diffusion, thus on the more efficient synthesis of calcium carbide, manifested that MW heating would be a promising way for calcium carbide production, and that a sufficient enough carbon material, instead of CaO, was beneficial for calcium carbide formation in MW reactors. 相似文献
