A cracking catalyst designatedSRNY was manufactured from a commercialSRNY molecular sieve (M.S.). The support consisted of kaolin, clay and SiO2. The coking behaviour of theSRNY M.S., the support and the catalyst were examined with light diesel oil (LDO) as feedstock in a microreactor. The physico-chemical properties of both fresh and aged samples, subjected to or not subjected to the cracking reaction ofLDO, were sequentially characterized by means of pore structure determination and thermal analysis. The pore structure included the specific surface area and the pore volume or porosity. Thermal analysis methods used included TG and DSC. The results indicated that all coked samples exhibited obvious changes in surface pore structure and acidity in comparison with non-coked samples. Their specific surface area and acid amount decreased with increase in the coke content of the samples. The apparent activation energy data obtained from decoking samples in an air flow, using the temperature-programmed oxidation (TPO) method, showed that the kinetic parameters of theSRNY M.S. differed from those of theSRNY catalyst and its support.  相似文献

This paper studied the role of O‐containing groups over the coal surface in methane adsorption. The coal was modified with H2SO4, (NH4)2S2O8 or H2SO4/(NH4)2S2O8), respectively, to introduce O‐containing functional groups, and characterized by proximate analysis, ultimate analysis, Boehm titration, X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and nitrogen adsorption. The results of ultimate analysis, Boehm titration and XPS indicate that there were increases in terms of both the content of oxygen and the quantities of O‐containing groups over the modified coals surface, especially for the carboxyl. Nitrogen adsorption shows that the modified coals possessed higher surface area and pore volume than that of 0‐XQ. The methane adsorption data were measured at 298 K at pressures up to 4.0 MPa by the volumetric method and fitted well by Langmuir model. Experimental results implied that O‐containing groups and pore structure affected methane adsorption. The adsorption capacities decreased as increasing quantities of O‐containing groups.  相似文献

用两步水热法合成出了含Co介孔分子筛,采用XRD,FT-IR,TPR,AFM,BET,B JH等方法对样品的物化性能进行了表征.结果表明合成出了纳米级具有介孔结构的CoMCM-41.样品在550℃焙烧可以将模板剂有效去除而不影响孔结构.所得CoMCM-41比表面积大于500 m2/g,平均孔径分布为3.57 nm,粒径分布在20~40 nm范围内.  相似文献

 钼基分子筛催化剂,由于不同分子筛的孔道大小及孔道形状不同\r\n,对甲烷芳构化反应表现出不同的催化性能.具有8元环孔道结构的小\r\n孔ERS-7分子筛没有催化活性,说明甲烷的芳构化反应离不开分子筛孔\r\n道的择形作用,较小的孔道中不能生成苯等芳烃.具有10元环孔道结构\r\n的ZSM-5,ZSM-11和ZRP-1三种分子筛具有较好的催化性能,但由于\r\n其孔道大小及孔道形状的差别在催化行为上表现出一定的差异.具有1\r\n0元环和12元环孔道结构的MCM-22分子筛,尤其对苯等轻芳烃而言,催\r\n化性能最佳.具有12元环孔道结构的JQX-1以及中孔分子筛SBA-15,\r\n虽然具有一定的催化性能,但活性较低.研究结果表明,孔道大小与苯\r\n分子动态直径相近或孔道稍大的分子筛是催化甲烷芳构化反应的良好载\r\n体,孔道过大或过小都不利于苯和萘等芳烃的生成.  相似文献

 采用XRD,NH3-TPD,比表面积和孔结构测定等研究了在不同温度下用含10%NH3的水蒸气处理时HZSM-5沸石n(Si)/n(Al)=25)酸性质及孔结构的变化规律.结果表明,随着处理温度的提高,HZSM-5的结构未发生明显的变化;样品的总酸量下降很快,但弱酸分布量相对提高,而强酸分布量相对下降;提高处理温度,样品的比表面积和微孔体积减小,二次孔或中孔体积及外表面积有增大的趋势.  相似文献

Abstract

Ultrasonic extraction of airborne particulate material on Hi-Vol filters is described. Almost all of the polar compounds are removed during the extraction by adsorption on the surface of the shredded glass fibers and controlled pore glass powder (CPG). The non-polar polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) in the extract are separated at room temperature by high pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC) on reverse phase Vydac using acetonitrile:water (70:30 v/v) as the chromatographic solvent. There is baseline separation of benzo(a)pyrene (BaP), benzo(k)fluoranthene (BkFt) and of benzo(e)pyrene (BeP), benzo(b)fluoranthene and perylene, the latter three present in one band. Extracts of airborne particulates show the same peaks. BaP elutes in approximately 14 minutes. Precision and accuracy measurements indicate full recovery of PAH and good extraction reproducibility. The detection limit of BaP at F 290/389 is less than 10 pg. Total analysis time is approximately 1 1/2 hr, most of which is waiting time.  相似文献

The kinetics of the diffusion-limited decay reaction A + B B was simulated by the Monte—Carlo method on a two-dimensional square lattice with defects presented by randomly distributed sites. The cases were considered where [B] [A] at the random initial distribution (quenching reaction) and [B] = [A] with the initial distribution of the A and B particles on neighboring sites (geminate recombination). The kinetic curves were approximated by the simplest analytical equation [A]/[A]0 = (1 – )exp[–(kt)1–h ] + (where k and are constants). The plots of the heterogeneity parameter (h) and time-averaged first-order rate constant vs. concentration of defects (p) or B particles (in the case of quenching) were obtained and compared with similar correlations obtained earlier by the experimental study of the kinetics of forward (quenching reaction) and backward (geminate recombination) electron phototransfer on the surface of different porous silica gels. The experimental plots of h vs. silica gel porosity are in satisfactory agreement with the plots of h vs. p in the model space, if the fraction of volume inaccessible for reactants, calculated from the free silica gel volume, is chosen as the p parameter for silica gel.Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. Mesoporous titanium-containing silicas with TiO2 contents from 1 up to 70 mol% were prepared. The obtained samples have been characterized by the powder X-ray diffraction data, the diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform method, and nitrogen adsorption at 77 K. Specific surface area, total pore volume, distribution pore volume on pore sizes were determined from nitrogen adsorption isotherm for synthesized titanosilicas.
