利用高校优势,开展不同层次化学科普工作

北京大学化学国家级实验教学示范中心一直致力于探索和实践有效的科普方式,通过建设科普基地、完成多项科普项目和参加不同类型的科普活动,逐步积累了一些有效的科普模式。本文以展示日常生活与化学的关系为科普的出发点,从科普基地建设和产品开发两方面讨论了科普的内容和形式,以及不同科普活动针对的群体,期望高校和科研院所发挥自身优势,在科普工作中承担引领者和标杆的角色。     

在防疫抗疫中大显身手的高分子材料

Through the introduction of several kinds of polymer materials which play an important role in COVID-19 epidemic prevention, the basic knowledge of the related polymers is popularized. In particular, the unique long-chain structure and excellent properties different from small molecular materials, including light weight, flexibility, easiness in processing, easy regulation of properties, are introduced.

As the information acquisition of mobile terminals such as mobile phones becomes more and more convenient, new media has gradually become the major way for people to obtain information. The WeChat public account is one of the main channels for people to receive information in their daily lives. This article introduces some practices of using the WeChat public account "Chemical Science Park" to carry out popular science work, as well as the difficulties encountered in the process and reflections.

In order to give readers a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of this condiment that is closely related to our lives, this paper introduces the history of soy sauce, brewing technology and the formation principle of color and flavor from the perspective of chemistry.

可互动的便携式元素周期表实物展盒

介绍了一款具有教学和科普功能的元素周期表实物展盒,它集趣味性、便携性与科普范围广等特点于一身。展盒内样品丰富、贴近生活,并与名为"爱猜元素"的app配合使用,拓展了元素知识内容。千余人参与科普互动的反馈表明:这款元素周期表实物展盒激发了大众的学习兴趣,使大众在轻松愉快的氛围中学习了化学元素知识,从科学的角度认识到化学元素与生活密切相关,具有很好的科普效果。     

颜色背后的化学——一款以颜色为科普主题的实物展架的开发

北京大学化学国家级实验教学示范中心开发了一款以"颜色背后的化学"为主题的用于科普的实物展架。它以颜色相关化学理论为逻辑主线,通过展示化学物质的颜色,系统地科普物质背后的颜色成因。本文主要介绍了此款化学实物展架的设计理念、展示内容及其应用场景。     

揭开护手霜的神秘面纱——介绍一个化学实验类科普产品

通过设计开发一款关于护手霜制作的化学实验类科普产品,向公众展示化学中乳化的现象及其背后的化学知识。设计思路主要包括优化配方、简化流程、美化器具,增强实验的观赏性和互动性,并通过制作科普视频和宣传手册,全面立体地展现了实验过程和化学原理。该科普产品具有贴近生活、易于推广、安全美观、便携性好、受众面广等特点。     

华东师范大学青少年化学科普基地的探索与实践

为激发青少年科学兴趣、培养青少年化学探究与创新能力和拓展高等院校的社会服务功能,华东师范大学建设了面向社会开放的青少年化学科普基地。科普基地以化学探索工作室、化学实践工作室和化学实验数字化工作室为主体,在空间布局上突出化学特色,具有科技展馆的视觉效果。科普基地开设了系列化学科普讲座、系列趣味化学实验及化学探究课题,构建了"中小学生、在校师范生和中小学教师"三位一体的教学实践模式,在青少年化学知识普及和实践创新能力培养方面取得了较好的实践效果。华东师范大学化学科普基地实现了青少年科普基地与学校常规教学工作的有机结合,有效地解决了高校自身培养目标与服务社会之间的矛盾,希望能为高等院校科普基地的建设提供有益的借鉴。     

科普实验教学项目:地沟油-膨润土去污皂的制备及去污率测定*

本科普实验设计以地沟油和膨润土为主要原料,通过皂化反应制备地沟油-膨润土去污皂,主要包括简化地沟油纯化流程、优化皂化反应配方、美化产品,实验的观赏性和互动性强。在此基础上,通过制作科普视频、宣传手册、举办体验活动等方式,全面立体地向公众展现地沟油纯化过程、皂化现象及其背后的化学原理等。
