Time-dependent mixing and demixing processes in binary lipid monolayers studied by mixed and separate spreading using film pressure and film potential measurements

Using both spreading techniques — mixed spreading and separate spreading- and, simultaneously, film pressure and film potential measurements, the mixing behavior of the following five binary systems was investigated and compared: 1) system 1,2-dilauroyl-phosphatidylethanolamine/cholesterol; 2) system 1,2-dimyristoyl-phosphatidylethanolamine/cholesterol; 3) system 1,2-dipalmitoyl-phosphatidylethanolamine/cholesterol; 4) system Na-eicosyl sulphate/hexadecanol; 5) system phosphatidic acid/1,2-dimyristoyl-phosphatidylethanolamine.Analyzing the time and concentration dependence of the /a isotherms and v/a isotherms (^s = film pressure, v ^s potential,a=average area per molecule in mixed films in the monolayers) of the binary monolayers it can be concluded that the components of the binary systems 1–4 are complete miscible in the monolayers. On the other hand the components of the system 5 are probably partially miscible only.     

Challenges in the structural characterization of thin organic films

This review addresses the special problems associated with the micro-structural characterization of thin and ultrathin organic films, primarily by optical spectroscopies. Films which are deposited by Langmuir-Blodgett techniques, self-assembly chemistry, and bulk film deposition techniques are considered. The use of enhanced optical excitation using surface phasma resonances and integrated optical structures is discussed extensively, as is the use of ellipsometry. Discussion of the spectroscopies used is broken into a section on electronic spectroscopies and an extensive discussion of vibrational spectroscopies. Vibrational information may be obtained with photons (absorption or scattering) or electrons (loss spectra), and the types of experimental systems amenable to each, along with the advantages and disadvantages of each are explored.     

聚丙烯微孔膜的等离子体接枝聚合改性

利用拉伸时的晶型转变致孔特性,从β晶相聚丙烯经单向或双向拉伸制得了新型聚丙烯微孔膜、用等离子体接枝聚合技术接上了亲水性聚合物如聚丙烯酸、聚丙烯腈等。研究了等离子体处理时间、单体性质对得到的亲水膜的亲水性、离子/溶质渗透性的影响。发现接枝聚丙烯酸的双向拉伸膜对Na~+、Mg~(++),尿素有较大的渗透性,并具有优良的形状稳定性。     

10,12—双炔廿三酸盐的LB膜特性研究

本文合成了10,12-双炔廿三酸,并用其在Si、SiO_2、CaF_2等基片上沉积了LB膜,结果表明,10,12-双炔廿三酸的镉盐成膜更稳定。这种LB膜在紫外光辐照下很快聚合,聚合前后的紫外-可见吸收光谱发生规律性的变化,并保持层状结构,等同周期稍变。通过红外吸收的二向色性分析,确定了该分子的取向。     

蓝色铬膜层的电沉积机理

本文通过对蓝色铬膜层的XPS分析及电化学方法研究了该膜层的沉积过程。结果表明,整个膜层可分为:120nm厚的交界层(主要成分是Cr和基底Ni),250nm厚的中间层(Cr_2O_3,Ct和CtSe,后者决定了膜层呈蓝色),以及100nm厚的表面层(吸附的Cr(Ⅵ)、Cr(Ⅲ),SeO_4~(2-)和Se),对电沉积历程和机理进行了探讨。     

四（2,4—二叔戊基苯氧基）酞菁铜（Ⅱ）的合成及其LB膜

合成了标题酞菁铜衍生物,并通过元素分析,高压液相色谱,紫外光谱,红外光谱,核磁共振谱,电镜,顺磁共振谱及质谱加以确认。该化合物在稀氯仿溶液和LB膜中各以单,双分子缔合的形式存在。Z型沉积形成的单层LB膜对氨气有很高的灵敏度和选择性。     

双[4-(2,4-二特戊基苯氧基)邻苯二腈铜]LB膜材料的合成

近年来,随着LB膜研究的进展,成膜材料的种类逐渐增多、其中有关酞菁衍生物LB膜材料的报道较多。本文合成了下述新型结构的化合物:     

球形汞膜电极倒导数恒电流溶出分析法研究

本文推导并验证了球形汞膜电极倒导数恒电流溶出分析法理论。确定其理论的应用条件为汞膜厚度不超过4.6×10~(-4)cm,探讨了噪音对灵敏度的影响。
