水解聚合铝溶液中Al30形态的研究

水解聚合铝形态一直是分析、催化、土壤、地球化学、新材料、环境科学和生物毒理学等众多领域研究的前沿和热点。Keggin 结构的Al₃₀ 形态是迄今为止发现的电荷最高的水解铝聚合阳离子,具有独特的分子结构和纳米分子尺寸,它对催化化学、新型功能材料、高效絮凝剂的开发以及铝的水解聚合转化规律研究具有重要意义。本文主要论述了Al₃₀形态的形成、形态分析方法、结构模型以及形成机理等方面的最新研究进展,并对水解聚合铝溶液的研究发展趋势进行了展望。     

Efficient solid-phase synthesis of 4,5-dihydro-1,2,4-triazin-6(1H)-ones

A new and easy protocol for the formation of substituted 4,5-dihydro-1,2,4-triazin-6(1H)-ones was developed on solid support. The heterocyclic compounds were formed by nucleophilic reaction of hydrazine on thioamide esters. As cyclization was concomitant with cleavage from the support, substituted 4,5-dihydrotriazinones were obtained in high purity.     

Synthesis of Thiourea Derivatives on Soluble Polymeric Support

A modified poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) has been developed as the soluble polymeric supports for liquid phase synthesis of novel thiourea derivatives.In each step of the sequence,the PEG-bound products were precipitated in cold Et2O and the unreacted materials and by-products were removed by simple filtration.The progress of reaction,purity of the isolation and the structure of the PEG-bound products were easily monitored by TLC,IR and ^1H NMR spectra.Representative thiourea derivatives were obtained in moderate yields with excellent purity from this modified PEG-bound product by the cleavage with 50% TFA/H2O.     

Efficient preparation of (Z)-alkenyl derivatives from (Z)-vinyl (N,N-diisopropyl)carbamate via Ni-catalysed coupling reactions

A (Z)-vinyl (N,N-diisopropyl)carbamate treated with Grignard reagents, under Wenkert Nickel-catalysed conditions, gave access to several substituted (Z)-alkenyl derivatives. These Nickel-catalysed reactions, carried out with vinyl-, phenyl-, p-methoxyphenyl-, trimethylsilylmethylmagnesium bromide and benzylmagnesium chloride, led to the corresponding (Z)-alkenyl derivatives in good yields and high stereoselectivities.     

A high yielding, one-pot synthesis of O,S-dialkyl dithiocarbonates from alcohols using Mitsunobu’s reagent

A novel Mitsunobu-based protocol has been developed for the synthesis of O,S-dialkyl dithiocarbonates from a variety of primary, secondary and tertiary alcohols using carbon disulfide, in good to excellent yields. This protocol is mild and efficient compared to other reported methods.     

Novel polycationic biocides: Synthesis and antibacterial activity of polymeric phosphonium salts

Various polymeric phosphonium salts and the corresponding low-molecular-weight model compounds were prepared and their antibacterial activities against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli were explored by the viable cell counting method in sterile distilled water. Antibacterial activity of the polymers was found to be higher than that of the corresponding model compounds, particularly against S. aureus. Furthermore, the polymeric phosphonium salt exhibited a higher activity by 2 orders of magnitude than the polymeric quaternary ammonium salt with the same structure except the cationic part. Compounds with the longest alkyl chain (octyl) studied were found to exhibit particularly high activity, and this finding may be ascribed to the contribution of the increased hydrophobicity of the compounds to the cidal activity. © 1993 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.     

Generalization of in-situ polymerization method for preparing core-shell polymeric nanospheres and hollow spheres

According to the new method of preparing core-shell nanospheres developed by our group, by using two monomers, 2-hydroxypropyl methacrylate(HPMA) and vinyl acetate(VAc), two kinds of core-shell nanospheres with poly(ɛ-caprolactone) (PCL) as the core and crosslinked poly(2-hydroxypropyl methacrylate) (PHPMA) or poly(vinyl acetate) (PVAc) as the shell were successfully prepared under similar conditions. After degrading the PCL cores of the two kinds of nanospheres by lipase, the corresponding crosslinked poly(methyl acrylic acid) hollow spheres and crosslinked poly(vinyl alcohol) hollow spheres were obtained. Results indicate that the new method we proposed for preparing core-shell polymeric nanospheres via in-situ polymerization can be generalized to a certain extent, and it is suitable for many systems provided the monomer used is soluble in water, while its corresponding polymer is insoluble in water. A mild and practical method for the regioselective synthesis of N-acylated 3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2-ones. New acyl transfer reagents

The treatment of 3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2-ones with n-BuLi at −78 °C, followed by quenching with various electrophiles furnished N3-substituted derivatives, regioselectively. Further, N1,N3-diacyl derivatives were found to transfer N1-acyl groups to nucleophilic sites.     

New synthetic pathways into dithiazolyl radicals: Preparation and characterisation of 3′-methyl-benzo-1,3,2-dithiazolyl, M’BDTA

A general three-step synthesis to a range of benzo-fused-1,3,2-dithiazolylium salts bearing both electron-withdrawing (CN) and electron-donating (Me) groups is described. This methodology has also been extended to pyridyl derivatives and offers a potential route to a diversity of 1,3,2-dithiazolylium rings and their corresponding 1,3,2-dithiazolyl free radicals. The key steps in the reaction are treatment of a substituted 1,2,-dichlorobenzene with two equivalents of [^tBuS]Na, followed by chlorination to yield the corresponding bis(sulfenyl chloride). Subsequent ring closure with Me₃SiN₃ yields the target 1,3,2-dithiazolylium ring system in good yield. The preparation and crystal structures of 3′-methyl-benzo-1,3,2-dithiazolylium chloride and 3′-methyl-benzo-1,3,2-dithiazolyl are described and the electronic properties of the radical examined through EPR spectroscopy, DFT calculations and variable temperature magnetic susceptibility measurements.
