The transmittance of polyethylenimine (PEI)/cinnamic acid (CA) aqueous mixture was close to zero at 20–40°C, and it began to increase around 40°C due to the disassembling of the self-assembly of the PEI/CA conjugate. As the concentration of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) increased, the increasing rate of the transmittance decreased and the onset temperature increased, indicating that the self-assembly of the PEI/CA conjugate became more stable against heat with the aid of SDS. Tween 20 could also suppress the thermally induced disassembling of the self-assembly, possibly because poly(ethylene oxide) chains of the surfactant could be entangled with the PEI chains. Dodecyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (DTAB) did not have an effect on the temperature-dependent self-assembling phenomena as much as SDS and Tween 20 did. The interfacial tension of the PEI/CA/SDS aqueous mixture and that of the PEI/CA/Tween 20 aqueous mixture at 70°C were lower than the respective tensions observed at 25°C. On the contrary, the interfacial tension of the PEI/CA/DTAB aqueous mixture at 70°C was higher than that observed at 25°C, possibly because the PEI/CA conjugate could lose its surface activity at the higher temperature due to the adsorption of DTAB on CA molecules.  相似文献

Molecular dynamics simulations were conducted to characterize the adsorption behavior of branched polyethylenimine (br‐PEI) on the surface of gold nanoparticles (AuNPs). We observed the preferential adsorption of br‐PEI on the [111] surface of AuNPs. Furthermore, br‐PEI maintained a flat arrangement on the surface and wrapped the AuNPs in a stable manner, thereby blocking the adsorption of H2O molecules and other free br‐PEI molecules. 本文通过聚乙二醇化的聚乙烯亚胺与马来酰化的壳聚糖反应,得到了水溶性良好的聚乙二醇化聚乙烯亚胺接枝的壳聚糖(CS-N-PEI-mPEG),目标物用FT-IR,1H-NMR,UV-Vis进行了表征。实验表明,CS-N-PEI-mPEG对细胞的毒性低,而它的转染效率却较高。  相似文献

25 kDa branched polyethylenimines are modified by N‐isopropylacrylamide via Michael addition. An agarose gel retardation assay shows that all derivatives display good binding affinity toward plasmid DNA. The modified PEI‐25K shows lower cytotoxicity in MTT assay and better transfection efficiency than unmodified PEI‐25K in HeLa cells. The endocytosis efficiency of the optimized complexes is determined to be 99.9% by flow cytometry. More interestingly, although the derivatives are not designed to conjugate with targeting ligands or nuclear localization signals, confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM) demonstrates that the optimized derivative results in increased endocytosis and strongly enhanced nuclear uptake compared with PEI‐25K.

以球形大孔树脂(SMR)、聚乙二醇分别作聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)的载体和黏结剂,制得PEI/SMR吸附材料.考察了PEI/SMR材料对CO2的吸脱附性能,并对吸附过程进行了分析.研究结果表明:(1)当PEI担载量为40%、吸附温度为30℃时,PEI/SMR样品对C02的平衡吸附量达4.02mrnol/g,并具有良好的吸脱附循环性能;(2)当模拟烟道气中的湿度为14.5%时,由于部分H20参与了化学反应,使得PEI/SMR样品对C02的平衡吸附量提高了5.7%;(3)C02在PEI/SMR的吸附,先是CO2分子吸附在SMR材料的表面,然后被吸附的CO2分子从表面扩散进入PEI主体相进行化学反应.  相似文献

Novel partially phosphonated polyethylenimine polymers are developed in order to control the modification of nanoparticle (NP) surfaces. This polymer is built by an accessible one‐step process. The numerous phosphonate functions assume both a strong covalent anchoring on metal oxide NPs and a modulation of electric charges, while amino groups are associated with dispersion preservation and subsequent biofunctionalization. The zwitterionic nanomaterials obtained display a good stability toward pH and ionic strength. According to the selected percentage of phosphonation and the polymer size, zeta potential, and diameter of the particles are controlled.  相似文献

通过γ-氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷的偶联, 将聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)偶合接枝在硅胶微粒表面, 制得了对脲酸有强吸附性能的复合型医用吸附材料PEI/SiO2. 静态吸附实验结果表明, 凭借强烈的氢键相互作用, 硅胶表面的聚胺大分子PEI对脲酸的互变异构体三羟基嘌呤具有很强的吸附能力, 等温吸附满足Freundlich吸附方程, 饱和吸附量可达84.9 mg/g; 介质的pH值对吸附作用有很大的影响, 在中性溶液中(pH=6~7), 复合吸附材料PEI/SiO2对脲酸具有强吸附能力, 而在酸性与碱性溶液中吸附能力都较弱; 温度对吸附性能也有影响, 升高温度吸附量增大.  相似文献
