A series of novel amide derivatives bearing an indazole moiety were synthesized and evaluated for their in vitro S-adenosyl-L-homocysteine hydrolase (SAHase) inhibitory activity. Among these compounds, 8b, 8m, 8r and 8w showed better or similar inhibitory effects compared to the positive control aristeromycin. These results provide a novel lead for the discovery of more potent non-adenosine analogs as SAHase inhibitors.  相似文献

Two new polyacetylene glycosides, tangshenyne A (1) and tangshenyne B (2), along with six known polyacetylenes were isolated from an 85% MeOH extract of the roots of Codonopsis tangshen Oliv. The chemical structures of the new compounds were determined on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analyses, including UV, IR, 1D and 2D NMR (1H–1H COSY, HSQC and HMBC) and HR-ESI-MS.  相似文献

The synthesis of the functionalized oleamide derivatives, whose biological activity is not blocked, has become attractive in both the biological and chemical fields.Herein, by linking the fluorophore to the oleamide by alkyl chains, we synthesized the fluorescently tagged oleamide whose biological feature is similar to that of oleamide. Moreover, we also synthesized other bioactive derivatives tagged by other groups such as the sugars and biotin via alkyl chain linkers.  相似文献

Two new ligands of the coumarin type have been synthesized and characterized by 1H, 13C NMR, IR and MS. The crystal and molecular structures of ligand 2, determined by the X-ray diffraction method, are presented. With copper(II) these ligands create solid complexes of the type CuLCl2, where L is 5-(2-hydroxybenzoyl)-3-methyl-1-(2-pyridinyl)pyrazol-4-carboxylic acid methyl ester (2) or 3-methyl-1-(2-pyridinyl)-1H-chromene[4,3-c]pyrazol-4-on (3). The new copper(II) complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis and solid state FT-IR. The protonation constants of ligands 2 and 3 have been determined in 5% v/v 1,4-dioxane–water solution (25 °C). The coordination modes in the complexes with copper(II) are discussed for 2 on the basis of potentiometric and UV–Vis data.  相似文献

A new analytical strategy to screen for endocrine-disrupting chemicals (EDCs) in environmental matrices is presented. The strategy uses solid-phase extraction followed by large volume injection and capillary gas chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry combined with retention time locking libraries (SPE-LVI-GC-MS-RTL). Characterization of the proposed methodology (SPE-LVI-GC-MS) for selected classes of EDCs enabled high reproducibility and robustness at the ultratrace level. The RTL databases used allowed hundreds of non-target semivolatiles (i.e., pesticides, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, polychlorinated biphenyls and other classes of suspected EDCs from a great number of unknown environmental matrices) to be simultaneously screened for in an easy, fast and remarkable manner. The application of the proposed methodology to real environmental samples demonstrated its remarkable selectivity and sensitivity at the ultratrace level. Screening assessments performed on water and sediment matrices from eight Portuguese estuaries and coastal waters identified EDC "hotspots." These EDCs mainly come from agricultural and a wide variety of industrial sources, and include pesticides and pesticide metabolites, phenolic derivatives and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, which are included in the lists of priority substances published by international environmental agencies. The estuaries that contained relatively high levels of pesticides were Guadiana, Sado and Mondego, while Minho, Douro and Formosa showed enhanced levels of phenolic derivatives. Dibutyltin and tributyltin, selected as target compounds to be monitored by SPE-LVI-GC-MS in the selected ion monitoring mode, were shown to be widespread contaminants at trace levels in almost all of the sediment matrices assessed. The reliability of the proposed methodology undoubtedly makes it a valuable tool that could replace other analytical strategies currently used to screen for EDCs present in the environment at ultratrace levels.  相似文献

A study of the reactivity of enantiopure ferrocenylimine (SC)-[FcCHN-CH(Me)(Ph)] {Fc =  (η5-C5H5)Fe{(η5-C5H4)-} (1a) with palladium(II)-allyl complexes [Pd(η3-1R1,3R2-C3H3)(μ-Cl)]2 {R1 = H and R2 = H (2), Ph (3) or R1 = R2 = Ph (4)} is reported. Treatment of 1a with 2 or 3 {in a molar ratio Pd(II):1a = 1} in CH2Cl2 at 298 K produced [Pd(η3-3R2-C3H4){FcCHN-CH(Me)(Ph)}Cl] {R2 = H (5a) or Ph (6a)}. When the reaction was carried out under identical experimental conditions using complex 4 as starting material no evidence for the formation of [Pd(η3-1,3-Ph2-C3H3){FcCHN-CH(Me)(Ph)}Cl] (7a) was found. Additional studies on the reactivity of (SC)-[FcCHN-CH(R3)(CH2OH)] {R3 = Me (1b) or CHMe2 (1c)} with complex 4 showed the importance of the bulk of the substituents on the palladium(II) allyl-complex (2-4) or on the ferrocenylimines (1) in this type of reaction. The crystal structure of 5a showed that: (a) the ferrocenylimine adopts an anti-(E) conformation and behaves as an N-donor ligand, (b) the chloride is in acis-arrangement to the nitrogen and (c) the allyl group binds to the palladium(II) in a η3-fashion. Solution NMR studies of 5a and 6a and [Pd(η3-1,3-Ph2-C3H3){FcCHN-CH(Me)(CH2OH)}Cl] (7b) revealed the coexistence of several isomers in solution. The stoichiometric reaction between 6a and sodium diethyl 2-methylmalonate reveals that the formation of the achiral linear trans-(E) isomer of Ph-CHCH-CH2Nu (8) was preferred over the branched derivative (9). A comparative study of the potential utility of ligand 1a, complex 5a and the amine (SC)-H2N-CH(Me)(Ph) (11) as catalysts in the allylic alkylation of (E)-3-phenyl-2-propenyl (cinnamyl) acetate with the nucleophile diethyl 2-methylmalonate (Nu) is reported.  相似文献

The attempted coupling of (ferrocenylmethyl)trimethylammonium iodide (1) with 1,4,7-(triformyl)-1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane (2) in water led to the formation of the expected compound 1-(ferrocenemethyl)-4,7,10-(triformyl)-1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane (3). In addition, hydrolysis of the ferrocenyl precursor 1 led to the formation of two other known compounds, hydroxymethylferrocene (4) and bis(ferrocenylmethyl) ether (5). An X-ray crystal structure determination of 4 revealed the presence of H-bonding between the hydroxyl groups of one molecule of 4 and the oxygen atom of an adjacent molecule resulting in a left-handed helical chain of molecules lying along the b-axis direction. The O?O distances are significantly shorter than those found in previously reported structures of hydroxymethylferrocene derivatives indicative of moderate strength H-bonding interactions. In the structure of 5, the orientation of the ferrocenyl groups are staggered relative to a vector comprising the two carbons of the C-O-C linker.  相似文献

The bond-dissociation energy of CH bonds in fluoro derivatives of methane, ethane, ethene, propene, and benzene is determined by spectroscopic and quantum chemical methods. The spectroscopic values of the bond-dissociation energy of CH bonds are calculated in terms of fundamental absorption bands in the anharmonic approximation by the variational method using the Morse anharmonic basis. The quantum chemical calculations are performed using the 6-311G(3df, 3pd)/B3LYP basis set. The obtained regularities in variations of the CH bond dissociation energy values upon changes in the molecule structure are discussed.  相似文献

Anionic polymerizations of four new dual-functionalized styrene and α-methylstyrene derivatives, 3-(4-(4-isopropenylphenoxy)butyl)styrene ( 4 ), 3-(4-(2-isopropenylphenoxy)butyl)-α-methylstyrene ( 5 ), 4-(4-(4-isopropenylphenoxy)butyl)-α-methylstyrene ( 6 ), and 4-(4-(2-vinylphenoxy)butyl)styrene ( 7 ), were carried out in THF at -78 °C with sec-BuLi as an initiator. Both 4 and 5 underwent anionic polymerization in a living manner to quantitatively afford functionalized polystyrenes and poly(α-methylstyrene)s having α-methylstyrene moiety in each monomer unit and precisely controlled chain lengths. On the other hand, insoluble polymers were obtained by the anionic polymerization of 6 and 7 under the same conditions. The positional effect of substituent on anionic polymerization was discussed.  相似文献
