Glycosylation site analysis of human alpha-1-acid glycoprotein (AGP) by capillary liquid chromatography-electrospray mass spectrometry

A new anionic surfactant (RapiGest SF) was successfully used for site-specific analysis of glycosylation in human alpha-1-acid glycoprotein (AGP). By means of this analytical approach combined with capillary HPLC-mass spectrometry (and tandem mass spectrometry), the N-linked glycosylation pattern of AGP was explored. On the basis of mass matching and MS/MS experiments ca 80 different AGP-derived glycopeptides were identified. Glycosylation shows a markedly different pattern for the various glycosylation sites. At sites I and II, triantennary complex-type oligosaccharides predominate and at sites III, IV and V, tetra-antennary complex-type oligosaccharides predominate. Sites IV and V show the presence of additional N-acetyl lactosamine (Gal-GlcNAc) units (even higher degree of branching and/or longer antennae are also present).     

Thermochromism of bithiophenes and internal aromatic chain rotation

The relation between thermochromism and thermal motion of aromatic rings on model bithiophene and 3-butylbithiophene molecules was studied by molecular dynamics (MD) simulations based on semiempirical AM1 hamiltonian. Theoretical optical spectra at various temperatures are generated from the conformations obtained from MD calculations. Alkyl chains have a tendency to tilt bithiophene fragments from co-planarity (connected with blue shift) whereas the unsubstituted systems prefer the higher degree of planarity (connected with red shift) upon the temperature increase. The slope of the linear temperature dependence of the reciprocal maximal wavelengths consists of the above electronic and of the vibrational contribution that (according to Wien’s displacement law) causes always the increase of the above mentioned slope by reciprocal Wien’s constant. This model explains the temperature dependence of experimental UV–vis spectra for dibutylheptathiophene and 3′,3,4′,4-tetrahexylhexathiophene.     

Kinetics, selectivity, and mechanism of the reactions of arenes with adamantyl carbocations in sulfuric acid

Data on the kinetics, selectivity, kinetic isotope effect, and the effect of the acidity of the medium on the rate of the reactions of benzene and alkylbenzenes in sulfuric acid (59–78 wt.% H₂SO₄) solutions of 1-adamantanol at 30 °C indicate that the direct reagents are the adamantyl carbocations (Ad⁺) that alkylate the arenes. The ortho positions of the benzene ring are not accessible on account of steric hindrances. 新型尼龙214,414,614,814,1014和1214的合成与表征

用熔融缩聚法基于十四碳二酸合成了一系列偶偶尼龙，包括尼龙2 14，4 14， 6 14，8 14，10 14，12 14。用红外光谱、元素分析、核磁共振、差示扫描热分析 、热失重分析、热机械分析、粘度法对合成尼龙的结构与性能进行了表征。同时还 初步研究了尼龙12 14的物理性能，发现其物理性能介于尼龙66和聚乙烯之间。     

Preparation of Diphenyl Oxalate from Transesterification of Dimethyl Oxalate with Phenol over TS—1 Catalyst

Diphenyl oxalate was synthesized from transesterification of dimethyl oxalate with phenol over TS-1(2.5 wt% Ti)catalyst.TS-1 catalyst,as a beterogeneous catalyst,showed excellent selectivity of diphenyl oxalate and methylphenyl oxalate compared with other homogeneous catalysts.Lewis acid sites on TS-1 catalyst were the active sites for transesterification of dimethyl oxalate with phenol.the high selectivity was closely related to the weak acid sites over TS-1.     

流动注射电化学发光测定维生素B1的研究

基于发现在强碱性介质维生素 B1对电生BrO-氧化Luminol的强化学发光有很强的抑制作用, 将在线恒电流电解产生BrO-与流动注射技术结合,建立了流动注射电化学发光测定维生素B1的新方法.该方法测定维生素B1的线性范围为1.0×10-8～6.0×10-6g·ml-1,检出限为3.2×10-9g·ml-1,相对标准偏差为1.2%(n=11).该法具有灵敏度高,可控性强等优点,用于片剂中的维生素B1含量测定,结果满意.     

Elucidation of the structures of 3-alkylthio-, 3-benzylthio-, 2-arylthio- and 2-heteroarylthio-N1-(1,3-dimethylbutyl)-N4-phenyl-1,4-phenylenediamines by one- and two-dimensional NMR spectroscopy

Nucleophilic addition of alkyl- and benzylthiols to benzoquinone diimine (1) gave the corresponding 3-alkylthio- or 3-benzylthio-1,4-phenylenediamines (2-5). However, addition of aryl- or heteroarylthiols to 1 formed 2-arylthio- or 2-heteroarylthio-1,4-phenylenediamines (6-14). The structures of 2-14, obtained in 55-91% yields, were confirmed in CDCl3 or DMSO-d6 solution using 1D (NOE difference, coupled 13C NMR spectra, APT and DEPT) and 2D NMR techniques [DQCOSY, NOESY, HETCOR and heteronuclear multiple bond coherence (HMBC)] that resulted in unambiguous proton and carbon NMR resonance assignments. The substituent-induced 13C NMR chemical shift differences were calculated in 2-14 relative to carbon atoms in the model compound N1-(1,3-dimethylbutyl)-N4-phenyl-1,4-phenylenediamine (DMBPPD) (15) (a reduced form of benzoquinone diimine).     

NMR位移试剂Eu(fod)~4^-对锍盐^1H和^1^3C NMR的影响

合成了八种新的四氟硼酸二甲基苯基锍，用元素分析和核磁共振对其结构进行了表征。研究了以CDCl~3为溶剂，NMR位移试剂Eu(fod)~4^-对所合成锍盐的^1H和^1^3C NMR的影响。结果表明，Eu(fod)~4^-是一个对锍盐非常有效的位移试剂，且Eu(fod)~4^-对二甲基苯基锍盐之甲基的^1H和^1^3C NMR的位移呈线性关系。

DFT法研究离子液中EMIM+催化丁烯双键异构反应机理(II)

用密度泛函理论(DFT)在B3LYP/6-31G(d, p)的计算水平上研究了离子液中1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑阳离子(EMIM⁺)的4-H和5-H原子催化丁烯双键异构反应的可能途径，优化了反应体系的平衡态和过渡态的几何构型，分析了反应过程中键参数的变化，通过振动分析对平衡态和过渡态进行了验证. 计算结果表明, 离子液中的EMIM⁺首先通过4-H和5-H原子吸附丁烯, 进而催化丁烯的双键异构反应, EMIM⁺的4-H和5-H催化1-丁烯异构为2-丁烯的正反应活化能分别为204.2和207.3 kJ•mol^-1，逆反应活化能约为220.9和223.8 kJ•mol^-1， 反应为基元反应.
