 采用化学镀方法在非对称氧化铝管状载体上制备出高性能 PdAu 合金膜. 采用阶段性热处理方法通过 X 射线衍射技术监测 PdAu 膜层合金化进程, 发现在 823 K 下 H2 气氛中厚度为 2 μm, Au 含量为 17.37% 的 PdAu 双金属膜层需要 200 h 达到完全合金化; N2/H2 气氛对 PdAu 合金化速率无显著影响, 但 N2 气氛中合金化后的 PdAu 合金膜表面粒子烧结更为严重. 在 623~823 K 下, 与未进行化学镀 Au 时的纯 Pd 膜相比, PdAu 合金膜的 H2 渗透速率平均增加 1.68 倍, 透氢活化能 (Ea) 降低 38.51%; 当温度低于 573 K 时, PdAu 合金膜的 Ea 由高温时的 8.83 kJ/mol 增加到 15.75 kJ/mol, 此时 PdAu 合金膜的 H2 渗透控速步骤由体相扩散为主的 H2 传质步骤过渡到由表面扩散为主的传质步骤. 通过扫描电镜和能谱联用仪对 PdAu 合金膜的膜厚度和截面组成进行了表征. 关键词  相似文献

研究纳米金刚石水基稳定分散体系的组成及分散操作工艺.以低泡沫磺酸基阴离子表面活性剂作分散活化剂,比较了各种机械搅拌方式对体系稳定性的影响,并以复合镀铬作应用试验.测定了纳米金刚石复合镀铬的镀层沉积速率,镀层硬度,耐磨性等参数,由SEM观察镀层晶态结构图像.列举了试验结果、测试数据及复合镀铬的工艺条件,并对实验结果及机理进行了分析探讨.  相似文献

 以改性聚苯乙烯微球为模板,采用化学镀法在聚苯乙烯微球表面包覆一层银,在四氢呋喃溶液中将聚苯乙烯微球溶解,得到中空Ag纳米球壳。采用扫描电镜、透射电镜和X射线衍射仪对样品进行了表征及分析,并用紫外可见分光光度计研究了粒子的光学性质。实验结果表明:运用此法成功地制备出中空Ag纳米球壳的内径为250 nm,壁厚约为15 nm,并且成功地使纳米粒子的紫外吸收光谱由600 nm红移至900 nm左右,实现了在可见光至近红外光区调节Ag纳米结构的吸收峰。  相似文献

用脉冲偏压电弧离子镀技术在玻璃基片上制备均匀透明的TiO2薄膜.利用X射线衍射仪、原子力显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、紫外-可见透射光谱仪和纳米压痕仪等手段,对不同脉冲负偏压下合成薄膜的相结构、微观结构、表面形貌、力学和光学性能进行表征.结果表明,沉积态薄膜为非晶态.脉冲负偏压对薄膜性能有明显的影响.随偏压的增加,薄膜厚度、硬度和弹性模量均先增大后减小,前者峰值出现在100—200 V负偏压范围,后两者则在250—350V范围.300 V负偏压时薄膜硬度最高,薄膜达到原子级表面光滑度,均方 关键词: 2薄膜')" href="#">TiO2薄膜 脉冲偏压电弧离子镀 硬度 折射率  相似文献

The bottom‐up filling capabilities of electroless copper plating bath with an addition of additives, such as polyethylene glycol (PEG), polypropylene glycol (PPG) and triblock copolymers of PEG and PPG with ethylene oxide terminal blocks termed EPE, were investigated by the cross‐sectional scanning electron microscopy (SEM) observation of sub‐micrometer trenches. Though three additives had inhibition for electroless copper deposition, the suppression degrees of three additives were different. EPE‐2000 had the strongest suppression for electroless copper deposition, and the suppression of PEG‐2000 was the weakest. The bottom‐up filling capability of electroless copper was investigated in a plating bath containing different additives with the concentration of 2.0 mg/L. The cross‐sectional SEM observation indicated the trenches with the width of 280 nm and the depth of 475 nm were all completely filled by the plating bath with an addition of EPE‐2000, but the trenches were not completely filled by the plating bath with an addition of PEG‐2000 or PPG‐2000, and some voids appeared. Linear sweep voltammetry measurement indicated that three additives all inhibited the cathodic reduction reaction and the anodic oxidation reaction, and the inhibition of EPE‐2000 was the strongest among three additives, which agreed with that of the deposition rate of electroless copper. Significant differences in surface roughness of deposited copper film were observed by UV‐visible near‐infrared for different suppressors, and the bright and smooth of deposited copper film were in accordance with the inhibition of three additives.  相似文献

介绍了利用络合滴定法测定低压流体输送用镀锌焊风管镀锌层重量的方法,试样用稀硫酸溶解,在PH1.5 ̄2.0的弱酸性介质中,以磺基水杨酸钠为指标剂,用EDTA滴定铁,调PH为5.5,以PAN为指示剂,用EDTA滴定锌,由EDTA用量求出锌的重量,用GB/T3091-93方法比较,试验结果满意。  相似文献

In this communication, a porous stainless steel (PSS) tube was electrolessly plated into Pd–Ag membrane reactor which was used for separating hydrogen produced in an ethanol steam reforming reaction with the addition of oxygen, which has not been reported before. Palladium and silver were deposited on porous stainless steel tube via the sequential electroless plating procedure with an overall film thickness of 20 μm and Pd/Ag weight ratio of 78/22. Ethanol–water mixture (nwater/nethanol = 1 or 3) and oxygen (noxygen/nethanol = 0.2 or 0.7) were fed concurrently into the membrane reactor packed with MDC-3. The reaction temperatures were set at 593–723 K and the pressures 3–10 atm. The effect of oxygen addition plays a vital role on the ethanol steam reforming reaction, especially for the Pd–Ag membrane reactor in which a higher flux of hydrogen is required. If oxygen in the feed is not sufficient, it would be possible that steam reforming reaction prevails. Inversely, high O2 addition will shift the reaction scenario to be partial oxidation dominating, and selectivity of CO2 increases with increasing oxygen feed. At high pressure, autothermal reaction of ethanol would be easily reached.  相似文献

Hot‐dipped aluminum copper with plating auxiliary KF is introduced in this work. In this study, the intermetallic layer thickness varies with dipping temperature and time in a linear relationship. The main phases are identified to be CuAl2 and K3AlF6 by means of X‐ray diffraction. The reaction equations are deduced according to the elements concentration gradient in cross section. The copper diffusion rate in liquid Al is calculated to be 1.13 × 10−12 m2/s by Fick's second law in semi‐infinite solid model, and the obtained conductivity is 1.758–1.767 × 10−2 Ω mm2/m. The results indicate that the interfacial bonding is in a good state and plating auxiliary KF aqueous solution. can significantly improve the substrate wettability. TiN/TiAlN multilayer coatings were deposited on M2 high speed steel by a pulsed bias arc ion plating system. The effect of pulsed bias duty ratio on the microstructure, mechanical and wear properties was investigated. The amount of macroparticles reduced with the increase of the duty ratio. The surface roughness was 0.0858 μm at duty ratio of 50%. TiN/TiAlN multilayer coatings were crystallized with orientations in the (1 1 1), (2 0 0) (2 2 2) and (3 1 1) crystallographic planes and the microstructure strengthened at (1 1 1) preferred orientation. At duty ratio of 20%, the hardness of TiN/TiAlN multilayer coatings reached a maximum of 3004 HV, which was 3.2 times that of the substrate. The adhesion strength reached a maximum of 77 N at 50% duty ratio. Friction and wear analyses were carried out by pin-on-disc tester at room temperature. Compared with the substrate, all the specimens coated with TiN/TiAlN multilayer coatings exhibited better tribological properties.  相似文献

In this work a new membrane electrode based on Pt-coated Nafion membrane was fabricated. Chemical deposition process was used to coat platinum on Nafion 117 membrane and then Pt-coated Nafion membrane was hot pressed on gas diffusion layer (GDL) to make new membrane electrode. The electrochemical and chemical studies of the Pt-coated Nafions were investigated by electrochemical techniques, X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The electrochemical results indicated that as the concentration of H2PtCl6 increased, the oxygen reduction reaction rate increased until the concentration was reached where the reduction reaction was limited by the problem of mass transport. The electrochemical results for oxygen reduction reaction showed that the new electrode which prepared by plating Nafion membrane with 0.06 M H2PtCl6 in electroless plating solution, has a higher performance than other electrodes. The XRD results showed that the average platinum particle size of the best sample was about 3 nm. The loading of platinum for this electrode was 0.153 mg cm−2.  相似文献
