Application of nanodiamonds in human body fluid analysis by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry

Direct mass spectrometric analysis of complex biological samples is very important and challenging. In this paper, nanodiamonds have been successfully used in matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometric analysis of human serum and urine. As a practical tool and platform, it can be widely used in the field of humoral proteomics, and it plays a very promising role in clinical diagnosis, including identification of novel disease-associated biomarkers.     

化学化工虚拟仿真实验教学平台的建设与应用

Virtual simulation teaching is a new type of teaching mode in recent years, which is a fusion of multiple disciplines, multiple regions and multi-level laboratory teaching methods. Taking virtual simulation experiment platform construction of chemical engineering in Tianjin University as an example, this paper introduces the chemical safety knowledge, the integration of theoretical knowledge, the experimental content, the specific content of virtual simulation resources, and the characteristic of virtual simulation experiment platform. This platform provides a new model of efficient combination of virtual simulation resources and traditional teaching resources, which promotes the development of chemical laboratory teaching.     

Spectrum planning and performance evaluation between heterogeneous satellite networks

A new network has been recently proposed for the provision of fixed broadband services via high altitude platform stations (HAPS) in the 48/47 GHz band. One of the critical issues of this technology is spectrum sharing with the fixed satellite service. This paper examines the effect of Earth-to-stratosphere co-channel interference produced by ground stations of HAPS network to geostationary orbit (GEO) satellite receivers and proposes an interference-to-noise (I/N) calculation model for the evaluation of the current HAPS ground stations power characteristics set by ITU-R. Analytical and simulation results for archetypal systems in realistic scenarios indicate that efficient use of the spectrum shared between heterogeneous HAPS and Fixed Satellite Networks is feasible. Certain consideration is needed prior to the HAPS network development in suburban areas for latitudes from 55° to 65°, and in rural areas for latitudes from 60° to 75°.     

铁氰化钴修饰石墨烯平面电极对过氧化氢的传感作用

利用高分子支撑法将气相沉积(CVD)石墨烯从铜基底上转移到聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)基底上,制备出石墨烯平面电极(GPE), 通过循环伏安法将铁氰化钴(CoHCF)纳米颗沉积到GPE上,得到铁氰化钴修饰石墨烯平面电极(CoHCF/GPE).研究表明,此电极对过氧化氢具有良好的传感作用,从而构建一种新型无酶过氧化氢传感器.此传感器在过氧化氢浓度为5.0-1200 μmol/L范围内,响应电流与浓度呈现良好的线性关系,检出限为7.1 nmol/L (S/N=3),响应时间约为2 s,具有稳定性好、抗干扰能力强、制备简单等优点.     

某光电雷达稳定平台关键部件转板的动态特性分析

 转板是光电雷达稳定平台的关键元件之一。为了更好地设计和分析某光电雷达稳定平台的转板,运用Pro E软件对其进行三维实体建模,合理简化后,进入Ansys软件界面建立有限元模型。应用有限元理论和Ansys软件对其进行动态特性分析,得到了转板前八阶模态的固有频率和振型,以及要求范围内的谐响应。对比了不同方法划分网格的网格质量,采取不同材料得到了不同模态。分析结果表明：设计的转板在关心的频段0~50 Hz,2 000 Hz~8 000 Hz内不发生共振,符合设计要求。     

基于虚拟仪器技术的多路水声信号同步采集及处理平台设计

本文介绍了虚拟仪器技术在水声信号处理研究中的一个具体应用,利用LabVIEW语言编程,在NI公司高速数据采集硬件平台上实现了高采样率下多通道数据的同步采集、处理、记录功能,并在不使用信号处理机的情况下,利用主控单板机的单核CPU完成了32通道常规波束成形(CBF)的实时计算。同时,本文对非DSP硬件平台的实时信号处理实现方法进行了初步的研究。     

机载平台式惯导系统导电环故障机理分析及解决措施

导电环是平台式惯导系统惯性平台的重要组成部分,主要承担惯性平台台体内各种信号与系统的传输和交联,导电环发生故障直接会导致惯导系统失效。针对导电环三种故障模式:接触电阻变大、绝缘强度降低以及烧坏,本文采用微动磨损和电接触理论,结合作者的实际工作经验,对故障机理进行了分析,提出了相应的改进措施。这些措施均在生产中得到落实。落实措施后的故障统计表明,采取的改进措施有效,导电环的故障率与原来相比降低了38%。     

Iridium and Rhodium as Permanent Chemical Modifiers for the Determination of Ag, As, Bi, Cd, and Sb by Electrothermal Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

Performance of graphite platforms coated with Ir, Rh, and a mixture of both, as permanent modifiers for Ag, As, Bi, Cd, and Sb, was evaluated. The coating process is very simple: a solution containing Ir, Rh, or a mixture of both is pipetted on the platform inserted in a graphite tube, and this is submitted to a temperature program. High pyrolysis temperatures are allowed, especially for As and Bi, 1400°C, in the Ir + Rh-coated platform. The sensitivity remains about the same for all analytes with different coatings, except for As in the Ir-coated platform, for which a remarkable gain was obtained in comparison to the other coatings. The lifetimes of the treated tubes were in the range 50 to more than 1000 cycles, being especially long for Sb and Ag in the Rh-coated platform, more than 600 and 1000 cycles, respectively. The Rh coating could not be used for Bi and Cd. Analysis of a certified reference water and of acid oyster tissue digests showed the absence of interference and good precision. Advantages of the permanent coatings are the possibility of low blanks byin situcleaning of the modifier and shorter analysis time.     

基于Web Services的移动通信综合网管系统

基于Web Services分布式原理，提出了一种新的移动通信综合网管系统的方案．该系统与目前国内传统的TMN网管系统相比，在匹配性、移植性、扩展性、安全性以及重用性等方面都具有明显的优越性．通过对Web Services体系结构分析研究，给出了Web Services到TMN网管系统的映射．并在试验环境中，实现和验证了这种基于Web Services分布式综合网管系统．最后对如何用，ETWeb服务来实现综合的网管的关键技术进行了阐述和分析。     

舰载导弹中的平台惯导系统在动基座上的初始对准

本文论述了在子平台粗对准后，利用载体姿态角度差传递对准法，精确估计子平台的姿态误差角、目标方位误差角和漂移率。载体姿态角度差传递对准法解决了子平台对准中的多个未知数的求解问题，并可自动消除载体姿态角传感器误差对其估计的影响。
