通过离子交换法,将含Zr过渡金属离子1,3取代钨硅、钨磷过氧杂多酸盐嵌入Zn2Al类水滑石中,获得了层柱化合物,并用XRD,IR,UV等手段对产物的结构进行了表征.结果表明过氧杂多阴离子进入水滑石层间后,水滑石的层间距从0.92增大到1.47 nm,且过氧链没被破坏.层柱化合物在酯化反应中显示优良的催化性能. 相似文献

多孔性层状钙钛矿型镧铌酸催化剂的制备 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
用正己胺预支撑层状镧铌酸,以3-丙氨基三乙氧基硅烷为硅源,将其水解后形成的硅聚合体粒子插入到镧铌酸的层间,经焙烧后制成氧化硅柱支撑的多孔性镧铌酸催化剂. 它的层间通道高度约0.52 nm,比表面积从柱撑前的5 m2/g增大到109 m2/g. 镧铌酸比表面积的显著增大,主要是由氧化硅柱撑后形成的层间狭缝状微孔孔道所提供的. 充分暴露的层间内表面使镧铌酸的酸催化性能得到大幅度改善,对异丙醇脱水的催化活性从未支撑时的32.0%提高到柱撑后的73.9%. 此催化剂的层状结构可保持到700 ℃以上,是一热稳定的多孔性层柱材料. 在催化剂制备过程中,柱化液浓度和回流反应时间对层柱材料的多孔性具有较大的影响,进而影响其酸催化活性,但这些因素不能显著改变材料的层间通道高度. 相似文献

Poly (lactic acid) (PLA) was synthesized using d , l ‐lactide monomer and zinc oxide (ZnO) pillared organic saponite as the green catalyst, through ring‐opening polymerization. The effects of stoichiometry of catalyst and polymerization conditions on molecular weight of PLA were evaluated by orthogonal experiment. The optimum polymerization parameters were: 0.5 wt% ZnO pillared organic saponite and reaction conditions of 170°C for 20 hr. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and 1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy confirmed the PLA structure. Gel permeation chromatography showed that the average molecular weight of PLA was 48,442 g/mol, and its polydispersity index was 1.875. Differential scanning calorimetry, X‐ray diffraction, and polarized optical microscopy showed that ZnO pillared organic saponite improved the crystallinity of PLA. Thermal gravimetric analysis showed improved thermal stability of PLA because of ZnO pillared organic saponite. Thermal decomposition kinetics of PLA/ZnO pillared organic saponite nanocomposites was also studied. The activation energies (Ea) for thermal degradation of PLA and PLA/ZnO pillared organic saponite nanocomposites were evaluated by the Kissinger and Ozawa methods, which demonstrated that ZnO pillared organic saponite enhanced Ea of thermal degradation of PLA and significantly improved its thermal stability. Titania pillared montmorillonite clay was prepared by two different routes viz. 1) conventional ion exchange method and 2) modified method wherein the post hydrothermal treatment after ion-exchange was employed. The influence of the post hydrothermal treatment on the textural properties of titania-pillared clays was studied. The calcined clay was characterized by different physico-chemical techniques such as XRD, EDX, low temperature (77 K) nitrogen adsorption and UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy. The content of pillared titania remained unchanged irrespective of the method of preparation. The method of preparation and severity of the conditions employed for the hydrothermal treatment resulted in alteration of the crystallinity and crystallite size of the anatase. The changes in the average pore diameter was found to comensurate with the changes in crystallite size of anatase phase. The increase in total pore volume as a function of the severity of the post hydrothermal treatment resulted in the decrease in micropore volume. The severity of the post hydrothermal treatment governed the extent of the blue shift in UV-Vis DRS spectra.The behaviour of titania pillared clays in adsorptive capacity and in photo-catalytic oxidation of methylene blue and victoria pure blue in aqueous medium was studied as a function of their physico-chemical characteristics. 将两种含铁柱撑膨润土(Fe-Al-Bent和Fe-Bent)用作复相光催化剂, 表征结果证实它们具有很高的比表面积, 铁以高催化活性的α-Fe2O3存在于复相催化剂中. 以甲基橙为目标降解物, 考察了不同类型的催化剂、催化剂用量以及H2O2浓度对其降解的影响, 并与相应的均相Fenton反应进行了比较. 结果表明: 两种复相光催化剂的催化脱色性能和CODCr去除率都很高, 明显优于相应的均相Fenton反应, 且复合铁铝柱撑膨润土(Fe-Al-Bent)比单一的铁柱撑膨润土(Fe-Bent)催化性能更好, 此外它们还具有分离简单、重复使用性好等特点. 相似文献

Acidic properties of Al-, Zr- and Cr- pillared montmorillonites prepared from Jelšovy Potok bentonite (Central Slovakia) have
been investigated using temperature-programmed desorption of ammonia. The number of acid sites varied with different interlayer
cations from 0.06 to 0.23 mmol g−1. The character of acid sites was similar in the case of Al- and Zr- forms. It is obvious that the chromium analogue contains
