Improvement of Dispersion and Release Properties of Nifedipine in Suppositories by Complexation with 2-Hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin

Geometries, electronic properties and NMR-shielding of cucurbit[5]uril, decamethylcucurbit[5]uril, cucurbit[6]uril, cucurbit[7]uril, and cucurbit[8]uril are investigated with DFT calculations. All molecules are highly symmetrical with a distinct geometric flexibility. In addition with a characteristic partial charge distribution these findings account for their chemical complex building ability.     

KF－Al2O3催化下3，4－二氢－2H－吡喃[3,2-h]喹啉衍生物的合成

芳醛、8－羟基喹啉与丙二腈或氰乙酸乙酯KF－Al2O3催化下反应生成一系列新 的3，4－二氢－2H－吡喃[3,2-h]喹淋衍生物，产物的结构通过单晶X射线确证。     

杯芳烃的配位化学──Ⅳ.对叔丁基杯[8]芳烃与钙、镉配合物的合成与表征

本文合成了对叔丁基杯[8]芳烃(H₈L)与钙、镉的固体配合物。并以元素分析、核磁共振、热谱、红外谱、紫外谱等进行表征。其配合物的组成分别为Ca(H₆L)·6dmf及Cd(H₆L)·6dmf.     

碳化钨负载S2O8^2-/ZrO2固体超强酸催化剂上的正戊烷反应研究

首次研究了碳化钨负载S2 O2 -8 ZrO2 (PSZ)固体超强酸催化剂 (WC PSZ)上正戊烷的反应情况及影响催化剂活性的各种因素 ,并用GC MS ,XRD ,BET等手段分析了正戊烷反应产物和催化剂的物理化学性质等 .结果表明 :WC PSZ对正戊烷具有异构化和裂解的双重催化作用 .PSZ在负载适量碳化钨后对正戊烷反应的活性和选择性显著提高 ,显示出优于Pt PSZ催化剂的效果 ,碳化钨的负载量为 2 0 %的效果最佳 .适当的焙烧、活化和反应温度等条件是取得良好反应效果的关键     

聚合物-Ni(II)膜电极的研究

Ni(Ⅱ)离子可与聚8羟基喹啉、聚邻氨基酚、聚邻苯二胺和聚苯胺络合。聚合物-Ni(Ⅱ)膜电极的循环伏安图有明显的氧化还原蜂, 和彼此相似的电化学特性。聚8羟基喹啉膜(聚邻氨基酚, 聚邻苯二胺)可用以交换Ni(Ⅱ)与H~+离子和分离Ni(Ⅱ)、Co(Ⅱ)和Fe(Ⅱ)离子。     

Structure-Activity Relationship of Insecticidal Steroids. III. Δ4,7-6-Ketosteroids

The toxicity of steroids 1-11 for colorado beetle (Leptinotarsa decemlineata Say.) larvae was studied by contact-intestinal treatment. Active insect-growth regulators were found among the studied compounds.     

Chloroaqua Complexes [M3S4(H2O)9?xClx](4?x)+ (M = Mo, W; x = 4, 6, 7) and Their Supramolecular Compounds with Cucur[8]uril

Compounds of trigonal cluster chloroaqua complexes with cucurbit[8]uril were synthesized by slowly evaporating HCl solutions of chalcogenides heterometallic cubane cluster complexes of molybdenum and tungsten with cucurbit[8]uril in air; the complexes were characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis: (H₃O)₈[Mo₃S₄(H₂O)_2.5Cl_6.5]₂Cl(PdCl₄)·(C₄₈H₄₈N₃₂O₁₆)· 29H₂O (a = 13.3183(17) Å, b = 13.7104(18) Å, c = 18.225(3) Å; α = 80.263(3)°, β = 77. 958(3)°, γ = 87.149(4)°, V = 3207.4(7) ų, space group P , Z = 1, ρ(calc) = 1.900 g/cm³), (H₃O)₄ [Mo₃S₄(H₂O)₃Cl₆]₂·(C₄₈H₄₈N₃₂O₁₆)₃·68H₂O (a = 21.413(6) Å, c = 49.832(10) Å; γ = 120°, V = 19788(8) ų, space group R , Z = 3, ρ(calc) = 1.695 g/cm³), (H₃O)₆ [Mo₃S₄(H₂O)₃Cl₆]₂Cl₂·(C₄₈H₄₈N₃₂O₁₆)·12H₂O (a = 15.881(2) Å, b = 17.191(2) Å, c = 23.276(4) Å; β = 98.865(15)°, V = 6278.7(15) ų, space group P2₁/c, Z = 2, ρ(calc) = 1.638 g/cm³), [W₃S₄(H₂O)₅Cl₄]₂·(C₄₈H₄₈N₃₂O₁₆)₃·35H₂O (a = 21.038(3) Å; α = 61.20(1)°, V = 6762.0(14) ų, space group R , Z = 1, ρ(calc) = 1.582 g/cm³). Synthesis and photoluminescence properties of 8-hydroxyquinoline derivatives and their metallic complexes

Three new 8-hydroxyquinoline derivatives, i.e. 5-[(4-styryl-benzylidene)-amino]-quinolin-8-ol (1), 5-[(4-bromo-2-fluoro-benzylidene)-amino]-quinoline-8-ol (2) and 2-[2-(9-ethyl-9H-carbazol-2yl)-vinyl]-quinolin-8-ol (3), and their metallic complexes were synthesized and identified by ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis), ¹H nuclear magnetic resonance (¹H NMR), Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR), mass spectrometry (MS) spectra and elemental analyses. Their fluorescence properties were studied by photoluminescence, which indicated that the luminescence wavelength of 5-and 2-substitued-8-hydroxyquinoline derivatives shifted to red in comparison with that of 8-hydroxyquinoline. Meanwhile, the fluorescence lifetime of 2-[2-(9-ethyl-9H-carbazol-2yl)-vinyl]-quinolin-8-ol and its zinc complex showed long lifetime in benzene solution. __________ Translated from Chinese Journal of Organic Chemistry, 2007, 27(3): 402–408 [译自: 有机化学]     

Synthesis of 3β,20S-dihydroxydammar-24-en-12-one 3,20-di-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (chikusetsusaponin-LT8), a glycoside from Panax japonicus

A method for preparative production of 3β,20S-dihydroxydammar-24-en-12-one 3,20-di-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), a glycoside from Panax japonicus, chikusetsusaponin-LT₈ was developed. Chemical transformation of betulafolientriol, a component of Betula leaves extract, produced the 12-keto-20S-protopanaxadiol (3β,20S-dihydroxydammar-24-en-12-one) (2), exhaustive glycosylation of which by 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-α-D-glucopyranosylbromide (3) under Koenigs—Knorr reaction conditions with subsequent removal of protecting groups formed 3β,20S-dihydroxydammar-24-en-12-one 3,20-di-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1). The principal glycosylation product was 3β,20S-dihydroxydammar-24-en-12-one 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside if equimolar amounts of (2) and (3) were used. __________ Translated from Khimiya Prirodnykh Soedinenii, No. 1, pp. 44–48, January–February, 2006.     

金属配合物高效液相色谱法测定人发和血清中锌,钴,铜的含量

选用8-羟基喹啉为配合剂，经柱前衍生后高效波相色谱法分离测定，建立了人发和血清中微量元素锌、钴、铜的含量测定方法，该法配合产物稳定性好，标准曲线的线性范围锌、铜均为0．8～4．0mg／L，钴为0．1～2．0mg／L，相关系数均0．999以上，批内、批间相对标准偏差均小于5％，加样回收率锌为（100．3±0.47）％，钴为（98．9±2．07）％，铜为（100.9±0．65）％。
