提出一种实现亮-暗复色光伏孤子的方法.不共轴的两束同频率相干但反相的亮光束共同形成一中空光束,在此暗区引入另一束不同频率的亮光束.这三束光在一定条件下可以通过非线性相互作用而形成亮-暗复色孤子.通过数值分析的方法对这种亮-暗复色光伏孤子的空间动力过程进行了研究.研究表明,这种亮-暗结构具有光控光特性. 关键词: 亮-暗复色光伏空间孤子 光控光  相似文献

Single crystals of the ternary compound CdGa2S4 have been grown from the melt by the Bridgman–Stockbarger method and their composition, structure, and electrophysical properties have been determined. From the crystals obtained, p-GaSe/n-CdGa2S4 heterostructures have been generated for the first time and their photoelectric properties in natural and linearly polarized light have been investigated. We determine the main parameters of the heterostructures and show that they can be used in photoprocessors of optical radiation.  相似文献

The electricity consumption of buildings is tremendous; moreover, a huge amount of electricity is lost during distribution. Taking away this consumption can significantly reduce energy demand and greenhouse effect gas emission. One of the low-cost and renewable solutions to this issue is to install photovoltaic panels on the buildings themselves, namely, building-integrated photovoltaics(BIPVs). Using this technology, power generation roofs, windows, and facades can harvest solar radiation and convert to electricity for building power consumption. Semi-transparent perovskite solar cells(ST-PSCs) have attracted tremendous attention for the power generation windows, due to the excellent photoelectric properties, versatile fabrication methods, bandgap tunability, and flexibility. Here, an overview is provided on the recent progress of ST-PSCs for BIPV, which mainly focuses on the control of perovskite morphology, optical engineering for an efficient and semi-transparent ST-PSC. We also summarize recent development on various transparent electrodes and present prospects and challenges for the commercialization of ST-PSCs.  相似文献

Systematically varied annealing, encapsulation, and solvent vapor treatments are conducted to produce stable OPV devices with controlled film morphology and high performance when produced in air. Active layer films are analyzed by AFM, nanomechanical mapping, UV–vis spectroscopy, and XRD. Devices prepared with isopropanol solvent vapor annealing (SVA) combined with thermal annealing (TA) show the highest environmental resistance and performance. Such devices yield average PCE of 3.3%, with stability to atmospheric exposure of up to 60 min prior to encapsulation. Encapsulated devices exposed to the laboratory environment for 30 days exhibit a decrease in PCE of ~15%. On application of a second TA step PCE is recovered to over 90% of the original value. The unprecedented air stability of the cells is attributed to the formation of an active layer with a stable, favorable morphology during the SVA process, which is associated with lower oxygen content films. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. In this study, a sulfonated pentablock ionomer is considered for use as an aqueous gel electrolyte in photovoltaic elastomer gels (PVEGs) containing photosensitive dyes. Depending on the casting solvent employed, these materials order into different nanoscale morphologies, some of which inherently consist of a continuous pathway through which ions and other polar species are able to diffuse, while others transform into continuous channels upon exposure to water. Here, we examine the effect of solvent polarity during film casting, vapor annealing, and liquid immersion on block ionomer morphology and PVEG photovoltaic performance. Casting the block ionomers from a mixed nonpolar/polar solvent promotes the formation of dispersed ion‐rich spherical microdomains. Alternatively, the use of a single polar solvent produces coexisting nonpolar cylinders and lamellae. Exposure of either morphology to polar solvent vapor causes the block ionomers to restructure into a lamellar morphology, whereas exposure of dispersed ion‐rich microdomains to water induces a transformation to an irregular morphology composed of continuous ionic channels, which provide an effective pathway for ion diffusion and, consequently, the highest photovoltaic efficiency. In addition to their photovoltaic efficacy, these aqueous gels possess improved mechanical properties (in terms of tensile strength and elastic modulus) in the presence of photosensitive dyes. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Two alternating medium band gap conjugated polymers (PBDT‐TPTI and PDTBDT‐TPTI) derived from 4,8‐bis(4,5‐dioctylthien‐2‐yl)benzo[1,2‐b:4,5‐b′]dithiophene (BDT‐T) or 5,10‐bis(4,5‐didecylthien‐2‐yl)dithieno[2,3‐d:2′,3′‐d′]benzo[1,2‐b:4,5‐b′]dithiophene (DTBDT‐T) with pentacyclic aromatic lactam of N,N‐didodecylthieno[2′,3′:5,6]pyrido[3,4‐g]thieno[3,2‐c]‐iso‐quinoline‐5,11‐dione (TPTI), are synthesized and characterized. The comparative investigation of the photostabilities of the copolymers revealed that the PDTBDT‐TPTI film exhibited the comparable photostability in relative to P3HT. Meanwhile, the inverted photovoltaic cells (i‐PVCs) from the blend films of PBDT‐TPTI and/or PDTBDT‐TPTI with PC71BM, in which poly[(9,9‐bis(3′‐(N,N‐dimethylamino)propyl)‐2,7‐fluorene)‐alt‐2,7‐(9,9‐dioctylfluorene)] were used as cathode modifying interlayer, presented higher power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) of 5.98% and 6.05% with photocurrent response ranging from 300 nm to 650 nm in contrast with the PCEs of 4.48% for the optimal inverted PVCs from P3HT/PC71BM under AM 1.5 G 100 mW/cm2. The PCEs of the i‐PVCs from PBDT‐TPTI and PDTBDT‐TPTI were improved to 7.58% and 6.91% in contrast to that of 0.02% for the P3HT‐based i‐PVCs, and the photocurrent responses of the devices were extended to 300–792 nm, when the ITIC was used as electron acceptor materials. The results indicate that the PBDT‐TPTI and PDTBDT‐TPTI can be used as the promising alternatives of notable P3HT in the photovoltaic application. © 2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. We study numerically the influence of strong Coulomb repulsion on the current through molecular wires that are driven by external electromagnetic fields. The molecule is described by a tight-binding model whose first and last site is coupled to a respective lead. The leads are eliminated within a perturbation theory yielding a master equation for the wire. The decomposition into a Floquet basis enables an efficient treatment of the driving field. For the electronic excitations in bridged molecular wires, we find that strong Coulomb repulsion significantly sharpens resonance peaks which broaden again with increasing temperature. By contrast, it has only a small influence on effects like non-adiabatic electron pumping and coherent current suppression.  相似文献
