医学化学设计实验的探索——以乙酸乙酯的制备为例

以“乙酸乙酯的制备”为例, 针对原实验教学中存在的诸多弊端, 从实验性质、教学模式、组织模式、考核评价方面进行了改革,探讨了开展设计实验的必要性及实施的方法。

Investigation on the stress behavior of cellulose acetate and the development of highly moisture‐resistant optical films for display devices

An optical film with high optical anisotropy was prepared by the stretching of a cellulose acetate film and the consequential orienting of a retardation‐enhancing additive. The change in retardation in response to moisture absorption was explored and it was found that the degree of the retardation variation is strongly related to the stretching temperature. Stress generated by the stretching and its relaxation was systematically investigated to elucidate the effect of stretching temperature on the irreversible change in retardation upon moisture absorption. The results show that the magnitude of releasable stress plays an important role in controlling changes in optical properties. In addition, the difference in the deformation behavior between glassy and rubbery states should be taken into account in the development of a moisture‐resistant optical film. © 2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Functionalized primary, secondary and tertiary alcohols are efficiently acetylated by isopropenyl acetate and catalytic p-TsOH.     

丙烯酰胺与丙烯酸十四酯共聚物的合成及性能研究

利用过氧化苯甲酰为引发剂探讨了丙烯酰胺（ＡＭ）和丙烯酸十四酯（ＴＡ）的自由基共聚合。重点讨论了合成条件如引发剂用量，单体配比、溶剂、温度等对共聚反应及共聚物对苯丙乳胶增稠性能的影响。并用ＩＲ和凯达定氮法表征了共聚物的组成，实验结果表明，ＡＭｔ ＴＡ进行沉淀聚合所得到的共物分子量足够大，可以作为疏水缔合型稠剂使用。     

Non-selectivity in the reaction of levoglucosenone with the sulfinyl allyl carbanion

Condensation of levoglucosenone with the carbanion ofrac-allyl phenyl sulfoxide, in contrast with reactions of this anion with the majority of other unsaturated ketones, proceeds without regio- or enantioselectivity to give a (1.0–1.8): 1 mixture of products of both 1,2- and 1,4-γ-addition of the allylic residue. New and Simple Syntheses of the Attractants of the Female Melon Fly,Dacus cucurbitae

The attractant of the female melon fly, (E)-6-nonenyl acetate, and the two analogs, (E)-7-dodecenyl acetate and (E)-7-decenyl acetate were synthesized via hydrozirconation to control the regioselective coupling reactions and resulted in good yields.     

醋酸乙烯酯种子乳液聚合动力学研究

用装有红外跟踪器和计算机记录监控系统的膨胀计进行了醋酸乙烯酯的种子乳液聚合。聚合直接从乳液聚合的阶段Ⅱ开始，避开了复杂的成核阶段和成核阶段粒度变化对动力学参数的影响。在引发剂浓度５．０３０×１０＾－５￣１．００２×１０＾－３ｍｏｌ／Ｌ范围内，依据转化率随时间的变化关系，求出了准稳态聚合速率、自由基进入乳胶粒子的速率、自由基从乳胶粒子解吸的速率和ｋｐｎ＾－。结果表明：聚合速率、自由基进入乳胶粒子的速     

Manganese(III) acetate mediated oxidation of aporphines: a convenient and useful synthesis of oxoaporphines

Manganese(III) acetate mediated oxidation of aporphines to oxoaporphines is described. The developed methodology was conveniently applied for the synthesis of naturally occurring oxoaporphine alkaloids, oxoglaucine, and atheroline, starting from commercially available boldine.
