建立了利用中空纤维三相液相微萃取-高效液相色谱联用技术(HF-LPME-HPLC)同时测定环境水中痕量麦草畏(dicamba)、氟草烟(fluroxypyr)、4-氯苯氧乙酸(4-CPA)、2甲4氯(MCPA)、2,4-滴(2,4-D)、2,4-滴苯氧丁酸(2,4-DB)和2甲4氯苯氧丁酸(MCPB)等7种苯氧羧酸类除草剂的分析方法。考察了萃取剂﹑接受相和给出相pH值、萃取时间﹑搅拌速度和盐效应等对检测的影响,通过正交试验优化萃取条件,得到的最佳萃取条件为正辛醇作萃取剂,给出相pH为3,接受相pH为12,萃取30 min,搅拌速度400 r/min。结果表明7种除草剂在较宽的线性范围内线性良好,相关系数为0.9953~0.9988,检出限(信噪比为3)为0.2~1.0 μg/L,富集倍数为76.7~121,加标回收率为68%~104%,相对标准偏差为3.2%~8.1%。该法灵敏度高、操作简单、检测快速、有机溶剂消耗少,为环境水样中痕量苯氧羧酸类除草剂残留的分析提供了有益的参考。  相似文献

MIL‐101(Cr) is an excellent metal–organic framework with high surface area and nanoscale cavities, making it promising in solid‐phase extraction. Herein, we used MIL‐101(Cr) as a solid‐phase extraction packing material combined with fast detection of direct analysis in real time mass spectrometry (DART‐MS) for the analysis of triazine herbicides. After systematic optimization of the operation parameters, including the gas temperature of DART, the moving speed of the 1D platform, solvent for desorption, amount of MIL‐101(Cr) extraction time, eluent volume and salt concentration, this method can realize the simultaneous detection of five kinds of triazine herbicides. The limits of detection were 0.1~0.2 ng/mL and the linear ranges covered more than two orders of magnitude with the quantitation limits of 0.5~1 ng/mL. Moreover, the developed method has been applied for the analysis of lake water samples and the recoveries for spiked analytes were in the range of 85~110%. These results showed that solid‐phase extraction with metal–organic frameworks is an efficient sample preparation approach for DART‐MS analysis and could find more applications in environmental analysis.  相似文献

Supported liquid membrane (SLM) method for preconcentration and enrichment of the two bipyridilium herbicides, namely diquat and paraquat, from environmental water samples has been developed. The permanently charged cationic herbicides were extracted from a flowing aqueous solution to a stagnant acidic acceptor solution across a liquid membrane containing 40% (v/v) di-(2-ethylhexyl) phosphoric acid dissolved in di-n-hexyl ether. The mass transfer of analytes is driven by the counter-coupled transport of hydrogen ions from the acceptor to the donor phase. The efficiency of the extraction process depends on the donor solution pH, the amount of the mobile carrier added to the liquid membrane and the concentration of the counter ion in the acceptor solution. The applicability of the method for extraction of these quaternary ammonium herbicides from environmental waters was also investigated by spiking analyte sample solutions in river water. With 24 h sample enrichment concentrations of diquat and paraquat down to ca. 10 ng/L could be detected in environmental waters.  相似文献

The herbicides in naked oat (Avena nuda L.) samples were extracted, separated, and determined by using ionic‐liquid‐based matrix solid‐phase dispersion‐solvent flotation coupled with high‐performance liquid chromatography. The experimental parameters were optimized and evaluated by a univariate method and orthogonal experiment. A good linear relationship was obtained in the range of 5–5000 µg/kg, and the linear correlation coefficient are between 0.9989~0.9993. The quantification limits for alachlor, metazachlor, propanil, acetochlor, pretilachlor, metolachlor, and butachlor are 5.03, 2.62, 2.73, 4.58, 7.28, 5.05, 5.78 µg/kg, respectively. The average recoveries of the acetanilide herbicides at spiked concentrations of 10, 100, and 500 µg/kg ranged from 92.1 to 104.7%, and relative standard deviations were equal to or lower than 2.9%.  相似文献

Zinc oxide nanoparticles have recently been used as effective adsorbent materials for sample pretreatment in analytical chemistry because of their excellent properties, such as high specific surface area, high effective porosity, non‐toxicity, and ease of fabrication. In this study, the zinc oxide nanoparticles functionalized by an ionic liquid, 1‐carboxyethyl‐3‐methylimidazolium chloride, were fabricated and used as the adsorbent for the solid phase extraction of five triazine herbicides in corn for the first time. High‐performance liquid chromatography was employed for the determination of these triazine herbicides. Several experimental parameters affecting the extraction efficiency were investigated, including the volume of extraction solvent, the extraction time, the type of extraction solvent and elution solvent, the amount of absorbent, and the volume of elution solvent. By using the proposed method, low limits of detection and quantification for all the five triazine herbicides were obtained between 0.71–1.08 and 2.67–3.64 ng/g, respectively. Recoveries of the proposed method range from 89.05 to 100.33% with intra‐ and inter‐day relative standard deviations lower than 8.45%. The calibration curves are linear in the concentration range of 0.005–1.00 μg/g with the correlation coefficient higher than 0.9954.  相似文献

A new solid-phase microextraction (SPME) fiber is fabricated through ultra violet irradiation polymerization of ametryn-molecularly imprinted polymer on the surface of anodized-silylated aluminum wire. The prepared fiber is durable with very good chemical and thermal stability which can be coupled to GC and GC/MS. The effective parameters on the fabrication and application procedures such as spraying mode, ultra violet irradiation (polymerization) time, number of sprayings and polymerizations, pH and ionic strength of sample and extraction time were optimized. This fiber shows high selectivity with great extraction capacity toward triazines. SPME and GC analysis of ametryn, prometryn, terbutryn, atrazine, simazine, propazine and cyanazine using the fabricated fiber result in the detection limits of 9, 32, 27, 43, 51, 74 and 85 ng mL−1, respectively. The reliability of the prepared fiber in real samples has been investigated and proved by using spiked tap water, rice, maize and onion samples.  相似文献

The herbicides amitrole and glyphosate, and its metabolite aminomethyl-phosphonic acid (AMPA), in water samples have been directly analysed by high-performance liquid chromatography using an electrochemical (EC) detector. Limits of detection of 0.3 μg mL−1 for glyphosate, 0.05 μg mL−1 for AMPA and 0.03 μg mL−1 for amitrole were comparable to those obtained by other authors using EC and also by liquid chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry, but the latter method requires derivatisation and pre-concentration of the sample whereas EC methods show similar sensitivity without the need of any derivatisation. The method was specifically designed to analyse extracts from passive samplers used for monitoring of polar herbicide residues in waters. To this purpose, three types of Empore® disks were tested for their ability to adsorb and desorb these ionic, polar analytes. A procedure for their extraction from the membranes and reducing the interferences from other substances present in natural waters (i.e. humic acids) is described. The method is simple, does not require sophisticated equipment and is valid for the analysis and monitoring of herbicides residues using passive samplers.  相似文献

Summary Several investigations were performed to optimise the extraction of polar triazine herbicides using supercritical fluid extraction from two different solid matrices: C18-silica and soil samples. Supercritical CO2 modified with methanol [10% (VV)] at 250 bars and 50°C was required to quantitatively extract Atrazine and 2-Hydroxyatrazine from spiked C18-silica. Extraction of Desisopropyl-desethyl-2-hydroxyatrazine (MET) attained only 52%, even following addition of water to the polar modifier. Extractions of spiked soil samples (20 ppm of each pesticide) were successful at 300 bars and 65°C. A non polar wash improved the recoveries of the three target analytes [i.e. atrazine: 88%; 2-hydroxyatrazine: 96%; MET: 41%]. The extraction parameters employed are discussed in this paper.  相似文献
