The modification of a mesoporous silica surface with Si(Ind)(CH3)2Cl and the immobilization of CpZr(NMe2)3 on this surface was studied via IR-spectroscopy. To reduce side reactions, the indenyl-modified silica was reacted with hexamethyldisilazane (HMDS) under IR-control before the CpZr(NMe2)3-immobilization. The role of the hydroxyl group protection with HMDS is discussed. The surface modifications have been repeated via Schlenk technique at the same conditions and the surface modifications were studied with 13C CP MAS–NMR, 1H MAS–NMR, elemental-, SEM- and BET-analysis. The surface species of the resulting catalysts are discussed. The precatalysts have been treated with methylaluminoxane (MAO) (Al:Zr (mol:mol)=500:1) and the resulting Zr contents (leaching-effect) are discussed. All catalysts have been tested in ethylene and propylene polymerization.  相似文献

The metal–substrate and metal–metal interactions (MSI, MMI) represent important effects determining the properties of supported catalysts, gas sensors and gettering alloys. We investigated the MSI and MMI effects by the X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and temperature programmed desorption (TPD) in the case of Pd films deposited on Al2O3 and Al substrates. The study shows that the particle-size dependent metal–substrate interaction plays an important role in CO–Pd chemisorption, namely, in the case of “aluminium rich” Pd–aluminium oxide interface. CO chemisorption exhibits a low-temperature desorption feature at 360 K characteristic for Pd–Al and very small Pd particles. The MSI is explained by the formation of a Pd–Al intermetallic interface exhibiting a strong bimetallic Pd–Al interaction.  相似文献

Reactions of [Ni6(CO)12]2- (1) with CuBr2 have given rise in small yields (10%) to the first example of a close-packed copper-nickel carbonyl cluster; its formulation as [CuxNi35-x(CO)40]5- (with x=3 or 5) is based upon a low-temperature CCD X-ray crystallographic determination coupled with an elemental analysis and X-ray fluorescence measurements. This air-unstable black pentaanion (2) together with one co-crystallized bromide anion, six [NMe4]+ counterions, and one solvated acetone molecule comprise the crystallographic independent part in a monoclinic unit cell of P21/n symmetry (with Z=4). The geometrically unprecedented 35-atom hcp M(A)2M(B)3Ni30 polyhedron of pseudo-D3h symmetry consists of a central 15-atom equilateral 4M(B)3Ni12 triangle that is capped on both sides by two symmetry-related 10-atom equilateral 3M(A)Ni9 triangles. The 35-atom M(A)2M(B)3Ni30 core is encapsulated by 40 COs, whose connectivities, due to an extra CO ligand on one of the three triangular sides, reduce the pseudo D3h symmetry of the metal core to Cs. An elemental analysis via AA and X-ray fluorescence measurements resulted in Cu/Ni ratios of 3.2/31.8 and 3.7/31.3, respectively, that are consistent with the metal core being either Cu5Ni30 (i.e., M(A)=M(B)=Cu) or Cu3Ni32 (i.e., M(A)=Ni; M(B)=Cu). Several attempts to determine the actual stoichiometry of the metal core by use of electrospray FT/MS/ICR measurements were unsuccessful. The maximum metal-core diameter of 2 is ca. 0.41 nm parallel and 0.85 nm perpendicular to the principal 3-fold axis.  相似文献

The chemical and physical processes occurring during grinding of copper hydroxocarbonates mixtures with aluminium were studied. A planetary ball mill was used. A thermogravimetry and X-ray powder diffraction method allowed to determine the composition of solid products after mechanical activation. The amount of the Cu2(OH)2CO3 undecomposed andAl2O3⋅3H2O, CuO, Al2O3, Cu0, CuxAly alloys and remained Al0 in the systems is strongly dependent on the duration of grinding and on the proportion of components. Platinum-ruthenium catalysts supported on carbon (PtRu/C) have been characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), specific surface area analysis (BET), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and in proton exchange membrane (PEM) fuel cell tests. The results indicate the presence of strong metal-carbon interactions, which hinder the formation of a single-phase face-centered cubic (fcc) PtRu alloy. The particle size of the PtRu/C catalysts was smaller than both carbon-supported platinum (Pt/C) and ruthenium (Ru/C) catalysts. In the bimetallic electrocatalysts the intercrystallite distance decreased with respect to pure Pt and Ru metals. PEM fuel cell tests in H2/air operation mode revealed a decrease of performance with increasing carbon content of the catalyst, at a fixed Pt loading. In H2 + 100 ppm CO/air operation mode the maximum performance of the PEM fuel cell was attained at 0.63 atomic fraction Ru. Received: 2 December 1999 / Accepted: 27 January 2000  相似文献

Pure SnO2, sulfated SnO2-SO4 2- and Pd supported on SnO2 and SnO2-SO4 2- were prepared from SnO2 precursor with high surface area, and used for CH4 deep oxidation. The catalysts were characterized by means of N2-BET, XRD, TG-DTA, XPS and TPD. SnO2-SO4 2- shows higher activity than SnO2, due to the presence of more active oxygen species, superacid sites and its higher BET surface area. Pd/SnO2 and Pd/SnO2-SO4 2- display essentially the same activity to each other, while it is much higher than the activity on SnO2 and SnO2-SO4 2-. The main reason is ascribed to the concerted action between Pd and the supports.  相似文献

Low‐cost, highly active and versatile amino‐bis(phenolate) cobalt complexes are developed. The cobalt complexes can control living polymerization of different categories of monomers including lactide (LA) by immortal ring‐opening polymerization in argon and even in air and acrylate via living radical polymerization (LRP). The cobalt‐based catalysts were used for copolymerization of LA and acrylate. The immortal polymerization of LA using the cobalt complexes as initiators proceeds in argon and even in air and without the requirement for extensive drying techniques or inert atmosphere whilst retaining end‐group fidelity. The cobalt complexes are used to mediate LRP of t‐butyl acrylate (tBA) in methanol. The block copolymerization of LA and tBA catalyzed by single‐site cobalt organometallic catalyst is also reported for the first time. This cobalt system offers a versatile and green way to produce homopolymers and block copolymers.  相似文献

Ferrocene‐based derivatives show potential application as burning rate catalysts (BRCs) for solid composite propellants. However, migration problems of simple ferrocene‐based derivatives limit their application as BRCs in solid composite propellants. To overcome the migration problems of ferrocene‐based BRCs and to enhance the burning rate of ammonium perchlorate (AP)‐based propellants, zero‐ to second‐generation tris(2‐aminoethyl)amine‐based ferrocene‐terminated dendrimers (G0, G1 and G2) were synthesized. The structures of G0, G1 and G2 were confirmed using 1H NMR, Fourier transform infrared and UV–visible spectroscopies. The electrochemical behavior of G0, G1 and G2 was investigated using cyclic voltammetry. It was found that G0, G1 and G2 showed redox behavior due to the presence of ferrocene and this redox behavior was diffusion controlled over the investigated scan range. The burning rate catalytic effect of G0, G1 and G2 on thermal decomposition of AP was investigated using thermogravimetry and differential thermogravimetry. G0, G1 and G2 showed good catalytic effect on the thermal decomposition of AP. Anti‐migration studies showed that migration of G0, G1 and G2 was much slower than that of 2,2‐bis(ethylferrocenyl)propane (catocene) and ferrocene.  相似文献

Novel heterogeneous tungsten species in mesoporous silica SBA‐16 catalysts based on ship‐in‐a‐bottle methodology are originally reported for oxidizing cyclopentene (CPE) to glutaric acid (GAC) using hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). For all W‐SBA‐16 catalysts, isolated tungsten species and octahedrally coordinated tungsten oxide species are observed while WO3 crystallites are detected for the W‐SBA‐16 catalysts with Si/ W = 5, 10, and 20. The specific surface areas and the corresponding total pore volumes decrease significantly as increasing amounts of tungsten incorporated into the pores of SBA‐16. Using tungsten‐substituted mesoporous SBA‐16 heterogeneous catalysts, high yield of GAC (55%) is achieved with low tungsten loading (for Si/W = 30, ~13 wt%) for oxidation of CPE. The W‐SBA‐16 catalysts with Si/W = 30 can be reused five times without dramatic deactivation. In fact, low catalytic activity provided by bulk WO3 implies that the highly distributed tungsten species in SBA‐16 and the steric confinement effect of SBA‐16 are key elements for the outstanding catalytic performance.  相似文献

将镍铁金属配位聚合物前驱体在惰性气氛下热分解制备了富氮洋葱碳(ONC)包覆的Ni/Ni Fe_2O_4多孔纳米棒复合析氧电催化剂,与Ni@ONC,Ni Fe_2O_4材料及传统Ru O_2催化剂相比,得益于这种富氮洋葱碳包覆的Ni/Ni Fe_2O_4一维多孔纳米异质结构,Ni/Ni Fe_2O_4@ONC材料拥有更优异的导电性能和更大的电化学活性面积(0.149 m F),因而表现出更优异的析氧电催化性能。Ni/Ni Fe_2O_4@ONC纳米棒在1 mol·L~(-1) KOH溶液中,10 m A·cm-2下的析氧过电位仅为299 m V,塔菲尔斜率为73 m V·dec-1,展现出优异的析氧稳定性能。  相似文献
