基于光频调节的干涉型光纤水听器相位补偿检测方法   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
提出了一种基于光源频率调节的干涉型光纤水听器主动相位补偿的信号检测方法。详细介绍了该方法的基本检测原理,对信号解调误差进行了理论分析与仿真。为了验证该方法的可行性,搭建了实验系统,并编写了实时的信号采集、处理程序,对某一干涉型光纤水听器的声压灵敏度进行了测试。在频带20 Hz-1.3 kHz上,平均声压灵敏度为-162.2 dB(0 dB=1 rad/μPa),波动小于±0.8 dB,与采用相位载波调制解调方法测量的结果基本吻合。实验结果证明该方法是有效的。由于传感部分不含有源器件,便于实现全光纤化,且解调算法简单、检测频带宽,该方法能被广泛应用到各种干涉型光纤传感器的信号检测当中。  相似文献

利用数值算法计算了掺镱双包层光纤放大器分段泵浦方式下的稳态速率方程组,分析比较了双端泵浦和多段泵浦方式下的最佳光纤长度,最高温度和效率,并采用遗传算法对分布泵浦功率的大小和每段光纤长度同时进行了优化。结果表明,通过优化,大功率分段泵浦光纤放大器获得了较为平坦的温度分布,与双端泵浦相比,大大降低了最高工作温度,斜率效率略有下降。  相似文献

从单模激光场的增益-噪声模型出发,导出了激光场定态强度分布函数,研究了定态分布函数的极值点随加性噪声、乘性噪声和注入信号的变化情况。结果表明,乘性噪声是使激光系统出现一级相变类比的关键因素,注入信号使相变行为减弱,而加性噪声却使得定态分布中极值点的数量和位置出现来回跳跃式变化。  相似文献

Abstract

Video on demand is a very attractive service used for entertainment, education, and other purposes. The design of passive optical networking+Ethernet over coaxial cable accessing and a home gateway system is proposed. The network integrates the passive optical networking and Ethernet over coaxial cable to provide high dedicated bandwidth for the metropolitan video-on-demand services. Using digital video broadcasting, IP television protocol, unicasting, and broadcasting mechanisms maximizes the system throughput. The home gateway finishes radio frequency signal receiving and provides three kinds of interfaces for high-definition video, voice, and data, which achieves triple-play and wire/wireless access synchronously.  相似文献

Abstract

This article presents a novel bidirectional wavelength reconfigurable optical network utilizing a remotely pumped erbium-doped fiber amplifier and tunable fiber Bragg gratings. The system is experimentally demonstrated at a 10-Gb/s per channel over 20-km fiber span that verifies the metro-network range system performance. The achieved power penalty is less than 1 dB when compared to the back-to-back transmission link. An example of practical application where the proposed module is used as an add/drop multiplexer and a remote node in the bidirectional wavelength division multiplexing passive optical network system is described.  相似文献

Solid state laser (SSL) powers can be realistically scaled when pumped by a real, efficient and multimode pulse. In this work, a fourth-order super-Gaussian pulse was assumed as a pump for SSL’s and a complete analytical expression for the thermal phase shift is given. Moreover, the focal length of thermal lens in paraxial ray approximation regime was studied. The results when applied to a Ti: sapphire crystal show an appreciable correction for abberation compared to a top-hat pulse.  相似文献

We report a completely solid-state continuous-wave (CW) blue laser operating at 447 nm utilizing intracavity frequency tripling of an LD-side-pumped Nd:YAlO3 (Nd:YAP) laser operating at 1341.4 nm. An LBO crystal with type-I critical phase matching and a KTP crystal with type-II critical phase matching (CTM) were used for the second harmonic generation (SHG) and the third harmonic generation (THG), respectively. In view of the analysis of the cavity stability, a four-mirror folded cavity was designed and the output characteristics were theoretically analyzed. Experimental characteristics obtained were shown to be in agreement with the theoretical analysis. The maximum output power of the 447 nm CW blue laser reached 114 mW, which corresponds to a red-to-blue conversion efficiency of 9%.  相似文献

In this paper the gain characteristics of two-pump fiber optical parametric amplifiers (FOPA) with two-section highly nonlinear fibers are analyzed numerically and the parameters of the fibers are optimized to reach broad and flat gain spectra using genetic algorithm. Different from the previous methods, here the space between two pump wavelengths and the parameter β4 of the fibers are included as a pivotal factor in the optimization. The numerical simulation shows that using two-section practical high nonlinear fibers, the amplifier may reach 110 nm bandwidth covering 1495–1605 nm with 10.5 dB average gain and gain ripple of 0.17 dB, when the total pump power is 1 W.  相似文献

We consider two stochastic equations that describe the turbulent transfer of a passive scalar field (x)(t,x) and generalize the known Obukhov–Kraichnan model to the case of a possible compressibility and large-scale anisotropy. The pair correlation function of the field (x) is characterized by an infinite collection of anomalous indices, which have previously been found exactly using the zero-mode method. In the quantum field formulation, these indices are identified with the critical dimensions of an infinite family of tensor composite operators that are quadratic in the field (x), which allows obtaining exact values for the latter (the values not restricted to the -expansion) and then using them to find the corresponding renormalization constants. The identification of the correlation function indices with the composite-operator dimensions itself is supported by a direct calculation of the critical dimensions in the one-loop approximation.  相似文献

The ferroelectric-antiferroelectric transition in greyscale generation of antiferroelectric liquid crystal displays (AFLC) is a heterogeneous process. The process has been described as the growth of finger-like domains [1]. We have previously studied the ferroelectric-antiferroelectric phase transition, relaxation that follows the data pulse in surface stabilized asymmetric antiferroelectric liquid crystal displays using biasless video frequency waveforms [2]. This relaxation involves an intensity decay of the light transmitted by a pixel and depends on several parameters such as surface stabilization, rotational viscosity of the AFLC, magnitude of the data pulse, and bias voltage. The usual multiplexed driving of AFLC displays leads to long-term stabilisation of the grey levels induced by the data pulses within the selection time. However, depending on the bias level, alternative greyscale mechanisms may be obtained by allowing the grey levels to decay during the frametime. These greyscales may be advantageous in some instances since they improve the dynamic response of the AFLC device and reduce the reset time of the waveform. In this study we extend the previous work to include the effect of bias. We present the measured data, in terms of growth pattern and speed and present an extension of the previously model on order to explain the results.  相似文献
