In this study, a coupled regional air quality modeling system is applied to investigate the time spatial variations in airborne particulate matters (PM10), originating from Mentougou to Beijing municipal area in the period of April 1-7, 2004, and the influences of complex terrain and meteorological conditions upon boundary layer structure and PM10 concentration distributions. An intercomparison of the performance with CALPUFF against the observed data is presented and an examination of scatter plots is provided. The statistics show that the correlation coefficient and STD between the modeled and observed data are 0.86 and 0.03, respectively. Analysis of model results illustrates that the pollutants emitted from Mentougou can be transported to Beijing municipal area along certain transport pathways, and PM10 concentration distributions show heterogeneity characteristics. Contributions of the Mentougou sources to the PM10 concentrations in Beijing municipal area are up to 0.1-15 μg/m^3.  相似文献

The structural theory of short-term damage is generalized to the case where the undamaged components of a particulate composite deform nonlinearly under loads that induce a compound stress state. The basis for this generalization is the stochastic elasticity equations for a particulate composite with porous components whose skeletons deform nonlinearly. Damage in a microvolume of the material is assumed to occur in accordance with the Huber-Mises failure criterion. Balance equations for damaged microvolume are derived for the physically nonlinear materials of the components. Together with the macrostress-macrostrain relationship for a particulate composite with porous nonlinear components, they constitute a closed-form system of equations. This system describes the coupled processes of physically nonlinear deformation and microdamage. Algorithms for calculating the microdamage-macrostrain relationship and plotting stress-strain curves are proposed. Such curves are plotted for the case where the composite is subjected to a combination of normal and tangential loads, and microdamages occur in the linearly hardened matrix and do not in the linearly elastic inclusions. 对大气可吸入颗粒物采样器进行改装,建立了垃圾焚烧炉烟气中PM10采样系统,并采集了三家垃圾发电厂焚烧炉排放烟气中的可吸入颗粒物。利用GC-MS对可吸入颗粒物中的16种多环芳烃进行定量研究,获得了多环芳烃的质量分数和浓度,并对不同环数的芳烃进行了比较,分析了不同样品中的多环芳烃的毒性参数。结果表明,颗粒物中的多环芳烃主要集中在4环、5环和6环,3环和2环所占比例较少;与燃煤电厂相比,垃圾焚烧发电厂排放的烟气中多环芳烃的浓度和毒性参数更高。  相似文献

Aluminium is the most common substrate in studies using impactors for the measurement of the number or the weight of size-segregated atmospheric particulate matter (PM), as its characteristics perfectly fit impactor requirements. However, its use is not recommended by manufacturers when one of the purposes of the study is the determination of the metal content in the sample. The aim of this work was to develop an efficient analytical procedure for the removal and acid digestion of PM samples collected on aluminium foils by a cascade impactor to perform the determination of metals. The possibility of performing the trace metal analysis of PM samples collected using aluminium foils is of great importance, as it allows the determination of an accurate size distribution and the elemental composition of the PM collected on each impactor stage. Two procedures were optimised by using different digestion and analysis techniques. Both procedures were then applied to the two halves of several Dekati low-pressure impactor (DLPI) samples, and the results were critically compared. The two procedures proved to be effective in the determination of extremely low concentrations of a large suite of analytes in different size fractions of PM emitted by a brake system.  相似文献

This study was proposed to investigate the possibility of O/W nanoemulsion stabilization via natural emulsifiers as a delivery system for fucoxanthin. Nanoemulsions were prepared using ultrasonic treatment (150 W, amplitude 80%, 10 min) with different levels (0.5%, 1%, and 2% wt) of fucoidan, gum Arabic, and sodium caseinate as natural emulsifires and they were compared with tween 80. Then, the creaming index, stability, encapsulation efficacy, Fourier-transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, and in vitro release were evaluated. The best stability and lowest creaming index were observed at 2% wt of emulsifiers. Nanoemulsions with droplet sizes (113.27–127.50 nm) and zeta potentials (−32.27 to −58.87 mV) were prepared. The droplet size of nanoemulsions was reduced by increasing the emulsifier concentration, and the best nanoemulsion stability after 15 days of storage was in the following order: tween 80 > sodium caseinate > fucoidan > gum Arabic. The encapsulation efficacy of nanoemulsions stabilized by sodium caseinate, fucoidan, and gum Arabic were 88.51 ± 0.11%, 79.32 ± 0.09%, and 60.34 ± 0.13%, respectively. The in vitro gastrointestinal fucoxanthin release of nanoemulsion stabilized with tween 80, sodium caseinate, fucoidan, and gum Arabic were 85.14 ± 0.16%, 76.91 ± 0.34%, 71.41 ± 0.14%, and 68.98 ± 0.36%, respectively. The release of fucoxanthin from nanoemulsions followed Fickian diffusion. The FTIR also confirmed the encapsulation of fucoxanthin.  相似文献

Abstract

The destruction of the filter for metal determination in atmospheric aerosols is an important step in the analysis. Nowadays the decomposition of this kind of sample has not been completely solved, so it is interesting to study new methods for filter sample attack. In the present work the application of the combustion method in a closed flask for mixed cellulose esters filter decomposition for lead determination is proposed. For this purpose optimum operating conditions as stopper flask design, sample size, flask volume, shaking time and volume and concentration of absorbing solution are established, and accuracy and precision of the proposed method using AAS for the measurements is given. The results obtained by the closed flask combustion are compared with those found by wet attack with HNO3. The method proposed is rapid, has low reagent contamination and no loss of lead by volatilization or by amalgamation occurs. This method shows an accuracy and a precision in good agreement with the standard method.  相似文献
