It has not been long that metrology is well accepted as an important part in analytical chemistry since it helps the chemists
to receive the best measurement and accurate results with traceability. The National Institute of Metrology Thailand (NIMT),
which is a public agency under the supervision of the Ministry of Science and Technology, not only focuses on physical standards
but also provides and maintains standards in chemical field. pH measurement is one of the most widely used in the laboratories
including industries and medical area in Thailand. The chemical laboratory starts working on the project with the objective
of disseminating an accurate result in routine pH measurement. In 2002, the laboratory provided a service in calibration of
pH meter and organized the first local interlaboratory comparison program (NIMT–C-ILC-1: pH buffer) in pH measurement. There
were three buffer solution samples in the range of acid, neutral, and base. A total of 44 laboratories participated in this
program. The NIMT chemical laboratory also participated in the proficiency testing program that was conducted by PSB Corporation
Testing Group in Singapore. In 2003, NIMT started research in preparation of secondary buffers by using highly accurate pH
meters with glass electrode systems. The laboratory produced three secondary buffers, which were pH 4.01, 6.86, and 9.18 with
uncertainty 0.020 pH at 25°C. The competence of the laboratory was shown by the measurement results of the pilot study (APMP.QM-P06),
which was organized by the APMP electrochemical analysis working group (EAWG/TCQM) in 2005. The title of this study was “pH
determination of two phosphate buffers by Harned cell method and glass electrode method”. NIMT aims to achieve for establishment
of the primary method for pH measurement in the near future.

采用浸渍法制备了RuO2/γ-Al2O3催化剂,利用XRD和SEM对催化剂进行了表征,研究了焙烧温度、反应温度、反应溶液pH值和氧分压对RuO2/γ-Al2O3催化剂活性影响.结果表明,RuO2/γ-Al2O3催化剂组分Ru在表面有较好的分散性;焙烧温度升高使RuO2晶粒长大,在低温焙烧,RuO2晶粒细小,RuO2/γ-Al2O3催化剂的活性较高;反应温度升高,使RuO2/γ-Al2O3催化剂的活性显著提高;反应溶液pH值为酸性时比在碱性条件的催化剂活性高;氧分压达到3MPa后,对于RuO2/γ-Al2O3催化剂的活性几乎没有影响.在150℃、3MPa、pH值为5.6时,反应150min后,苯酚全部被氧化.研究表明,RuO2/γ-Al2O3催化剂具有较好的催化活性. 相似文献

A new potentiometric biosensor allowing quantitative determination of the proteinases through their esterase activity has been developed. The biosensor, specific for ester artificial substrates of serine proteinases has been fabricated using a pH‐sensitive field effect transistor (pH‐FET) and an immobilized complex of trypsin and α2‐macroglobulin. It has been shown that created biosensor is able to determine the activity of the soluble trypsin in the range of 0.1–30 U/mL (substrate BAEE). The relative standard deviation for the trypsin determination was approximately 3%. The operation stability of the biosensor was no less than 12 h (40 measurements). The response of the biosensor stored at +4 °C was stable for 30 days. 相似文献

Investigation of the mechanism of pH-mediated stacking of anions for the analysis of physiological samples by capillary electrophoresis 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Capillary electrophoresis has been widely used for the analysis of physiological samples such as plasma and microdialysate. However, sample destacking can occur during the analysis of these high-ionic strength samples, resulting in poor separation efficiency and reduced sensitivity. A technique termed pH-mediated stacking of anions (base stacking) has previously been developed to analyze microdialysate samples and achieve on-line preconcentration of analytes by following sample injection with an injection of sodium hydroxide. In this work, the mechanism of base stacking was investigated. Peak efficiency was shown to be a function of background electrolyte and sample ionic strength. Analytes representing several classes of compounds with a wide range of mobilities were used to study the effects of multiple parameters on sample stacking. The length of hydroxide injection required for stacking was shown to be dependent on analyte mobility and the type of amine background electrolyte used. Combinations of electrokinetic and hydrodynamic injections of sample and hydroxide were examined and it was concluded that although stacking could be achieved with several injection modes, electrokinetic injection of both sample and hydroxide was most effective for sample stacking. The mechanism of pH-mediated stacking for each of these modes is presented. 相似文献

以不同用量的氯乙酰氯与 β 环糊精反应 ,得到含有不同酰化度的氯乙酰化 β 环糊精 ,以此化合物为引发剂 ,采用原子转移自由基 (ATRP)引发甲基丙烯酸N ,N 二甲氨基乙酯 (DMAEMA)聚合 ,得到温度及pH敏感的以 β 环糊精为核的星形聚合物 .通过红外光谱、1 3C NMR、1 H NMR和氯元素滴定分析确定了酰化后的 β 环糊精的结构 ,并采用红外光谱、1 H NMR、元素分析、DSC表征了以 β 环糊精分子为核的星形聚甲基丙烯酸N ,N 二甲氨基乙酯的大分子结构 ,紫外光谱研究表明聚合物水溶液具有明显的温度和pH敏感性 . 相似文献

pH-biased isoelectric trapping separations are hindered by the lack of suitable isoelectric buffers with pI values in the 5.8 < pI range. Two generic approaches are described here for the cost-effective synthesis of a family of diamino sulfate buffers that have high buffering capacities in their isoelectric state: the first approach relies on the sulfation of existing, commercially available diamino alcohol intermediates, the second approach calls for the synthesis of diamino alcohols from epichlorohydrin and widely available secondary amines, and subsequent sulfation of the new diamino alcohol. The diamino sulfate buffers are recovered in isoelectric state, in high purity. Four members of the family having pI values in the 5.8 < pI < 8.9 range have been synthesized, analytically characterized by capillary electrophoresis (CE), electrospray ionization-time of flight-mass spectrometry (ESI-TOF-MS), 1-D and 2-D nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy, and X-ray crystallography. All four diamino sulfates have been successfully used as pH biasers in the receiving stream in preparative-scale pH-biased isoelectric trapping protein separations. 相似文献

合成了不同链长的甲基丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酰胺及丙烯酸与 4 ,4′ 双 (甲基丙烯酰胺基 )偶氮苯交联共聚的功能凝胶 .三维网络结构通过压缩弹性模量、有效交联密度及聚合物与溶剂间的相互作用参数进行了表征 .主要研究了这类凝胶在pH2 2和pH7 4的缓冲溶液的平衡溶胀特性及其偶氮交联基团在体内的降解行为 ,并讨论了其降解机制 .凝胶在胃部的性能稳定 ,既不发生溶胀 ,亦不发生降解 ;但在盲肠内偶氮交联基因可发生降解 .其降解率与凝胶的平衡溶胀程度有一个很好的关联 :交联程度、疏水基侧链的长度及含量对凝胶溶胀行为的影响结果与这些因素对偶氮交联基团体内降解的影响结果完全一致 .通过调节这些因素不仅可以控制凝胶的溶胀程度 ,而且可以控制偶氮交联基团在体内的降解行为 . 相似文献

Titania coated silica nanoparticles were prepared through a sol-gel process using peptized TiO2 nano-sols. The TiO2 sols were obtained by peptization, the process of redispersing a coagulated colloid, and were coated on SiO2 particles by the control of the weight ratio of TiO2/SiO2 and the pH of the mixture in aqueous solution. At pH 4.5 the difference of zeta-potential between SiO2 and TiO2 maximized and then the TiO2-coated SiO2 particles with highest TiO2 contents (20%) were obtained without the self-aggregation of TiO2 sols. The morphologies of particles were characterized with field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and the isoelectric points (IEP) of particles were measured by zeta potential. The nature of exposed titanium ions on the surface of titania-coated silica nanoparticles was elucidated by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). 相似文献

以甲基丙烯酸(MAA)、N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAAm)、丙烯酰胺(AM)为原料,N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,利用IPN技术并结合磁性的γ-Fe2O3增强剂,在水溶液中制备了半互穿网络水凝胶(PMAA/PAM-NIPAAm/γ-Fe2O3),研究了水凝胶的溶胀性﹑热稳定性和电磁性。实验表明,水凝胶形成稳定的IPN互穿网络结构且该水凝胶具温度、pH双重敏感性和顺电磁性。所合成的水凝胶在低临界溶解温度31℃以下,具有明显正向温敏性,高于此温度,水凝胶的温度敏感性会逐渐减弱。产品成功克服了NIPAAm类水凝胶的温缩性。 相似文献
