Polymers having α,β‐unsaturated anhydrides as repeating units were synthesized by ring opening metathesis polymerization (ROMP). The anhydride moieties were ready‐to‐be‐grafted with amines to form acid‐labile cis‐α,β‐unsaturated acid amide linkages. The pH‐responsive reversible de‐grafting can be controlled by changing the intramolecular accessibility between acid and amide groups. The alendronate‐grafted ROMP polymers showed distinct pH‐dependent cytotoxicity according to the anhydride structures.  相似文献

A pH and reduction dual‐stimuli‐responsive PEGDA/PAMAM injectable network hydrogel containing “acetals” as pH‐sensitive groups and “disulfides” as reducible linkages was designed and synthesized via aza‐Michael addition reaction between PAMAM and PEGDA diacrylates. The pore size and swelling ratio of hydrogels was varied from 14 ± 3 to 19 ± 4 μm and 214 ± 13 to 300 ± 19 μm, respectively, with varying ethylene glycol repeating units in diacrylates. The swelling ratio of PEGDA/PAMAM network hydrogel increased with increase in the molecular weight of PEG and with decrease in pH. The presence of different cationizable amino‐functionalities in PEGDA/PAMAM network hydrogel helped to enhance the swelling ability of hydrogel under the acidic conditions. The continuous increase in metabolically active live HeLa cells with time in MTT assay implied biocompatibility/noncytotoxicity of the synthesized PEGDA/PAMAM injectable network hydrogel. Furthermore, the prepared PEGDA/PAMAM hydrogel showed higher degradation at lower pH and at higher concentration of DTT. The burst release of doxorubicin from PEGDA/PAMAM hydrogel under the environment of the lower pH and in presence of DTT compared to the release at normal physiological pH and in absence of DTT suggested the potential ability of this model hydrogel system for targeted and selective anticancer drug release at tumor tissues. © 2018 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. In this work, we prepared a tertiary amide-based gemini surfactant (DSTAPA), which contained two pH-sensitive tertiary amide head groups. Then the molecule state distribution and self-assembly transition of the surfactant in aqueous solution were investigated under different pH conditions. The DSTAPA molecules were on the states of double cationic (DSTAPAH2+), single cationic (DSTAPAH+), and double tertiary amine groups (DSTAPA) under acidic, neutral, and basic conditions, respectively. With the variation of the molecule states, the sample was water-like below pH of 6.8 and immediately transformed to gel-like fluid between pH of 6.8 and 7.8, then changed to white precipitate with the further increase of pH value. Furthermore, the microstructure and regulation mechanism were investigated by rheological measurements, dynamic light scattering, and cryogenic transmission electron microscopy. The appearance and micelle transitions of the DSTAPA aqueous solution are actually owing to the spherical–worm-like micelle transition, leading to dramatic viscosity increase and hydrogel formation. This transition was completely reversible and repeated for at least three cycles. Finally, a reasonable mechanism of the transition was proposed based on the viewpoints of the molecular states and micelle structures. The DSTAPA aqueous system with pH-reversible property has a great potential application in oil and gas production.  相似文献

This study demonstrates the first use of a reversed-phase (RP) high-performance liquid chromatography method with a high-pH buffer for the analysis of sodium stearyl fumarate (SSF) from a tablet formulation. After examining the retention time and peak shape using various buffer concentrations, buffer pH, and RP stationary phases, an optimized method was established using the XBridge® BEH C18 at high pH. This column was further evaluated for method specificity, accuracy, precision, linearity, stability, and sensitivity. Finally, the method was successfully used as a convenient and robust analytical procedure to accurately quantitate SSF in stratified tablets from a continuous manufacturing process to confirm the excipient uniformity throughout the process.  相似文献

The pH values of lysosomes in cancer cells is slightly lower than that in normal cells, which can be used to distinguish cancer cells from normal cells. According to this, a naphthalimide-rhodamine based fluorescent probe(hereafter referred to as RBN) with a pK_a of 4.20 was designed and synthesized for ratiometric sensing of cellular pH via fluorescence resonance energy transfer(FRET), which can respond to different pH precisely through ratiometric fluorescence intensity(Ⅰ_(577)/Ⅰ_(540)). RBN can be employed to distinguish cancer cells from normal cells on the basis of different fluorescent response, in particular, RBN showed excellent water solubility and low cell toxicity, all these are quite significant for potential application in cancer diagnose and therapy.  相似文献

Three coordination polymers, {[CdI(DBBA)]?0.5H2O}n (1, DBBA = 3,5-di(1Hbenzo[d]imidazol-1-yl)benzoate), [Cd(DBBA)(CH3COO)]n (2) and [Cd(DBBA)2]n (3), were obtained through reactions between Cd(II) salts and 3,5-di(1H-benzo[d]imidazol-1-yl)benzoic acid under different pH conditions. Compounds 1 and 2 are 3-D frameworks with rtl topology based on different binuclear Cd(II) secondary building units. Compound 3 was formed at lower pH and showed a 1-D chain assembled with M2L2 ring units. Moreover, phase purities, thermal behaviors, and photoluminescent properties have also been investigated.  相似文献

In this review paper, the NBS scale and its limitations are briefly discussed. The magnitude of liquid junction potentials and some calculated values are presented. The use of a molality scale for hydrogen electrode concentration cells at high temperatures is described, and results from measurements on ionization equilibria are summarized. Use of this scale is also recommended for certain circumstances with cells without liquid junction. As an alternative activity scale, use of the Pitzer ion-interaction treatment for ions is recommended for special cases. Finally, reference data are presented for ±HCl in HCl(aq) to 350°C and (HCl+NaCl)(aq) to 200°C that were derived by use of the Pitzer ion-interaction treatment.Presented at the Second International Symposium on Chemistry in High Temperature Water, Provo, UT, August 1991.  相似文献
