含有五边形—七边形缺陷的单壁纳米碳管的输运性质研究

运用第一性原理的密度泛函理论结合非平衡格林函数研究了含有五边形—七边形拓扑缺陷的纳米碳管异质结的输运性质.结果发现：拓扑缺陷对碳管的输运性质有很大影响；另外，不同类型的碳管形成的异质结的输运性质也有明显的差异. 关键词： 纳米碳管 输运性质 异质结 透射系数     

基于扩散势能和自由体积的自扩散系数模型

在考虑自由体积和局部临界扩散势能的基础上,提出一种新的计算自扩散系数模型,并给出新模型中各个因子物理含义．同时还提出一种计算局部临界扩散势能的新方法,并应用于新模型．另外将衍生van der Waals状态方程应用于求解自由体积,式中所需径向分布函数由Morsali-Goharshadi方程得到．在相同条件下,新模型比原自由体积模型更准确．     

Auxiliary controlled singlet-oxygen ene reactions of cyclohexenes

The photooxygenation of homochiral cyclohexene ketals, which are easily available from 2-cyclohexenone and l-tartrates, affords hydroperoxides and after reduction the corresponding allylic alcohols in good yields and high regioselectivities. This can be rationalized by electronic repulsions in a perepoxide intermediate and provides evidence for unfavorable 1,3 diaxial interactions with a dioxolane oxygen atom. Only low stereoselectivities were observed, due to the flexibility of the cyclohexene ring. However, the diastereomers could be separated and after cleavage of the auxiliary, 4-hydroxy-2-cyclohexen-1-one was isolated in enantiomerically pure form, which can serve as a building block for natural product synthesis.     

多层光子晶体滤波器研究

从双层结构出发研究了一种由多块不同的单周期光子晶体组合而成的多层结构的滤波器，论述了这种滤波器的工作原理，研究表明这种结构适于制作带通、窄带通过、带阻、宽带带阻、高通以及其它各种性能的滤波器。实验和理论研究的结果相一致。     

Regioselectivity in the ene-reaction of singlet oxygen with cyclic alkenes: photooxygenation of methyl-substituted 1,4-cyclohexadiene derivatives

The photooxygenation of the 1-methyl-, 2,3-dimethyl-, and 1,4-dimethylcyclohexa-1,4-dienes, which are readily available through Birch reduction, yielded the corresponding ene-products. The formed endocyclic dienes were trapped by the addition of singlet oxygen to give the corresponding bicyclic endoperoxy hydroperoxides. In the case of 1-methylcyclohexa-1,4-diene and 1,4-dimethylcyclohexa-1,4,-diene, the cis-effect determined the product distribution. Photooxygenation of 2,3-dimethylcyclohexa-1,4-dienes gave mainly exocyclic olefin, which was attributed to the lowered rotational barrier of the methyl group and increased reactivity of the methyl groups.     

Nusselt number correlations for heat transfer to small spheres in thermal plasma flows

Seven different equations predicting heat transfer rates to small spheres in plasma flows are examined considering argon and nitrogan as plasma gases from 300 to 21,000 K at 1 atm. For argon there is a general consensus up to 9000 K, beyond which wide deviations in behavior occur. For nitrogen, the seven correlations are in good agreement up to 4000 K, but show substantial deviations beyond this value. Comparisons with the sparsely available experimental data are made for argon from 300 to 17,000 K and for nitrogen up to 5500 K. Disagreement between the various correlations and experiment can exceed one order of magnitude.     

超稳定TO-8型压力传感器在气体导热系数测定实验中的应用

介绍了TO-8型压力传感器的性能及电源电路.以气体导热系数测定实验为例,用TO-8型压力传感器制成的测压装置代替旋转式麦氏真空计,利用可调针孔式放气阀对真空气压进行连续调节,实现了对测试系统真空度的实时监测.     

Assessment of thermal expansion coefficient of methylsilsesquioxane thin film

For the methylsilsesquioxane film whose optical birefringence is almost zero, it was recently reported that its vertical thermal expansion coefficient (CTE) was approximately one order of magnitude larger than the lateral CTE. Though the birefringence is not an absolute predictor of anisotropic behavior, the discrepancy in both the CTEs was so remarkable that it was essential to investigate whether the anisotropy was intrinsic property or not. If the effect of Poisson's ratio is considered in the calculation of the vertical CTE and when elastic modulus measured by surface acoustic wave spectroscopy is used in the assessment of the lateral CTE, both the CTEs are coincident with each other. Therefore, it can be concluded that the discrepancy in the CTEs can be attributed to a higher in‐plane polymer chain orientation but it can also arise from the misleadingly assumed modulus and Poisson's ratio. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
