新型卤代羟基三苯醚的合成与抑菌活性研究

设计合成了对(间、邻)苯二酚二(4-氯-2-羟基苯基)醚(4a～4c)及对(间、邻)苯二酚二(4-氯-5-溴-2-羟基苯基)醚(5a～5c)共6个卤代羟基三苯醚类化合物,其结构均经1H NMR,IR,MS和元素分析证实,并且对其抑菌活性进行了初步测试.结果表明:此类化合物大多在低浓度下对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、白色葡萄球菌、变形杆菌、卡他双球菌、青枯假单胞菌等具有良好的抗菌活性.     

Pyrene-azacrown ether hybrid: cation-π interaction

A pyrene-modified lariat ether was synthesized in order to observe the cation-π interaction in solution.     

轻希土硫氰酸盐与2, 3, 11, 12, -四苯基-1, 4, 7, 10, 13, 16-六氧-2, 11-十八环二烯配合物的合成及XPS研究

合成了六种轻希土硫氰酸盐与标题不饱和冠醚的新固体配合物,进行了元素分析,摩尔电导率、DTA、UV、IR和XPS等表征.对Ln(NCS)₃·L和Ln(NCS)₃的XPS研究中,得到它们组成原子芯能级电子(Ln3d_5/2,Ols,Nls,S2p)的结合能信息;观察到除Y3d_5/2外Ln3d_5/2(Ln=La、Ce、Pr、Nd、和Sm)的伴峰结构,Ln3d_5/2结合能与原子序数呈线性关系,并推断类似化合物Pm³d_5/2结合能在1035eV附近.     

Synthesis and characterization of 3-phenylethynyl endcapped matrix resins

The synthesis of 3-phenylethynylphenol, and its applicability as a high temperature cross-linking endcap for high T_g polyarylene ethers is described. It was synthesized in high yields and purity using the palladium catalyzed coupling reaction between the protected 3-bromo or iodo phenol and phenylacetylene. The yield of the reaction was found to be highly dependent on the structure of the halide used, the reaction temperature, and the concentration of phenylacetylene. The use of the protected phenol in the palladium catalyzed reaction was also extended to the high yield synthesis of 3-ethynylphenol and protected 4-ethynylphenols. The complete synthesis of 3-phenylethynylphenol, 3-ethynylphenol, and protected 4-ethynylphenol in high yields has been demonstrated and is discussed herein. Three new phenylethynyl functionalized arylene ether matrix resins have been synthesized in high yields and purity by reacting 3-phenylethynylphenol with 4,4′-dichlorodiphenyl sulfone, 4,4′-difluorobenzophenone, and bis(4-fluorophenyl)phenyl phosphine oxide, via nucleophilic poly(arylene ether) synthesis conditions. These low molecular weight materials undergo thermally induced chain extension/branching to yield an insoluble three-dimensional network at reaction temperatures of around 380°C. The low molecular weight arylene ethers endcapped with the phenylethynyl group demonstrate excellent flow characteristics and a wide processing window of about 250°C. Crosslinking of the 4,4′-bis(3-phenylethynyl phenoxy)diphenyl sulfone system for 30 min at 350°C in air afforded a T_g value of 265°C by differential scanning calorimetry measurements. Trace metal analysis for palladium and copper showed absence of these metals that would otherwise detract from the excellent thermal stability. The synthesis and characterization of these phenylethynyl endcapped arylene ether matrix resins is discussed. © 1995 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.     

Mechanistic aspects of the Wolff-Kishner reaction. V. The cation effect on the reaction of benzophenone hydrazone in butyl carbitol and decyl alcohol

The rate of the Wolff-Kishner reaction of benzophenone hydrazone in butyl carbitol increases as the cation of the alkoxide base is varied in the order K>Na>Li>Mg. The replacement of butyl carbitol by 1-decanol also accelerates the reaction, and an additional increase is caused by the presence of crown ether. On the basis of changes in the activation parameters, it is concluded that the reactivity of the hydrazone anion increases as the contact ion pair becomes more fully solvated and dissociated.     

SILICA-BOUND CROWN ETHERS PLATINUM COMPLEX AS HYDROSILYLATION CATALYST

Silica-bound 15-Crown-5, 18-Crown-6 with a spacer of propyloxymethyl and their platinum complexes have been synthesized. It was found that they were efficient catalysts for the hydrosilylation of olefms with triethoxysilane in the temperature range of 60 to 130 ℃.     

ZrO2对合成二甲醚双功能催化剂表面结构及催化性能的影响

采用共沉淀沉积法制备了Cu基双功能催化剂，并进行了合成气一步法制取二甲醚实验．XRD、XPS以及BET表征结果表明，催化剂中ZrO2以无定形状态存在，且随着其含量的增加，Zr^4 逐渐溶进CuO晶格，两者之间的电子交换使得Cu^2 在活化过程中很难被彻底还原为Cu^0，而是以Cu^0/Cu^ 的形式共存．活性评价结果表明，Cu^ 离子表现出优异的CO转化率和DME选择性．同时，ZrO2的存在能有效调节催化剂表面的Cu／Zn摩尔比以及促进Cu元素在表面的富集，从而改善催化剂性能．     

A simulation of thermal characteristic parameters with an inverse “S” type curve

A synthetical equation is proposed to characterize the essential features of the inverse “S” type curve on the basis of summing-up simulation approach of “S” type curve. The two physical variables in the model obtained are discussed and the detailed method used to determine the parameters is given. The model is then presented to describe the crystallization of poly(caryleher ether ketone) (PEEK) and thermal decomposition of poly(amide-imide) (PAI) respectively. It is found that some thermal characteristic parameters can be well estimated from the model simu-lated in computer.     

一种新型的芳基重排反应（Ⅱ）──苯并环己酮中β－芳基的重排

报道了３－芳基四氢合萘－１－酮的烯醇硅醚在氧化碘苯－三氟化硼的协同作用下３－位芳基迁移到２－位，生成２－芳基－３－氟四氢合萘－１－酮的反应。当芳基是Ｐｈ－ｐ－Ｃｌ－Ｐｈ、ｐ－Ｍｅ－Ｐｈ和ｐ－ＭｅＯ－Ｐｈ时，收率分别为８０％、６１％、１０％和５％，并讨论了这一反应的机理。     

聚芳醚亚砜的合成与表征

以二苯醚和二氯亚砜为主要单体 ,在无水AlCl3/CH2 ClCH2 Cl/NMP催化剂溶剂体系中进行低温溶液共聚 ,合成聚芳醚亚砜 (PPOS) ,研究了AlCl3/NMP用量及单体摩尔比对聚合反应的影响 .用IR、DSC、TG和X ray等对PPOS进行结构和性能的分析与表征 ,研究结果表明 :PPOS属无定形聚合物 ,具有较高的玻璃化转变温度 (Tg) ,软化温度在 2 6 0℃左右 ,在加热过程中出现二个热分解温度
