To avoid the limitation of the widely used prediction methods of soil organic carbon partition coefficients (KOC) from hydrophobic parameters, e.g., the n-octanol/water partition coefficients (KOW) and the reversed phase high performance liquid chromatographic (RP-HPLC) retention factors, the soil column liquid chromatographic (SCLC) method was developed for KOC prediction. The real soils were used as the packing materials of RP-HPLC columns, and the correlations between the retention factors of organic compounds on soil columns (ksoil) and KOC measured by batch equilibrium method were studied. Good correlations were achieved between ksoil and KOC for three types of soils with different properties. All the square of the correlation coefficients (R2) of the linear regression between log ksoil and log KOC were higher than 0.89 with standard deviations of less than 0.21. In addition, the prediction of KOC from KOW and the RP-HPLC retention factors on cyanopropyl (CN) stationary phase (kCN) was comparatively evaluated for the three types of soils. The results show that the prediction of KOC from kCN and KOW is only applicable to some specific types of soils. The results obtained in the present study proved that the SCLC method is appropriate for the KOC prediction for different types of soils, however the applicability of using hydrophobic parameters to predict KOC largely depends on the properties of soil concerned.  相似文献

为将生物体内微观的蛋白行为可视化并以宏观信号呈现出来对蛋白进行实时、动态分析,借助SNAP-tag蛋白标签技术与有机小分子荧光染料,构建了一系列用于活细胞内实时监测目标蛋白的免洗荧光探针。标签蛋白SNAP-tag能够特异性识别探针中的苄基鸟嘌呤,从而使目标蛋白共价连接上荧光团(萘酰亚胺),携带上荧光信使。此外,由于萘酰亚胺从水环境中被牵引至SNAP-tag蛋白的疏水空腔,其荧光信号呈现出2~13倍的增强。通过SNAP-tag标签蛋白与目标蛋白的融合,该荧光探针实现了对活细胞内线粒体蛋白CoX8A及核内蛋白H2B特异性识别,在免洗条件下完成了对目标蛋白的实时追踪及原位分析。  相似文献

Several improvements in sample pretreatment for the determination of organic pollutants (i.e. n-alkanes, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, PAHs) in marine biota (mussels) are presented. The use of liquid nitrogen and homogenization of the samples are shown to be an alternative to the time consuming liophilization step required for the analysis of biota samples. Microwave-assisted hydrolysis and extraction are combined to isolate organic pollutants (19 n-alkanes and 27 PAHs) from biota matrices. Experimental design (ED) and artificial neural networks (ANNs) were used to optimize the experimental conditions. NIST-CRM 2978 was used to test the validity of the developed method which shows a good agreement with certified values.  相似文献

Complexation of Ni(II), Cu(II), Zn(II), and Cd(II) by dissolved organic carbon (DOC) in some freshwater lakes in Rouyn-Noranda, Québec, Canada, where they were impacted by effluents from a nearby copper smelter, was measured by kinetic and equilibrium methods using cathodic and anodic stripping voltammetry. The measured free-metal-ion and labile metal-complex concentrations were compared with the predictions made by a widely-used computer speciation model, the Windermere Humic Aqueous Model (WHAM): WHAM V and its improved version WHAM VI. If it is assumed that 65% of the DOC is “active”, i.e. behaving as isolated humic substances such as fulvic acid, both versions of WHAM are able to predict the labile and free-metal-ion concentrations of Ni, Zn, and Cd reasonably well; however, both underestimate the free-copper-ion concentration by one to two orders of magnitude. WHAM VI is generally better than or equal to WHAM V for successfully predicting most of the free-metal-ion concentrations. The modelled competition by Al(III) and Fe(III) in the lake surface waters showed that in most cases Cu(II) was most affected by this competition. WHAM VI predicts a larger effect from the Al(III) and Fe(III) competition than does WHAM V.  相似文献

The kinetics and mechanism of circumambulatory rearrangements of N-centered (NCS) and S-centered (SPh, SC3Ph3, SC(OEt)=S) groups in corresponding derivatives of 1,2,3-triphenylcyclopropene and cycloheptatriene were studied by dynamic1H and13C NMR spectroscopy. Migrations of the isothiocyanate group occur by the dissociation-recombination mechanism with intermediate formation of a tight ionic pair. Migrations of the phenylthio group around the perimeter of cyclopropene and cycloheptatriene rings occur by the 1,2-shift mechanism. It was found that rearrangements of theO-ethyl dithiocarbonate group inS-(1,2,3-triphenylcyclopropen-3-yl)-O-ethyl dithiocarbonate occur by the 3,3-sigmatropic shift mechanism. The molecular and crystal structure ofO-ethylS-(1,2,3-triphenylcyclopropen-3-yl) dithiocarbonate was studied by X-ray analysis.  相似文献

A neutral metal complex, [Pt(dddt)2]° (1), has been obtained by oxidation of the [Pt(dddt)2] anion with excess (Bu4N)AuBr4 in nitrobenzene. Crystallographic data for 1a=17.854(9) Å,b=18.409(9) Å,c=4.717(5) Å, =68.83(2)°, space group P21/n,Z=4,d calc=2.55 g/cm3. In1 two independent centrosymmetric [Pt(dddt)2]° molecules are packed in stacks that form layers parallel to the (110) plane. The molecules of1 in the layers have shortened S...S contacts 3.491(9) Å, and 3.594(10) Å. The average bond lengths Pt-S 2.242(7) Å, S-C 1.71(2) Å and C=C 1.40(3) Å, together with the square-planar coordination of Pt in PtS4, suggest considerable conjugation in the metal cycles.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. The Cs‐symmetric fullerene chlorohydrin C60(Cl)(OH)(OOtBu)4 reacts with 4‐dimethylaminopyridine (DMAP) and 1,4‐diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane (DABCO) to yield two isomers with the formula C60(O)(OOtBu)4 in good yields. These isomers differ with respect to the location of the epoxy functionality. The one from DMAP is Cs symmetric, whereas that from DABCO is C1 symmetric with the epoxy group on the central pentagon. Two different mechanisms are proposed to explain the chemoselectivity of these reactions. The reaction with DMAP involves single‐electron transfer as the key step; DMAP acts as the electron donor. A combination of an oxygen‐atom shift and SN2′′ processes (boomerang substitution) are responsible for the formation of isomer with DACBO. Various related reactions support the proposed mechanisms. The structures of new fullerene derivatives were determined by spectroscopy, single‐crystal X‐ray analysis, and chemical correlation experiments.  相似文献

A method is described for the analysis of volatile organic compounds in saliva and tongue coating samples. The techniue is based on an off-line preconcentration step by means of a closed-loop trapping system followed by gas chromatography-ion trap detection. With the closed-loop technique, the volatile organic compounds(VOCs) are released from the matrix and trapped on an adsorbent without interference of water. The VOCs are released from the adsorbent into the gas chromatograph by thermdesorption. After separation, identification of the compounds is performed by ion trap technology. By this technique 82 compounds could be demonstrated in saliva and tongue coating samples. The technique is also used to demonstrate the formation of volatile bacterial fermentation compounds when a protein substrate is added to tongue coating samples. It is considered a very promising tool in further research on oral malodor.  相似文献

A cation adsorption model is presented and its recent applications are discussed. The model combines electrostatic equations with specific binding, and considers neutral and positively charged complexes between the negative surface sites and organic cations in a closed system. Extensions in the model account for dye aggregation in solution, and for the formation of solution complexes of inorganic cations, such as [M++ Cl]+. The amounts of 45Ca2+ adsorbed to vesicles extracted from the plasma membranes of melon root cells could be adequately simulated and predicted. The binding coefficients determined for Ca2+, Na+, and Mg2+ are in the range of values previously deduced for binding to phospholipid components. Model calculations were applied to the test of hypotheses on the effect of salt stress on the growth of roots. The adsorption of monovalent organic cations to montmorillonite is characterized by binding coefficients that are at least six orders of magnitude larger than those of Na+, Mg2+, Ca2+, and Cd2+, or those of CdCl+ or CaCl+. Monovalent organic cations were found to adsorb 140–200% of the cation exchange capacity of the clay and to cause charge reversal. Deductions from adsorption results of acriflavin are consistent with those drawn from the application of other experimental methods. Preliminary results on the adsorption of divalent organic cations are presented. Agro-environmental applications of organo-clays are discussed.  相似文献
