采用流动注射-化学发光(FI-CL)这一灵敏的检测方法,通过条件实验与参数优化,优选了测定环境中痕量多羟基酚类化合物的发光体系,通过考察天然水体中的腐殖酸对化学发光-多羟基酚测定体系的影响,为来自于水及土壤中的实际样品中腐殖酸的检测提供了参考,建立了同一区域水体中腐殖酸的化学发光定量测定方法。 所得线性回归方程y=70.36x+540.1,相关系数r=0.995 4,线性范围为3~15 mg·L-1,检测限为0.749 mg·L-1,HA浓度为6 mg·L-1时的相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.08%。  相似文献

3-Carboxy-2-pyrazinehydroxamic acid was prepared by a one pot reaction starting from pyrazine-2,3-dicarboxylic anhydride with a high yield, and characterized by IR, Mass spectrum, 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectra and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in triclinic, space group Pī with a=4.8659(10), b=7.4233(15), c=11.602(2), α=96.904(2), β=92.422(3), γ=107.454(2)°, V=395.51(14)3 , Z=2, Dc=1.689g/cm3 , F(000)=208, μ(MoKα)=0.149 mm-1 , the final R=0.0473 and wR=0.1306 for 2853 observed reflections (I>2σ (I)). A three-dimensional framework was assembled through intermolecular hydrogen bonding between water and 3-carboxy-2-pyrazine-carbohydroxamic acid molecules.  相似文献

A rapid, sensitive and stable high‐performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was developed and validated for the simultaneous determination of morniflumate and its major active metabolite, niflumic acid, in human plasma. HPLC analysis was carried out using a 5 µm particle size, C18‐bonded silica column with a mixture of acetonitrile and 0.005 m potassium phosphate monobasic in water (60:40, v/v) as the mobile phase and UV detection at 287 nm. The method involved the treatment with 50 μL of 0.4 m hydrochloric acid for the stability of morniflumate, extraction with diethylether and evaporation to dryness under a nitrogen stream. The lower limit of quantitation for morniflumate and niflumic acid was 50 and 500 ng/mL, respectively. The calibration curves for morniflumate and niflumic acid were linear over the concentration range of 50–20,000 ng/mL and 500–50,000 ng/mL, respectively, with correlation coefficients greater than 0.9995 and inter‐ or intra‐batch coefficients of variation not exceeding 13.79%. The variability (percentage difference) of incurred sample re‐analysis did not exceed 11.72% and all of the repeat samples fell within 20% of the mean value. This assay procedure was applied successfully to an examination of the pharmacokinetics of morniflumate and its metabolite, niflumic acid, in human subjects. Abstract

A new coating procedure for different diffusion controlled preconcentration methods (tubular denuder, annular denuder, diffusion screen) is described for the determination of nitric acid in air. In this study, a silanization reaction is applied to obtain a chemically fixed coating with an end placed functional NH2-group, which can be used as a sink to collect acidic compounds from air. This coating must be carried out only once and can be used for a long time. The denuders, coated with this procedures, were compared with conventionally coated NaF denuders.  相似文献

采用溶剂热合成方法,合成了一种新型金属配位聚合物{[Zn2(L)(H2O)(DMA)]·DMA·2.3H2O}n (1),其中L4-为完全脱去质子的N,N''-二(4-羧基苄基)-5-氨基间苯二甲酸,DMA为N,N-二甲基乙酰胺。单晶X射线衍射结果显示,该配合物属于三斜晶系,空间群为P$overline{1}$,a=0.989 6(5) nm,b=1.370 5(5) nm,c=1.382 1(5) nm,α=80.067(5)°,β=76.729(5)°,γ=76.611(5)°,结构是由二维金属有机层通过ππ相互作用而扩展成的三维超分子骨架。红外光谱验证了锌离子与L4-配体成功配位。粉末X射线衍射(PXRD)实验证实了配合物1具有较高的纯度。热重分析结果显示配合物1在室温至416.9 ℃区间内具有较好的热稳定性。在273 nm的激发光下,配合物1在437 nm处有较强的荧光发射,可以在30 s内快速检测乙醇溶液中的炭疽生物标志物——吡啶-2,6-二甲酸,具有选择性高、抗干扰能力强、检测限低(约为15 μmol·L-1)等特点。结合PXRD图和紫外可见吸收光谱揭示了其检测机理为晶体骨架坍塌而诱导的荧光猝灭。  相似文献

A convenient synthesis and separation of α- and β-anomers of methyl (phenyl 3,5-dideoxy-2-thio-5-trifluoroacetamido-D-glycero-D-galacto-nonulopyranosid)onate (6a and 6b) on a multigram scale was developed. Both α- and β-isomers of 6 were obtained as crystals suitable for safe storage. The β-isomer forms a crystalline solvate with methanol. Fully O-trichloroacetylated and O-trifluoroacetylated N-trifluoroacetyl thiosialosides were synthesized in an efficient manner from the β-tetraol 6b.  相似文献

Serum proteins represent an important class of drug and imaging agent delivery vectors. In this minireview, key advantages of using serum proteins are discussed, followed by the particular advantages and challenges associated with employing soluble folate binding protein. In particular, approaches employing drugs that target folate metabolism are reviewed. Additionally, the slow-onset, tightbinding interaction of folate with folate binding protein and the relationship to a natural oligomerization mechanism is discussed. These unique aspects of folate binding protein suggest interesting applications for the protein as a vector for further drug and imaging agent development.  相似文献

通过水热方法,采用H3CAM(H3CAM=4-hydroxy-pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid)与Cd(NO3)2.4H2O反应,合成了1个镉配位聚合物[Cd4(HCAM)4(H2O)8]n(1),并对其结构和荧光性质进行了研究。结构分析结果表明该配合物属于单斜晶系,C2/c空间群。四个HCAM2-配体桥联4个镉离子形成了1个四核镉单元。这些孤立的单元通过氢键作用形成了1个三维配位框架。研究表明,该配合物在室温下能发出兰色荧光。  相似文献

Experimental solubilities are reported for benzilic acid dissolved in ethanol, 1-propanol, 1-butanol, 1-pentanol, 1-hexanol, 1-heptanol, 2-propanol, 2-butanol, 2-methyl-1-propanol, diethyl ether and methyl tert-butyl ether at 298.15?K. Results of these measurements reveal that the observed solubilities in the nine alcohol solvents fall within a fairly narrow mole fraction range of each other. Benzilic acid is also very soluble in the two ether solvents studied.  相似文献
