基于大模场面积掺镱光纤搭建了全光纤1030 nm高功率窄线宽光纤激光主振荡功率放大系统,实现了3004 W的最高功率输出,斜率效率69.27%,是目前报道的输出功率最高的1030 nm波段近衍射极限光纤激光器。最高输出功率时,x,y方向的光束质量因子分别为1.169,1.174,3 dB光谱宽度为0.18 nm,放大自发辐射抑制比达到37 dB。  相似文献

A series of highly efficient deep red to near‐infrared (NIR) emissive organic crystals 1 – 3 based on the structurally simple 2′‐hydroxychalcone derivatives were synthesized through a simple one‐step condensation reaction. Crystal 1 displays the highest quantum yield (Φf) of 0.32 among the reported organic single crystals with an emission maximum (λem) over 710 nm. Comparison between the bright emissive crystals 1 – 3 and the nearly nonluminous compounds 4 – 7 clearly gives evidence that a subtle structure modification can arouse great property changes, which is instructive in designing new high‐efficiency organic luminescent materials. Notably, crystals 1 – 3 exhibit amplified spontaneous emissions (ASE) with extremely low thresholds. Thus, organic deep red to NIR emissive crystals with very high Φf have been obtained and are found to display the first example of NIR fluorescent crystal ASE.  相似文献

利用两种在线富集技术,对阿魏酸、异阿魏酸、咖啡酸同时测定的方法进行了研究.在胶束扫集的基础上,联用场放大进样,使富集倍数提高了约100倍;检出限降至4 μg/L,线性范围向下延伸到10 μg/L.胶束扫集电动色谱缓冲体系为90 mmol/L SDS 20 mmol/L Na2PO4(pH=2.20) 10%甲醇,分离电压20 kV.进样电压10 kV,进样时间21 s,进水时间210 s(H=20.0 cm),测量波长214 nm.讨论了SDS浓度、进样长度、进样电压等对分离效果的影响.在优化条件下,3种有机酸在14 min内出峰,峰面积RSD≤3.8%.方法检出限(μg/L)、线性范围(μg/L)、相关系数分别为:阿魏酸4.0、10~400、0.9982;异阿魏酸4.0、10~400、0.9970;咖啡酸5.0、10~400、0.9980.回收率为83.9%~114.3%.  相似文献

自发辐射(ASE)是掺铒光纤放大器(EDFA)的重要噪声源,对于由EDFA构成的光纤激光器有重要影响。理论与实践证明,它与抽运方式紧密相关,所以研究脉冲抽运时掺铒光纤(EDF)的自发辐射有重要的学术价值。同时,脉冲抽运对于EDFA锁模激光器的研究也有一定意义。从理论和实验两方面研究了小信号脉冲抽运时,抽运脉冲宽度和幅度对于EDF的自发辐射特性的影响,得到了小信号抽运时输出ASE噪声平均值的近似解析解。研究发现,小信号脉冲抽运时输出信号的幅度与抽运脉冲的宽度成正比。这个新现象可用于脉冲宽度的全光检测。  相似文献

An experiment on gain enhancement in the long wavelength band erbium-doped fiber amplifier (L-band EDFA) is demonstrated using dual forward pumping scheme in double-pass system. Compared to a single-stage single-pass scheme, the small signal gain for 1580 nm signal can be improved by 13.5 dB. However, a noise figure penalty of 2.9 dB was obtained due to the backward C-band ASE from second stage and the already amplified signal from the first pass that extracting energy from the forward C-band ASE. The maximum gain improvement of 13.7 dB was obtained at a signal wavelength of 1588 nm while signal and total pump powers were fixed at -30 dBm and 92 mW, respectively.  相似文献

A method to calculate the loss coefficient of amplified luminescence loss lum in the active layer of a laser diode on the basis of radiation transfer equations and the balance between emission, amplification, and absorption of spontaneous radiation is suggested. The values of loss lum and also of the density of fluxes of amplified luminescence have been determined in one- and two-dimensional approximations for laser diodes based on GaAs, GaN, and ZnSe compounds with different configurations of resonators.  相似文献

In this study, after Dill’s model is discussed for transmittance and refractive indices of the non-chemically amplified resists, G- and I-line novolak resists, and the chemically amplified resists, a modification of Dill’s model as a new exposure model is introduced. The simulation results obtained using this new model with the multi-thin film interface method and the Berning theory have shown a good matching to the experimental data. Also, the simulated transmittance change due to the exposure parameters are used to analyze the influence of the coefficients on the transmittance.  相似文献

In the present study, restriction site‐amplified polymorphism (RSAP) markers were used to examine the genetic variability of Schistosoma japonicum isolates from different endemic provinces in mainland China. Of the 45 pairs of primers screened, 10 RSAP markers showed a clear banding pattern with good resolution; however, only six exhibited a polymorphism among different isolates. Among six RSAP markers, one pair of primers (R8+R10) was able to differentiate male and female parasites, and amplified one constant specific band for female S. japonicum isolates. The specific band was recovered, re‐amplified and sequenced, and a sequence of 162 bp was obtained. Based on this sequence, a pair of specific primers was designed and used to develop sequence characterized amplified region (SCAR)‐PCR assay for identification and differentiation of female S. japonicum isolates. The SCAR‐PCR assay allowed the specific identification of female S. japonicum, with no amplicons being amplified from male S. japonicum, Fasciola hepatica, Clonorchis sinensis, S. mansoni (male and female parasite). DNA sequencing confirmed the identity of the amplified products. The minimum amount of DNA detectable using SCAR‐PCR assay was 0.3 ng for female S. japonicum. The SCAR‐PCR was able to differentiate effectively the male and female S. japonicum worms collected from 12 geographical origins in eight endemic provinces, the gender of which was known based on the morphological and biological features. These results showed that SCAR‐PCR provides an effective tool for the sex differentiation studies of S. japonicum, identification of female S. japonicum, diagnosis and epidemiological survey of S. japonicum infections in animals and human.  相似文献

In order to extend the application of field amplified sample injection (FASI) in high throughput analysis, a convenient and simple procedure, namely two-end field amplified sample injection (TE-FASI), was developed for the simultaneous stacking of cationic and anionic compounds in a single run capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE). Following the capillary-filling with a buffer of high conductivity, water plug was loaded into each end of the capillary; and two high-field strength zones were generated at both heads of the column when high voltage was applied. Therefore, under suppressed EOF cations and anions can be selectively FASI stacked at anode and cathode head, respectively. After separation, the stacked anions and cations are detected by a common detector placed in the center of the capillary. Under the optimized conditions, the limits of detection for the model cationic (matrine and oxymatrine) and anionic (5-sulfosalicylic acid) compounds were determined as 0.2, 0.2 and 0.06 ng/mL, respectively. Compared with non-stacking conditions, the sensitivities of these compounds were enhanced 1003-, 1330- and 1380-fold, respectively. The results of reproducibility, linearity and real sample analysis show that the proposed procedure is promising to be applied for the simultaneous quantification detection of trace cationic and anionic analytes.  相似文献

 建立了放大自发辐射(ASE)和相干激光能流耦合的模型,使用迭代算法,计算了长方体形状放大级中的ASE能流和相干激光能流的分布以及放大级出口0.5 m处的ASE分布,并讨论了入射光强、饱和光强对输出功率及能量提取效率的影响。对于增益区呈长方体、增益系数沿流场方向呈抛物线分布的放大级的计算结果表明:输入光的存在不仅会降低放大级中ASE光强的大小,而且将改变ASE的分布,使放大级中ASE能流的极大值向入口处移动;在饱和光强一定的情况下,输出功率和能量提取效率将随着入射功率的增大而增大;在入射光强一定的情况下,输出功率将随着饱和光强的增大而增大,而能量提取效率将随着饱和光强的增大而减小。  相似文献
