A method for the quantitative determination of ten musk fragrances extensively used in personal care products from sewage sludge was developed by using a pressurized liquid extraction (PLE) followed by an automated ionic liquid‐based headspace single‐drop microextraction and gas chromatography‐tandem mass spectrometry. The influence of main factors on the efficiency of PLE was studied. For all musks, the highest recovery values were achieved using 1 g of pretreated sewage sludge, H2O/methanol (1:1) as an extraction solvent, a temperature of 80°C, a pressure of 1500 psi, an extraction time of 5 min, 2 cycles, a 100% flush volume, a purge time of 120 s, and 1 g Florisil as in‐cell clean‐up extraction sorbent. The use and optimization of an in‐cell clean‐up sorbent was necessary to remove fatty interferents of the PLE extract that make the subsequent ionic liquid‐based headspace single‐drop microextraction difficult. Validation parameters, namely LODs and LOQs, ranged from 0.5–1.5 to 2.5–5 ng/g, respectively. Good levels of intra‐ and interday repeatabilities were obtained analyzing sewage sludge samples spiked at 10 ng/g (n = 3, RSDs < 10%). The method applicability was tested with sewage sludge from different wastewater treatment plants. The analysis revealed the presence of all the polycyclic musks studied at concentrations higher than the LOQs, ranging from 6 to 530 ng/g. Ultrasounds represent an effective technology in many research fields. In sewage sludge treatment, low-frequency ultrasound, particularly at 20 kHz, are widely used for sludge disintegration before the anaerobic digestion, while in the last years novel application of high-frequency ultrasound regards the decontamination of water and wastewater through sonochemical reactions. The innovative approach presented in this paper is the treatment of sewage sludge with ultrasound at 200 kHz for obtaining efficient sludge disintegration and the removal of the linear alkylbenzenesulphonates (LAS) at the same time. Results of the sonolysis experiments showed that native LAS degradation up to 40% can be achieved with low power input in less than 1 h. The degradation pattern was different for each LAS homologue (from C10 to C13), because of their physical-chemical properties, in particular as regards the alkyl chain length. This high-frequency ultrasound irradiation resulted effective also in terms of floc disintegration and soluble organic matter release, in particular for energy inputs higher than 30,000 kJ/kg TS. The disrupting effect of the 200 kHz treatment was also evaluated by microscope analyses and determination of the extracellular polymeric substances release in the liquid phase. 相似文献

Abstract A method for the determination of thallium in solid environmental samples is developed. After destruction of the sample, TI(III) is extracted from 0.5 M hydrobromic acid solution into diisopropyl-ether. the organic phase is evaporated and the residue taken up in a mixture of sulfuric and nitric acids. 城市污泥中重金属的难降解和高毒性限制了污泥的资源化利用。以北京G和Q污水处理厂的压滤出厂污泥为实验材料,采用BCR三步浸提法对污泥中铅砷镉Pb,As,Cd的三种形态进行提取,以HNO3-HClO4进行全量消解,利用ICP-MS检测Pb,As,Cd的全量和各形态的含量,从而为北京城市污泥的资源开发研究提供基础数据。实验结果表明,北京城市污泥中Pb和Cd含量比上世纪末明显降低:其中,G污泥中Pb,As,Cd的全量(干重)分别为19.60,37.96和1.34 mg·kg-1,而Q污泥中分别为19.58,23.46和2.30 mg·kg-1;两种污泥中Pb含量相差甚微,G污泥中As明显高于Q污泥,而Cd则显著低于后者;两种污泥中相应金属的三种形态的变化趋势基本一致:Pb与As以HAc酸溶态为主,H2O2可氧化态最少;而Cd主要以NH2OH-HCl可还原态存在,HAc酸溶态最少。三种重金属中生物毒性大的形态均占70%以上。 相似文献

亚甲基蓝和环丙沙星是水体中2种污染物, 对生态环境有潜在危害. 本文以市政剩余活性污泥为原料, 氯化锌为活化剂热解制备污泥基吸附剂, 研究盐酸酸洗浓度、氯化锌浓度、热解温度、热解时间等对污泥基吸附剂吸附水中亚甲基蓝和环丙沙星性能的影响. 结果表明 (1)污泥基吸附剂对亚甲基蓝的吸附性能随盐酸酸洗浓度的增大而增加, 对环丙沙星的吸附性能则随盐酸酸洗浓度的增大呈先降后增趋势, 两者均在1.500mol·L-1盐酸浓度下取得最优值. (2)污泥基吸附剂对亚甲基蓝和环丙沙星的吸附性能随氯化锌浓度和热解温度的增加呈先升后降趋势, 在氯化锌浓度为4.0mol·L-1、热解温度为500℃时有最优值; 随着热解时间的延长, 污泥基吸附剂对亚甲基蓝和环丙沙星的吸附性能分别在500℃热解70min和80min时有最优值. (3)污泥基吸附剂的最佳制备条件为 氯化锌4.0mol·L-1活化2h、500℃热解70min和80min、1.500mol·L-1盐酸酸洗; 以此制得的污泥基吸附剂对亚甲基蓝和环丙沙星的去除率分别为97.7%和96.4%, 平衡吸附量分别为97.9mg·g-1和3.9mg·g-1, 且污泥基吸附剂对亚甲基蓝和环丙沙星的吸附过程均符合准二级动力学方程. 相似文献

A new, simple and sensitive method for isolating nine compounds from the bisphenol group (analogues: A, B, C, E, F, G, Cl2, Z, AP) based on one-step liquid–liquid microextraction with in situ acylation followed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was developed and validated using influent and effluent wastewaters. The chemometric approach based on the Taguchi method was used to optimize the main conditions of simultaneous extraction and derivatization. The recoveries of the proposed procedure ranged from 85 to 122%, and the repeatability expressed by the coefficient of variation did not exceed 8%. The method’s limits of detection were in the range of 0.4–64 ng/L, and the method’s limits of quantification ranged from 1.3 to 194 ng/L. The developed method was used to determine the presence of the tested compounds in wastewater from a municipal wastewater treatment plant located in northeastern Poland. From this sample, eight analytes were detected. Concentrations of bisphenol A of 400 ng/L in influent and 100 ng/L in effluent were recorded, whereas other bisphenols reached 67 and 50 ng/L for influent and effluent, respectively. The removal efficiency of bisphenol analogues in the tested wastewater treatment plant ranged from 7 to approximately 88%. 相似文献

采用高温好氧静态强制通风堆肥工艺,研究了污水厂污泥与稻草、锯末、粉煤灰、磷矿粉、石灰按不同比例混合堆肥前后重金属在交换态、碳酸盐结合态、铁锰氧化物结合态3种不稳定态和包括有机结合态、残渣态的稳定态含量的变化。结果表明,该试验可以显著降低污泥中交换态Cu、Pb、Zn、Cd和As的含量,提高其它形态的含量。由此可见,堆肥处理可以在一定程度上降低重金属活性并保持养分,从而达到农业利用的目的。 相似文献
