Advanced organic-inorganic materials-composites, nanocomposites, and hybrids with various compositions offer unique properties required for biomedical applications. One of the most promising inorganic (nano)additives are polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxanes (POSS); their biocompatibility, non-toxicity, and phase separation ability that modifies the material porosity are fundamental properties required in modern biomedical applications. When incorporated, chemically or physically, into polyurethane matrices, they substantially change polymer properties, including mechanical properties, surface characteristics, and bioactivity. Hence, this review is dedicated to POSS-PU composites that have recently been developed for applications in the biomedical field. First, different modes of POSS incorporation into PU structure have been presented, then recent developments of PU/POSS hybrids as bio-active composites for scaffolds, cardiovascular stents, valves, and membranes, as well as in bio-imaging and cancer treatment, have been described. 以18-冠-6和4-碘-苯铵盐,二苯并30-冠-10和3-氟-4-氯-苯铵盐为超分子阳离子构建单元,分别引入到Keggin型[SMo12O40]2-中,使用H管扩散法和溶剂挥发法合成了无机-有机杂化材料[(4-I-Anis)([18]crown-6)]2[SMo12O40]·CH3CN(1)和[(3-F-4-Cl-Anis)2(DB[30]crown-10)][SMo12O40]·2CH3CN(2)(4-I-Anis=4-碘-苯铵盐;3-F-4-Cl-Anis=3-氟-4-甲基苯铵盐;DB[30]crown-10=二苯并30-冠-10)。通过红外光谱、元素分析、热重分析、固态漫反射光谱和X射线单晶结构分析对化合物进行了表征。结构分析表明,晶体1和2通过非共价键自组装作用构建而成,冠醚基超分子阳离子是通过N-H…O氢键作用形成。晶体1中,在bc平面,每个[SMo12O40]2-多酸阴离子被6个超分子阳离子(4-I-Anis)([18]crown-6)围绕,形成六边形的结构;晶体2中,在bc平面,每个[SMo12O40]2-多酸阴离子被4个大的超分子阳离子(3-F-4-Cl-Anis)2(DB[30]crown-10)围绕,形成四边形的结构。热重分析表明,氢键在维持晶体1和2的稳定性上起着主要的作用。固态漫反射光谱表明,[SMo12O40]2-和冠醚基超分子阳离子之间存在电荷转移作用。 相似文献

A blue phase liquid crystal (BPLC) lens with multifunction using multi-electrode structure and a dielectric layer with high dielectric constant is proposed. The refractive index of the BPLC can be changed flexibly in different regions. Some functional or technical requirements such as switch between positive and negative lenses can be achieved. The lens reveals a good parabolic refractive index distribution and focus adjustment capacity simultaneously. The applied voltage on the electrodes is regular and computable. To decrease the applied voltage of the proposed lens with a large diameter, a drive-type adopted Fresnel lens is introduced. 相似文献

The design of an ideal drug delivery system with targeted recognition and zero premature release, especially controlled and specific release that is triggered by an exclusive endogenous stimulus, is a great challenge. A traceable and aptamer‐targeted drug nanocarrier has now been developed; the nanocarrier was obtained by capping mesoporous silica‐coated quantum dots with a programmable DNA hybrid, and the drug release was controlled by microRNA. Once the nanocarriers had been delivered into HeLa cells by aptamer‐mediated recognition and endocytosis, the overexpressed endogenous miR‐21 served as an exclusive key to unlock the nanocarriers by competitive hybridization with the DNA hybrid, which led to a sustained lethality of the HeLa cells. If microRNA that is exclusively expressed in specific pathological cell was screened, a combination of chemotherapy and gene therapy should pave the way for a targeted and personalized treatment of human diseases. 相似文献

以两个形状杂化分子(Shape Hybrid Molecules)为目标分子, 研究了它们在气液界面上形成Langmuir膜的过程和Langmuir-Blodgett (LB)膜的聚集态结构. 杂化分子是由Wells-Dawson型磷钨氧簇(Polyoxometalates, POMs)和T8型的倍半硅氧烷簇(Polyhedral Oligosilsesquioxane, POSS), 通过对苯二甲酸有机连接链(OL)用共价键构筑的具有杂化性质和哑铃形状的簇-簇杂化分子(POM-OL-POSS). 这两种杂化分子的差别在于POSS段中, 外围有机基团的尺寸不同. 在实验中, 采用Langmuir和LB膜技术, 了解POSS外围的七个取代基变化导致的分子尺寸变化对Langmuir膜形成过程和LB膜结构的影响. 采用Langmuir技术测定了表面压-平均分子面积(π-A)等温曲线和π-A循环等温曲线, 跟踪并研究了这两个杂化分子在水表面上形成Langmuir膜的过程. 实验结果表明, 两个杂化分子都表现出良好的两亲性, 从气相变化到固相的过程中, 杂化分子经历了从分散到集中的过程. 将这些膜转移到基片上, 得到单层的LB膜, 再利用原子力显微镜(AFM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)研究了LB膜的表面形貌和聚集态结构. 由于POM段中含有钨和钒金属, 可以直接用TEM观察聚集态结构, 发现了在气-液和液-固相转变过程中, LB膜中杂化分子的聚集态结构都呈现涨落特征, 一种凝聚态物理中由相转变导致结构涨落的重要物理现象. 本研究获得的结果能够帮助我们以及这个领域的研究者们继续优化杂化分子的结构, 进一步构筑具有有序结构的膜和本体材料. 相似文献

Divinyl ether monomers containing phosphorous residues were synthesized by the addition reaction of glycidyl vinyl ether (GVE) with various phosphonic dichlorides or dichlorophosphates with quaternary onium salts as catalysts. The reaction of GVE with phenylphosphonic dichloride gave bis[1‐(chloromethyl)‐2‐(vinyloxy)ethyl]phenylphosphonate ( 1a ) in a 77% yield. The polycondensation of 1a with terephthalic acid was also carried out with 1,8‐diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undecene‐7 (DBU) as a condensing agent to afford the corresponding phosphorus‐containing polyester. A multifunctional monomer containing both vinyl ether groups and methacrylate groups was prepared by the reaction of 1a with methacrylic acid with DBU. The photoinitiated cationic polymerization of these vinyl ether compounds proceeded rapidly with bis[4‐(diphenylsulfonio)phenyl]sulfide‐bishexafluorophosphate as the cationic photoinitiator without a solvent upon ultraviolet irradiation. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Organic–inorganic hybrid nanocomposites of poly(ethylene glycol)/siloxane were obtained via the sol–gel approach. In these composites, nanometric siloxane heterogeneity was embedded into a polymer matrix with a covalent bond at the interfaces. The 29Si magic-angle spinning (MAS) spectrum exhibited a high degree of condensation through the relative abundance of T0 [RSi(OR)3], T1 [RSi(OR)2(OSi)], T2 [RSi(OR)(OSi)2], and T3 [RSi(OSi)3] silicone nuclei. The effect of lithium salt concentration on ionic interaction, conductivity, and thermal properties of these composite electrolytes were investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, DSC, thermogravimetric analysis, alternating current impedance, and solid-state 7Li MAS NMR measurements. These observations indicated that the different types of complexes by the interactions of Li+ and ClO ions are formed within a hybrid host, and the formation of transient crosslinks between Li+ ions and the ether oxygens results in an increased glass-transition temperature of the polyether segment and decomposed rate of composite electrolyte. 7Li MAS NMR measurements revealed the changes in line shape of lithium resonances with different LiClO4 contents, suggesting that a significant degree of ionic association is present in the polymer-salt complexes. The behavior of ion transport in these composite electrolytes was correlated with the interactions between ions and polymer host. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Bioactive organic-inorganic hybrids were synthesized through sol-gel processing starting from -methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane. NMR-spectroscopic studies showed the presence of silanol groups (Si–OH) and Si–O–Si bonds. In vitro tests of the hybrids for bioactivity with a simulated body fluid (Kokubo solution) indicated that only calcium-containing hybrids could form apatite on their surfaces. Thus the presence of calcium ions was no less important to deposit apatite than the formation of silanol groups or Si–O–Si bonds. 相似文献

Alkyd acrylic hybrid emulsions can offer cost/performance advantages over common 1K coatings such as polyurethane dispersions (PUDs), acrylic emulsions and blends. Hybrid emulsions with different ratios of alkyd resin to acrylic monomers were synthesized. Emulsion with resin-to monomer ratio of 1:1 (wt/wt) with total solids as high as 50% had a shelf stability of more than 8 months. Morphology of hybrid emulsions was studied by scanning electron microscopy. Hybrid emulsions were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis. Films obtained from the hybrid emulsions were found to be homogeneous and exhibited excellent thermal and coating properties. 相似文献
