This paper presents a monolithic approach to the thermal fluid-structureinteraction(FSI) with nonconforming interfaces.The thermal viscous flow is governedby the Boussinesq approximation and the incompressible Navier-Stokes equations.Themotion of the fluid domain is accounted for by an arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian(ALE)strategy.A pseudo-solid formulation is used to manage the deformation of the fluid do-main.The structure is described by the geometrically nonlinear thermoelastic dynamics.An efficient data transfer strategy based on the Gauss points is proposed to guarantee theequilibrium of the stresses and heat along the interface.The resulting strongly coupledset of nonlinear equations for the fluid,structure,and heat is solved by a monolithicsolution procedure.A numerical example is presented to demonstrate the robustness andefficiency of the methodology.  相似文献

提出了一种双外延高能离子注入的单片集成有源像素探测器的传感器结构,以提升传感器对电荷的收集性能和辐射加固,并进行了三维工艺模拟和物理级器件仿真计算.研究结果表明,所提出的传感器结构改善了内部电场和电势的分布,且目标电极的电荷收集效率提高70%,电荷收集时间减少64%.此外,当等效中子辐射流通量在1012—1015cm-2范围内时,所提出的传感器结构比标准传感器结构有更高的电荷收集能力.  相似文献

以甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)为单体,二乙烯基苯(DVB)为交联剂,以环己醇和正十二醇为致孔剂,过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,直接以50 mm×4.6 mm色谱柱为模具,通过原位聚合制备聚(GMA-DVB)型整体柱。以GMA和DVB的体积比、环己醇和十二醇的体积比以及BPO占聚合物的质量分数为三因素,以分离苯和乙苯等小分子物质时的半峰宽分离度(R1/2)为考察指标,进行三因素三水平的正交试验,通过测定整体柱的比表面积、孔径和孔容分布对其进行表征。结果表明,制备整体柱的最优配方为V(GMA): V(DVB): V(环己醇): V(正十二醇)=0.825:0.825:1.32:2.03, BPO的质量分数为0.7%。应用所制备的整体柱分离苯和乙苯等小分子物质,理论塔板数达到37000塔板/m, R1/2值达到7.14,完全达到基线分离,分离时间小于10 min。该方法制备整体柱的重复性好,柱效较高,基本满足商品化要求。  相似文献

1-3型压电智能复合材料是由一维连通的压电相平行排列于三维连通的聚合物中而形成的两相压电复合材料.简述了1-3型压电智能复合材料形成及其材料结构构成变化的发展历程,并从理论分析、参数辨识、数值计算和试验方法四方面阐述了宏观等效特征参数的研究状况.在此基础上对现有的制备工艺技术的优缺点进行了比较,对声学、医学、控制、航空航天等已应用和可能应用的领域的现状和发展趋势进行了回顾和展望,最后建议了1-3型压电智能复合材料今后几个较为重要的研究方向.   相似文献

Nickel-alumina catalysts supported on cordierite monoliths of honeycomb structure surpass essentially the conventional granulated ones with respect to the output in carbon dioxide reforming of methane. Adjusting the surface acid-base properties of catalysts by introduction of alkali metal (Na, K) oxides inhibits the carbonization and as a result, improves the operational stability of these catalysts. An effect of promotion of nickel-alumina based composite doped by lanthanum oxide is found. This effect, caused by an additional route for the CO2 activation on Ni-La2O3/Al2O3/cordierite catalyst, is displayed in increase of methane conversion under conditions of an oxidant excess.  相似文献

A new method for the fabrication of a monolithic 1 × 4 single-mode fused coupler is described together with details of its performance in terms of coupling ratio, spectral response and polarization sensitivity. The fabricated device exhibits ultra-broadband performance with low polarization dependent loss. The coupling pattern exhibits identical coupling to all interacting fibers, enabling an easy control on fabrication parameters of the device.  相似文献

Since their introduction in 1992 by Fréchet and Svec[1], monolithic supports as stationary phases in high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and capillary electrochromatography (CEC) have gained significant interest due to a number of unique properties. Their ease of preparation, high reproducibility, versatile surface chemistry and fast mass transport are advantageous in a variety of applications[2-4]. Separations in diverse chromatographic modes have been performed in either HPLC or CEC, showing their strong point for high-speed separations of biological and synthetic molecules[5-12]. Although a number of papers have been reported on the application of monolithic supports as chiral stationary phases in CEC and pressure-assisted capillary electrochromatography (p-CEC)[13-19], few reports have so far been published on chiral monolithic stationary phases for liquid chromatography[20].  相似文献

Alumina monolithic gel has been prepared by ammonia method from anhydrous aluminium chloride and n-butanol using formamide as the solvent. The gel has been made by hydrochloric acid catalysis and using large quantity of water for hydrolysis (molar ratio of water to aluminium-n-butoxide, R>99). Transparent alumina xerogel of size 37.5×20×5 mm approximately has been prepared. The alumina gel has been dried and sintered at 400°C, 1000°C and 1200°C respectively and the powders formed thereby have been examined by XRD, FTIR spectroscopy, SEM and particle size analysis. These studies have confirmed the formation of -alumina at 1200°C having particle size as low as 0.2 m or less along with agglomerates. The density of the powder has increased gradually, where as its particle size has decreased, with the increase of the sintering temperature.  相似文献

The application of a new silica‐based, monolithic‐type HPLC‐column for fast separations is presented. The column is prepared according to a new sol‐gel process, which is based on the hydrolysis and polycondensation of alkoxysilanes in the presence of water soluble polymers. The method leads to “rods” made of a single piece of porous silica with a defined pore structure, i. e. macro‐ and mesopores. The main feature of silica rod columns is a higher total porosity, about 15% higher than of conventional particulate HPLC columns. The resulting column pressure drop is therefore much lower, allowing operation at higher flow rates including flow gradients. Consequently, HPLC analysis can be performed much faster, as it is demonstrated by various applications.  相似文献
