中药血清药理学研究金银花的抑菌活性

采用最低抑菌浓度(MIC)测定方法和抑菌活性试验,考察不同产地的金银花以及含药血清的抑菌效果。试验结果为:含药血清对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC分别为0.5μg绿原酸/mL和0.25μg绿原酸/mL;含药血清抑菌活性为高敏。     

Determination of pefloxacin in serum and pharmaceutical forms by derivative spectrophotometry

A method for the direct determination of pefloxacin in serum and pharmaceutical forms (tablets and ampoules) has been developed, based on the use of second-order derivative ultraviolet spectra. Spectrophotometric assay of pefloxacin in tablets and ampoules was carried out in 0.1 mol/L NaOH, while in serum it was performed in 0.1 mol/L NaOH with the addition of sodium dodecylsulfate, in 337–347 nm wavelength range. Linear calibration curves were obtained in the concentration ranges 2–30g/mL pefloxacin for tablets and ampoules and 0.12–5 g/ mL for serum samples. Relative error of determination, as criterion for accuracy, was less than 1%, while the precision was better than 4 ng/ml. The minimum detectable concentration of pefloxacin in serum was 15 ng/mL.     

Alkylation of cobalt and lutetium tetra(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)dodecachlorophthalocyanine complexes initiated with current

Electrochemical properties of tetra(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)dodecachlorophthalocyanine complexes of cobalt(II) and lutetium(III) in DMF solutions have been studied. It was suggested that in the presence ofn-butyl bromide, the electrochemically generated monoanionic complexes undergo alkylation at the metal atom. The geometries of the neutral and anionic complexes were calculated by the ZINDO/I semiempirical method. Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. Multilayer effects in liquid adsorption chromatography with mixed mobile phases

This paper describes the theory of liquid adsorption chromatography (LSC) with mixed mobile phase, involving formation of multilayer surface phases. An equation describing the dependence of the capacity ratio upon the mobile phase composition is derived and theoretical curves illustrating the same dependence are calculated accordingly by assuming different thicknesses of the surface phase.     

NMR Study of the Stoichiometry, Stability, and Ligand Interchange of Silver Ion-Hexathia-18-crown-6 Complex in Binary Dimethyl Sulfoxide Solvent Mixtures at 300 K

Proton NMR was used to study the complexation reaction between silver ion and hexathia-18-crown-6 in a number of binary mixed solvents of dimethyl sulfoxide with acetonitrile and methanol. Formation constants for the resulting 1:1 complexes in different solvent mixtures were determined by computer fitting of the chemical shift-mole ratio data. The influence of solvent composition on the stability of the resulting complex is discussed. The exchange kinetics of Ag⁺-hexathia-18-crown-6 in 70-30 wt.% dimethyl sulfoxide-acetonitrile and 75-25 wt.% dimethyl sulfoxide-methanol were studied by proton NMR line-shape analysis. In both solvent mixtures, the exchange of thiacrown ether between the free and complexed sites was found to proceed via a dissociative pathway. The exchange rates and the activation parameters E _a, H , S, and G for the ligand exchange were determined and the influence of solvent properties on these parameters discussed.     

Effect of tetrahydrofuran on the conductance and ion-pairing of hydrogen chloride in wet and dry methanol mixtures

The molar conductance of dilute solutions of HCl in wet (68.5% methanol + 31.5% tetrahydrofurane mixtures at 25°C have been measured. The data were analyzed using the Fuoss-Hsia equation to calculate the infinite dilution molar conductances and association constants. The trend of the limiting conductances in these mixtures as a function of the water content shows, once more, the peculiar minimum due to the anomalous proton conductance mechanism. From these data the limiting molar conductance in the anhydrous binary solvent system was evaluated. The percentage excess proton mobility with respect to potassium ion has also been determined. All these data are compared to those found in a binary isodielectric methanol mixture containing as cosolvent 1,4-dioxane. This comparison shows that proton mobilities are very similar in both solvent mixtures. The dielectric constants, refractive indices, viscosities and densities of the methanol-tetrahydrofuran mixtures in the whole mole fraction range have been measured and are reported. An analysis of the excess molar volumes and viscosities shows a slight deviation of this system from ideality.     

Effects of Nonionic, Cationic, and Mixed Nonionic-Cationic Surfactants on the Acid-Base Behavior of Phenyl Salicylate

The effects of Brij 35 micelles, CTABr micelles, and mixed Brij 35–CTABr micelles on the acid–base behavior of phenyl salicylate (PST) have been studied in aqueous solution containing 2% v/v acetonitrile. The apparent pK_b (pK^app_b) of PST is decreased by 1.5 pK units with the increase in [Brij 35] from 0 to 0.02 M which is attributed to micellar medium effect. The values of pK^app_b remain almost independent of [CTABr] within its range 0.01–0.03 M. The increase in [CTABr] from 0 to 0.03 M in aqueous solution containing 0.02 M Brij 35 has not resulted in a change in pK^app_b. This shows that the characeristic structural features of nonionic Brij 35 micelles remain essentially unchanged on addition of CTABr under the present experimental conditions.     

Preparation and characterization of Mg(II)-, Ca(II) and Cd(II) complexes of 1,2-ethanediol and water

Mixed ligand complexes of different compositions were prepared with water, sulfate ion and 1,2-ethanediol as ligand. IR spectra and the thermoanalytical curves of the complexes were recorded. Oxygen atoms bound by one or two coordinate bonds to the metal ion, or by hydrogen-bonds in the crystal, were observed. As for the water molecule, 1,2-ethanediol molecules of crystal and monohydrate type were found, depending on the type of binding of the oxygen atoms.This revised version was published online in November 2005 with corrections to the Cover Date.     

Mixed strategy solutions forN-person quadratic games

Mixed strategy -equilibrium points are given forN-person games with cost functions consisting of quadratic, bilinear, and linear terms and strategy spaces consisting of closed balls in Hilbert spaces. The results are applied to linear-quadratic differential games with no information and quadratic integral constraints on the control functions.This work was supported by a Commonwealth of Australia, Postgraduate Research Award.
