有机小分子的燃料电池具有重要的应用前景,人们对它在贵重金属上的电催化氧化进行了大量研究。Pd具有不同于其它贵重金属的特性,在甲酸氧化中表现出与其它金属不同的电催化机理。Gholamian报道了将Pt微粒修饰聚苯胺电极对甲酸氧化的电催化研究,我们发现以多聚磷酸作为支持电解质所聚合的聚苯胺(PAN)再修饰金属原子方面具有其独特之处,并且用Pt进行再修饰之后对甲酸氧化的催化活性明显高于文献[4]的报道。因此本实验选用多聚磷酸为支持电解质电聚合苯胺,然后将钯微粒嵌入沉积到PAN中,并研究其对甲酸氧化的电催化作用。 相似文献

Novel thermo-responsive hydrophilic microspheres were prepared by free radical polymerization of methacrylate bovine serum
albumin and N-isopropylacrylamide, as cross-linker and functional monomer, respectively. The incorporation of monomers in the network was
confirmed by infrared spectroscopy, while the network density and shape of hydrogels strictly depend on concentration of monomers
in the polymerization feed. The thermal analyses showed negative thermo-responsive behavior with pronounced water affinity
of microspheres at temperature lower than lower critical solution temperature (LCST). The in vitro release studies of drug-loaded
thermo-sensitive hydrogels were performed. Experimental data showed, for the copolymers with functional monomer/cross-linker
ratio ≤ 1, a predominant drug release in the collapsed state, while the copolymers with functional monomer/cross-linker ratio > 1
showed prominent drug release in the swollen state. Below the hydrogel LCST, drug release through the swollen polymeric networks

在pH 6.6的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,荧光桃红在520 nm有一个吸收峰,在560 nm处有一个荧光峰。当有小檗碱存在时,荧光桃红与小檗碱可形成稳定的紫红色缔合微粒。其最大吸收波长在560 nm,小檗碱浓度(c)在6.65×10-7~7.71×10-5mol·L-1范围内符合比尔定律,回归方程为A=1.051×104c+0.008 6,相关系数为0.996 9, 摩尔吸光系数为2.21×104 L·mol-1·cm-1。荧光桃红-小檗碱体系的光谱特性研究表明,小檗碱与荧光桃红主要通过静电引力形成疏水性的缔合微粒,在385,470,586 nm产生3个共振散射峰,560 nm荧光峰的降低是由于复合微粒形成所致。 相似文献

Magnetic fields can be used to control the movement of aqueous drops on non-patterned, silicon nanowire superhydrophobic surfaces. Drops of aqueous and biological fluids are controlled by introducing magnetizable carbonyl iron microparticles into the liquid. Key elements of operations such as movement, coalescence, and splitting of water and biological fluid drops, as well as electrochemical measurement of an analyte are demonstrated. Superhydrophobic surfaces were prepared using vapor–liquid–solid (VLS) growth systems followed by coating with a perfluorinated hydrocarbon molecule. Sporopollenin microparticles have been prepared form Lycopodium clavatum spores, defatted and incorporated into a porous methacrylate polymer monolith to enhance liquid chromatographic performance of different sets of small neutral molecules. A stable suspension between sporopollenin microparticles and porogenic solvents composed of 1-propanol and 1,4-butandiol has proved before preparation, and seven compositions with increasing sporopollenin microparticles were prepared inside fused silica tubing. After optimizing of the preparation conditions, the structure of the stationary phase was characterized by scanning electron microscopy, surface area analysis, thermodynamic study, short- and long-term precision, and hydrodynamic properties including mechanical stability, porosity, and permeability. The columns were successfully applied to improve the separation efficiency of different mixtures using capillary liquid chromatography. Addition of very small amount of sporopollenin microparticles to the methacrylate mixture enhanced the column efficiency from 3 to 5 times for ketonic and phenolic compounds and reduced the retention with the corresponding better resolution and peak shapes for all studied compounds. 相似文献
