本文采用MEMS加速度传感技术,触控技术以及无线射频的多功能鼠标的电路设计方案,首先系统通过三轴陀螺仪和三轴加速度计的数据进行实时采集,将采集到的数据传送给STM32微控制器,用于计算鼠标的位移、角度、角速度等参数,并利用无线模块将数据发送到接收端,再通过USB协议发送到电脑端。针对现有空中无线鼠标通信距离、电池供电等问题的限制,本文采用通信距离更长的2.4GHZ无线电波,可循环充电利用的锂电池替代传统电池供电,并且利用USB设备通信,在接收端将大容量存储设备与鼠标设备整合复用,可实现二者之间的任意切换,提高了该鼠标系统适应实际应用环境的能力。  相似文献

并联交错功率因数校正(powerfactorcorrection,PFC)具有能减小输入电流纹波,减小电感磁芯尺寸,减小输出电容纹波、功率因数高等优点.针对其优点,考虑将该变换器应用到强磁场中心的超导磁体电源的备用方案中,以弥补现在运行电源体积过大的不足.本文主要介绍了并联交错PFC的工作原理,对其参数进行设计和选型,分析了控制方法,利用SiC器件,搭建了1kW 的实验样机,实验验证了方案的可行性,为下一步超导磁体电源的升级改造提供了理论和工程经验。  相似文献

Undoped and fluorine doped tin oxide films were deposited from starting solutions having different values of solvent volume (10-50 ml) by employing a low cost and simplified spray technique using perfume atomizer. X-ray diffraction studies showed that there was a change in the preferential orientation from (2 1 1) plane to (1 1 0) plane as the volume of the solvent was increased. The sheet resistance (Rsh) of undoped SnO2 film was found to be minimum (13.58 KΩ/□) when the solvent volume was lesser (10 ml) and there was a sharp increase in Rsh for higher values of solvent volume. Interestingly, it was observed that while the Rsh increases sharply with the increase in solvent volume for undoped SnO2 films, it decreases gradually in the case of fluorine doped SnO2 films. The quantitative analysis of EDAX confirmed that the electrical resistivity of the sprayed tin oxide film was mainly governed by the number of oxygen vacancies and the interstitial incorporation of Sn atoms which in turn was governed by the impinging flux on the hot substrate. The films were found to have good optical characteristics suitable for opto-electronic devices.  相似文献

We investigate a new parallel all-optical clock recovery scheme based on heterodyne beats of an optical sideband-filtered signal. The oscillating clock signal is recovered when the filtered sideband is combined with a stable local oscillator. The filtering is performed with an optical resonator, which by nature provides possibility for multiwavelength operation. The local oscillator could be realized by a multiwavelength laser, whose emission wavelengths are injection seeded with carrier wavelengths of the input data. The output signal of such a configuration benefits from a reduced bit-pattern effect and a stable offset level. The sideband filtering is demonstrated for 23 simultaneous channels at 100 GHz DWDM grid, each hosting a data stream of 10 Gbit/s.  相似文献

大视场星敏感器光学系统,由于畸变量较大,在轨标定过程中,直接采用最小二乘最优估计(LMS)或扩展卡尔曼滤波方法(EKF)无法精确求解其标定参数。在深入分析星敏感器测量误差因素的基础上,对考虑畸变和不考虑畸变两种情况的在轨标定结果进行了仿真对比;指出了标定焦距之前需先标定光学畸变的必要性,并介绍了4种可用于在轨校正光学畸变的方法;提出先标定主点偏差,再标定光学畸变参数,最后标定焦距的标定方法。仿真结果表明,可以采用像面旋转法求取主点偏差,利用高阶多项式方法求取光学畸变参数,畸变校正后,采用LMS和EKF标定算法估计焦距,标定精度达到了3.1μm和2.2μm。对100幅模拟星图处理后,星间角距统计偏差约为传统在轨标定方法的1/10~1/8。  相似文献

This paper presents the derivation of the precise relation between the displacement of a light spot on an object's surface and the displacement of its image on the detector in an optical triangulation device, along with applications of the design of triangulation devices. A nondestructive selection technique for predicting ionizing radiation effects of commercial metal-oxide-semiconductor (MOS) devices has been put forward. The basic principle and application details of this technique have been discussed. Practical application for the 54HC04 and 54HC08 circuits has shown that the predicted radiation-sensitive parameters such as threshold voltage, static power supply current and radiation failure total dose are consistent with the experimental results obtained only by measuring original electrical parameters. It is important and necessary to choose suitable information parameters. This novel technique can be used for initial radiation selection of some commercial MOS devices.  相似文献

We propose an all-optical switch of the Mach-Zehnder interferometer type using an active nonlinear ring resonator and analyse the significance of the parameter A, a product of gain and total loss, for performing an ideal 1 by 2 switch. We found that in the range of 1-κ≤A≤\sqrt{1-κ}, the increment of A can compensate the losses inside the ring, therefore increase the finesse of the ring and enhance the nonlinearity contribution to reduce the switching power threshold effectively. We also emphasize the importance of the initial switching point and discuss the feasibility of utilizing a high-nonlinear fibre in the ring.  相似文献
