A new approach for the stereoselective synthesis of (2R,3S)-2-amino-3,4-dihydroxybutyric acid, an α-amino acid from Lyophyllum ulmarium, has been accomplished using an ether directed aza-Claisen rearrangement. On investigation of optimal conditions for this key step it was shown for the first time that Au(I) can be used to catalyse this transformation. 相似文献

Interactions of α-cyclodextrin (α-CD) with dimyristoylphosphatidylcholine (DMPC) and Egg phosphatidylcholine (Egg-PC) were studied (i) by analyzing surface
pressure-area isotherms and surface tension of phospholipid monolayers formed at the interface between air and α-CD aqueous solutions and (ii) by X-ray diffraction performed on fully hydrated α-CD/phospholipid binary mixtures. The cyclodextrin molecules strongly interact with the two-dimension phospholipid assembly.
Their addition into the aqueous sub-phase leads to the removal of part of the phospholipids from the air-water interface:
the higher the α-CD concentration, the higher the phospholipid depletion. This should preferentially involve interactions between cyclodextrin
and the phosphatidylcholine head group as α-CD is water-soluble and not surface-active. At the three-dimension level, the bilayer packing of the phospholipid lamellar
phase appears not affected by the presence of cyclodextrin as shown by X-ray scattering at small angles whereas wide-angle
diffraction patterns reveal the formation of a crystalline phase organized in a pseudo-hexagonal lattice usually characteristic
of α-CD dimers. These results point out that α-CD should interact with bilayer-forming phospholipid molecules but likely according to a process that would preserve intact
at least a part of the multilamellar assembly. 相似文献

The photooxidation of Azure A and fluorescence properties of Azure A and its photoproduct have been investigated in aqueous media and in the presence of-cyclodextrin (-CD). The fluorescence intensity of the complex formed between the photoproduct and -CD was found to be three times higher than that of the uncomplexed Azure A photoproduct. A complex formation constant of 110±40 M–1 was calculated using the Benesi-Hildebrand treatment of the fluorescence emission data. Although the stoichiometry of the Azure A photoproduct: -CD complex was found to be 1: 1, it seems that the Azure A structure is only partially included. Calibration graphs were plotted for the free Azure A photoproduct and the photogenerated product included in -CD. The analytical parameters and quantification limits were determined. 相似文献

Two guests reacting with cyclodextrins (CDs) may form ternary complexes, in addition to the common competition of 1:1 complexes. One of the guests can really be included into the cavity of the CD, while the second guest molecule is either inserted close to the first one or attached to the outer surface of the supramolecule by H-bonding. There is a further possibility when the included guest bears a substituent outside the cavity and the second guest can interact with it. The properties of the ternary species formed are highly influenced by the solely (or primarily) included guest. The changes are attributed to the altered properties of the hydrophilic domain of the CD. The phenomena can be proved by NMR data obtained for some binary systems of -CD inclusion complexes and acetic acid and by the stability constants of the ternary complexes formed. Allosteric effects as well as coenzyme/apoenzyme/substrate interactions could be well modelled by these types of CD complexes. 相似文献

Poly(L -lactide-co-β-malic acid) was obtained after the hydrogenolysis of the copolymer of L -lactide (L-LA) and β-benzyl malate (MA). 1H-NMR demonstrated that the composition of the copolymer was identical to the feeding dose. Thermal property study revealed the morphology of the copolymer could be changed from semi-crystalline to amorphous with increasing hydrophilic β-malic acid content. The copolymers with 8 and 13 mol% β-malic acid content possessed enough mechanical property for fabricating cell scaffold. Degradation result demonstrated that most of the hydrophilic β-malic acid units broke down from the copolymer within 1 week and the ester bond between L -lactide and β-malic acid hydrolyzed prior to the inner ester bond of poly(L -lactide) (PLLA). The stability constants were measured of inclusion complexes formed from aromatic amino acids and their oligopeptides with - and-cyclodextrin, hydroxypropyl-cyclodextrin, and partially methylated-cyclodextrin. The method of competitive spectrophotometry withp-nitrophenol as a competing reagent was used, and measurements were made at pH 7.4-Cyclodextrin formed complexes of higher stability than the other hosts. The stability of complexes of oligopeptides containing L-phenylalanine was invariably higher than that of L-phenylalanine itself. A model for interaction of proteins with cyclodextrins is proposed, in which the most stable complexes are formed when the native functional form of proteins is unfolded and the nonpolar residues that are buried inside the structure are exposed to water. The complexation of the unfolded structure favors its formation; thus thermal denaturation of proteins is easier in the presence of cyclodextrins. On the other hand, this complexation prevents the intermolecular association of unfolded structures by noncovalent hydrophobic bonding between the exposed nonpolar residues; furthermore, the unfolded complexed forms may revert to the native functional form. This prevention of intermolecular association may explain the stabilizing effect of cyclodextrins on solutions of proteins: a return to the native form is achieved more easily from the complexed, unfolded form than from the unfolded, aggregated forms.Dedicated to Professor József Szejtli. 相似文献

Observation that rates of dehydrobromination of trans-β-bromostyrene (1) and the Hofmann degradation of tetrabutyl ammonium cation depend on strength of base in different ways and that treatment of 1 with base results in fast abstraction of the β-proton imply the possibility that the dehydrobromination of 1 could proceed via α-elimination and Ph migration. In order to clarify this question, β-13C-labeled 1 was obtained and subjected to PTC dehydrobromination which proceeds without migration of Ph. The obtained results are consistent with an irreversible E1cB mechanism. 相似文献

-, and -cyclodextrin and heptakis-2,6-di-O-methyl--cyclodextrin enhance the nitrosation rate of l-ephedrine if the nitrosation assay procedure (NAP test) is applied. During this reaction with -cyclodextrin a solid inclusion compound of -cyclodextrin andN-nitrosoephedrine precipitates. Solubilities and stabilities of inclusion compounds of the cyclodextrins with ephedrine and nitrosoephedrine, respectively, explain especially the catalytic effects of some cyclodextrins on ephedrine.Part of the PhD thesis of V.
