(R)-4-Menthenone in the synthesis of optically pure sex pheromone of the peach leafminer moth (Lyonetia clerkella)

The synthesis of (14S)-methyloctadec-1-ene, sex pheromone of the peach leafminer moth (Lyonetia clerkella), is described to demonstrate a new potential of the synthetic use of (R)-4-menthenone.     

轻希土硫氰酸盐与2, 3, 11, 12, -四苯基-1, 4, 7, 10, 13, 16-六氧-2, 11-十八环二烯配合物的合成及XPS研究

合成了六种轻希土硫氰酸盐与标题不饱和冠醚的新固体配合物,进行了元素分析,摩尔电导率、DTA、UV、IR和XPS等表征.对Ln(NCS)₃·L和Ln(NCS)₃的XPS研究中,得到它们组成原子芯能级电子(Ln3d_5/2,Ols,Nls,S2p)的结合能信息;观察到除Y3d_5/2外Ln3d_5/2(Ln=La、Ce、Pr、Nd、和Sm)的伴峰结构,Ln3d_5/2结合能与原子序数呈线性关系,并推断类似化合物Pm³d_5/2结合能在1035eV附近.     

Effects of Calcination on the Physical and Photocatalytic Properties of TiO<Subscript>2</Subscript> Powders Prepared by Sol–Gel Template Method

TiO₂ powders were prepared by sol–gel template method and calcined under different conditions. XRD, BET and TEM were used to characterize the TiO₂ powders obtained. The photocatalytic activity of TiO₂ was investigated by the degradation of methyl orange. It was found that TiO₂ powder has the highest photocatalytic activity at a calcination temperature of 673 K. The effects of physical properties such as surface area, crystallinity and crystal phase on the photocatalytic activity of TiO₂ were discussed.     

七-O-乙酰基-β-乳糖异硫氰酸酯的合成、表征及电化学研究

本文合成了并培养出了七-O-乙酰基—β—乳糖异硫氰酸酯的单晶，用X射线衍射分析了其晶体结构。结果表明，晶体为正交晶系，P2₁2₁2₁空间群，a＝1．23282(7)，b＝1．80012(10)，c＝1.85230(10) nm，α＝β＝γ＝90°，V＝4．1107(4) nm³，Z＝4。电化学实验观测到单链DNA和双链DNA对该化合物的峰电流均有明显降低作用，表明化合物与DNA发生了静电作用。

以萘磺酸甲醛缩合物为分散剂，水溶性羟丙基甲基纤维素衍生物为粘稠剂，研究了它们的混合物对混凝土材料的分散性与粘稠性及其它性能的影响，并探索了其作用机理。     

Comparison of triel bonds with different chalcogen electron donors: Its dependence on triel donor and methyl substitution

The complexes between R₃Tr (Tr = B, Al, and Ga; R = H, F, Cl, and Br) and H₂X (X = O, S, and Se) were theoretically studied. The interaction energies of R₃Al⋯H₂X and R₃Ga⋯H₂X are consistent with the electronegativity of the halogen atom R (R ≠ H), but an opposite dependence is found for R₃B⋯H₂X. The triel bond of R₃Tr⋯H₂X is weaker for the heavier chalcogen donor. The dependence of triel bonding strength on the triel atom is complicated, depending on the nature of R and X. The methyl substitution of H₂X causes a substantial increase in the interaction energy from −5.74 kcal/mol to −22.88 kcal/mol, and its effect is relevant to the nature of Tr, X, and R groups. For the S and Se donors, the increased percentage of interaction energy is almost the same due to the methyl substitution, which is larger than that of the O analogue. In most triel-bonded complexes, electrostatic dominates and polarization has comparable contribution. However, polarization plays a dominant role in R₃B⋯ and R₃B⋯ (R = Cl and Br; R′ = H and Me).     

A PMMA composite as an optical diffuser in a liquid crystal display backlighting unit (BLU)

The effect of thermo-physical properties, relative humidity and stiffness on the warpage of a poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) diffusing plate modified with glass fibers in a direct-lit backlight unit (BLU) of a liquid crystal display (LCD) was investigated. The warpage of the PMMA diffusing composites modified with a glass fiber were significantly reduced relative to that of a conventional PMMA diffusing plate. Luminance and scattering characteristics of the PMMA diffusing composites having 5, 10, 20 vol% of glass fibers were measured. Although the luminance of the composite was lowered as increasing the volume fractions of glass fibers in the PMMA composites, good brightness uniformity of the composites on a light source was obtained.     

在涂层TiO2改性铜催化剂上甲醇脱氢制甲酸甲酯

在常压和２５０℃下，考察了涂层ＴｉＯ２改性铜催化剂上甲醇脱氢生成甲酸甲酯的活性和选择性以及催化剂的稳定性。结果表明，涂层ＴｉＯ２明显提高了铜催化剂的活性和稳定性。在所考察的铜催化剂中，以Ｃｕ／ＴｉＯ２／ＡｌＯ３的催化活性最高，甚至高于离子交换法制备的Ｃｕ（ｅｘ）／ＳｉＯ２催化剂。ＸＰＳ分析表明，Ｃｕ／ＴｉＯ２／ＡｌＯ３中存在着两种化学环境不同的ＣＵ（０），即负载在ｒ－ＡＬＯ３和ＴｉＯ２－Ａｌ２Ｏ３
