A novel dihydroisocoumarin, 3,4‐dihydro‐6,8‐dihydroxy‐3‐(2′‐acetyl‐3′‐hydroxy‐5′‐methoxy)methyl‐1H‐[2]benzopyran‐1‐one, was isolated from the chloroform extract of the sap of the traditional herb Aloe vera. Its structure was determined by high‐resolution negative fast atom bombardment mass spectrometry (MS), 2D NMR spectroscopy and x‐ray crystallography. The molecular structure was elucidated by 2D NMR analysis. The complete assignment of the 1H and 13C NMR spectra of this compound was performed by using 1H detected one‐bond heteronuclear multiple quantum correlation (HMQC) and long‐range (two and three bonds) heteronuclear multiple quantum bond correlation (HMBC) experiments. The condensation reaction of formaldehyde and methyl formate to form methyl glycolate and methyl methoxy acetate catalyzed by p-toluenesulfonic acid and different Lewis acid compounds has been investigated. The composite catalytic system consisting of p-toluenesulfonic acid and NiX2 (X = Cl, Br, I), especially NiI2, exhibited a high catalytic performance for the condensation reaction, the total yield of MG and MMAc was up to 72.37%.  相似文献

Three novel ring D opened limonoids corresponding to the phragmalin 8,9,14-orthoacetate with the addition of methyl 2,30-orthoacetate or a propionate, swietenialides A, B, and C and two ring-D opened phragmalin-type 1,8,9-orthoacetates, swietenialides D and E, were isolated together with one known mexicanolide, 2-hydroxyswietenin, from the ether extract of the stem bark of Swietenia mahogani JACQ. The electrooxidation of naproxen was studied, for the first time, using boron‐doped diamond (BDD) electrode by cyclic and differential pulse voltammetry (CV and DPV) in nonaqueous solvent supporting electrolyte system. The results were also compared with glassy carbon electrode (GC) under the same conditions. Naproxen undergoes one electron transfer resulting in the formation of cation radical for the first electrooxidation step, which follows other chemical and electrochemical steps such as deprotonation, removal of another electron and the attack of nucleophile (ECEC mechanism). BDD electrode provided higher signal to background ratio, well resolved and highly reproducible cyclic voltammograms than the GC electrode. With a scan rate of 50 mV s?1 and pulse height of 50 ms, respectively, the DPV technique was able to determine the naproxen concentrations in the range of 0.5 to 50 μM with a detection limit of 30 nM. The influence of interference compounds namely 2‐acetyl‐6‐methoxy naphthalene (AMN) on naproxen oxidation can also be followed successfully. Moreover, the percentage of AMN present in the standard chemical form of a mixture containing naproxen can be found accurately. Rapidity, precise and good selectivity were also found for the determination of naproxen in pharmaceutical formulations.  相似文献

The lignin preparations isolated from pine and beech wood were subjected to a thermogravimetric analysis (TG). The lignin preparations were also used to obtain samples of different degrees of thermal degradation characterised by mass-losses in the interval from 10 to 60% of their initial mass. These samples were subjected to elementary analysis and the content of methoxy groups. It was observed that the content of these functional groups declined in products in which the degree of thermal degradation exceeded 30%, which corresponds to temperatures over 450°C. 1H and 13C NMR spectra of 8-C-beta-D-[2-O-(E)-p-coumaroyl] glucopyranosyl-2-(2-hydroxy)propyl-7-methoxy-5-methylchromone were completely assigned by 2D NMR observations. Especially the 1H assignments of the glucosyl and hydroxyl protons were achieved by utilizing HMQC, HMBC, 1H-1H COSY and DEPT techniques together with a heavy water exchange 1H NMR experiment.  相似文献

The decomposition of methoxy on Cu(111), Ag(111), Au(111), Ni(111), Pt(111), Pd(111), and Rh(111) has been studied in detail by the density functional theory calculations. The calculated activation barriers were successfully correlated with the coupling matrix element V 2 ad and the d-band center (ε d ) for the group IB metals and group VIII metals, respectively. By comparison of the activation energy barriers of the methoxy decomposition on different metals, it was found that Pt is the best catalyst for methoxy decomposition. The possible reason why the metallic Pt is the best catalyst has been analyzed from both the energetic data and the electronic structure information, that is, methoxy decomposition on Pt(111) has the largest exothermic behavior due to the closest p-band center of the CH 3 O among all metals after the adsorption.  相似文献
