The enantioseparation of twelve pairs of structurally related 1‐aryl‐1‐indanone derivatives was studied in the normal‐phase mode using three different polysaccharide‐type chiral stationary phases, namely Chiralpak IB, Chiralpak IC, and Chiralpak ID. n‐Hexane/2‐propanol and n‐hexane/ethanol were employed as mobile phases. Among all the investigated chiral columns, Chiralpak IC exhibited the most universal and the best enantioseparation ability toward all the racemates, particularly with the mobile phase composed of n‐hexane/2‐propanol (90/10, v/v). Then the effects of column temperature on retention and enantioselectivity were examined in the range of 25–40°C. Satisfactory enantioseparation was obtained at ambient temperature. The natural logarithm of retention and separation factors (ln k and ln α) versus the reciprocal of absolute temperature (1/T) (Van't Hoff plots) were found to be linear for all racemates, indicating that the retention and separation mechanisms were independent of temperature in the range investigated. Then, the thermodynamic parameters (ΔΔH°, ΔΔS°, and ΔΔG°) were calculated from Van't Hoff plots. These values indicated that the solute transfer from the mobile to stationary phase was enthalpically favorable, and the process of enantioseparation was mainly enthalpy controlled. At last, the impact of small changes in molecular structures of the tested 1‐indanone derivatives on enantioseparation was also discussed.  相似文献

采用普通溶液法合成了配合物[Zn(eiqnthz)_2]·DMF(1)和[Zn3(piqnthz)_2Cl_2]·2H_2O(2)(Heiqnthz=N,N′-乙酰异喹啉甲酰肼,H2piqnthz=N,N′-丙酰异喹啉甲酰肼)。通过X射线单晶衍射分析、X射线粉末衍射分析、红外光谱分析、热重分析以及荧光光谱分析等分析方法对2个配合物进行结构测定和性质表征。结构分析表明配合物1是单核结构,单斜晶系,空间群为C2/c,锌离子周围有4个氮原子和2个氧原子与之配位,形成一个畸变的N4O2八面体构型。配合物2属于单斜晶系,C2/c空间群,三核结构。中心原子Zn(1)、Zn(2)、Zn(3)均为5配位,Zn(1)、Zn(3)位于分子两端并且是变形四角锥配位构型,Zn(2)位于中间形成三角双锥配位构型,整体呈V字型。荧光分析表明Heiqnthz、H2piqnthz与锌(Ⅱ)离子配位后其荧光都发生较大的红移。  相似文献

In this paper, a mild and green protocol has been developed for the synthesis of quinazoline derivatives. The catalytic activity of 7‐aminonaphthalene‐1,3‐disulfonic acid‐functionalized magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles (Fe3O4@SiO2@Propyl–ANDSA) was investigated in the one‐pot synthesis of new derivatives of tetrahydrotetrazolo[1,5‐a]quinazolines and tetrahydrobenzo[h]tetrazolo[5,1‐b]quinazolines from the reaction of aldehydes, 5‐aminotetrazole, and dimedone or 6‐methoxy‐3,4‐dihyronaphtalen‐1(2H)‐one at 100 °C in H2O/EtOH as the solvent. The catalyst was characterized before and after the organic reaction. Fe3O4@SiO2@Propyl–ANDSA showed remarkable advantages in comparison with previous methods. Advantages of the method presented here include easy purification, reusability of the catalyst, green and mild procedure, and synthesis of new derivatives in high yields within short reaction time.  相似文献

开发和利用环境保护型的可再生新能源是缓和与解决能源环境问题的重要举措.生物质可作为燃料和可再生平台化学品的来源.高含氧量与过度官能化的生物质原料不能直接使用,因此降低生物质原料的含氧量并将其转化为燃料与增值化学品的方法是实现生物质能广泛应用的关键.还原脱氧的方法主要有热解、水解、氢解、脱羧/脱羰反应、加氢脱氧与脱氧脱水反应等.本综述详细介绍了铼、钼、钒、钌等四种过渡金属催化的由二元醇及多元醇制备相应烯烃的脱氧脱水反应,主要从均相催化、还原剂使用、机理研究和非均相催化等方面做了多角度的总结.铼催化的脱氧脱水反应具有选择性好和烯烃产率高等优点,钼、钒、钌等金属是可能替代昂贵的铼金属的催化剂.  相似文献

Two new cryptic 3,4-dihydronaphthalen-(2H)-1-one (1-tetralone) derivatives, aspvanicin A (1) and its epimer aspvanicin B (2), as well as several known cryptic metabolites (38), were obtained from the ethyl acetate extract of the co-culture of the endophytic fungus Aspergillus versicolor KU258497 with the bacterium Bacillus subtilis 168 trpC2 on solid rice medium. When A. versicolor was cultured axenically in liquid Wickerham medium supplemented with 3.5% DMSO, an additional three known secondary metabolites (911) were isolated that were lacking when the fungus was fermented on rice medium. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated using one- and two-dimensional NMR spectroscopy as well as HRESIMS. The relative and absolute configurations of 1 and 2 were determined by the combination of NMR and electronic circular dichroism (ECD) analysis aided by DFT conformational analysis and TDDFT-ECD calculations. The ECD calculations revealed that although the sign of the blue-shifted overlapping n-π1 ECD transition follows the helicity rule of cyclic aryl ketones, the calculation of low-energy conformers and ECD spectra was necessary to determine the stereochemistry. All metabolites were assessed for their antibacterial and cytotoxic activities; one of the new diastereomers, compound 2, showed moderate cytotoxic activity against the mouse lymphoma cell line L5178Y.  相似文献

The Baylis-Hillman (BH) reaction plays a fascinating role in the field of synthetic and medicinal chemistry. BH adducts and their derivatives have been used as crucial synthons for the synthesis of various pharmaceutically useful natural products and compounds with carbocyclic or heterocyclic frameworks. This digest letter aims to discuss some key ideas for the synthesis of biologically active scaffolds using BH reaction and raise the awareness of this emerging research domain in modern drug discovery. 1,10-N,N′-bis-(β-d-ureidoglucopyranosyl)-4,7,13-trioxa-1,10-diazacyclopentadecane is a new, recently synthesized compound, which exhibits complexation ability towards drugs. In the present study various theoretical methods, including molecular mechanics, computer simulations, semiempirical and DFT calculations, are applied to find the lowest energy conformers of this molecule in vacuo and in aqueous solution. For the most stable structures the vibrational frequencies as well as the C and H chemical shifts were computed. Along with the theoretical investigation the IR in the KBr discs and the NMR spectra in water and in pyridine were experimentally recorded. It is shown that in the lowest energy structures the two glucosyl units are placed on the same side of the diazacrown ring with their mutual orientations favoring formation of hydrogen bonds. The “open” structure, in which no such hydrogen bonds can be formed, is found to have much higher energy. The computed and measured IR spectra and NMR chemical shifts are compared and discussed in detail. The most stable structures are analyzed with respect to the possible mechanism of complexation of drugs.  相似文献

The reactivity of 2,3-dehydroproline and 2,3-dehydropipecolic acid methyl ester derivatives with S-nucleophiles in the thio-Michael addition reaction has been explored. The addition of triphenylmethanethiol and subsequent trityl cleavage led to the corresponding cis- and trans-(±)-3-mercaptoproline and pipecolic acid derivatives in good yields.  相似文献
