Glass-like sol-gel coatings have been investigated as corrosion protective coatings on stainless steel. Magnesium- and borosilicate coatings with thickness of about 100–700 nm and methyl-modified SiO2 coatings with a thickness of about 2 m were deposited on stainless steel plates by dip-coating. The coatings were densified between 400°C and 500°C in different atmospheres (N2, air) for 1 h. The corrosion protection against gaseous attack was investigated by accelerated corrosion tests, at 800°C in air for 1 h. A corrosion protection factor was calculated from the relation Fe/Fe2O3, determined by XRD on the surface of coated and uncoated samples. Methyl-modified SiO2 coatings showed a protection factor, which was 2 orders of magnitude higher than for the other coatings. Electrochemical investigations were performed on samples submerged in a NaCl solution for 200 h. The corrosion propagation, polarization resistance and impedance vector were measured. For accelerated corrosion tests, polarization intensity curves were determined for high potentials of up to 1 V. Again excellent results were obtained for the methyl-modified SiO2 coatings, which remained passive for 200 h. Results of the salt spray corrosion test, however, showed no corrosion protection by the sol-gel coatings. After 2000 h in the salt spray chamber the steel was corroded and the coatings peeled off. It is concluded that for the further development of these coatings an improved interfacial passivation will be required.  相似文献

以天然水菱镁矿为原料,通过"煅烧-水化-煅烧"的简单方法制备了高比表面积介孔网状MgO,且实验过程中无须加入任何试剂。系统性研究了氧化镁用量、吸附时间、吸附温度及pH对氧化镁吸附模拟废水中铅离子吸附性能的影响,揭示了吸附机理,并考察了氧化镁对多种离子的吸附效果。结果表明:该氧化镁吸附剂具有188 m2·g-1的高比表面积和0.85 cm3·g-1的高孔体积,平均孔径为12.33 nm,其吸附动力学和等温线数据与伪二级模型和Langmuir模型高度吻合,表明重金属离子在氧化镁上为单层化学吸附。MgO介孔网状结构表现出对Pb(Ⅱ)的高吸附性能,最大吸附量为7 431.5 mg·g-1,该数值远高于其他报道的基于MgO吸附剂的数值,铅去除率高达99.8%以上。介孔网状MgO的吸附机理主要是羟基官能团以及Mg(Ⅱ)与MgO表面重金属离子之间的离子交换所致。另外,该氧化镁可同时吸附多种离子,对Cd、Cr、Ni、As、Co、P、Se、Be、Bi、Cu、Fe、Mn、V、Zn、Al离子均具有优异的吸附性能。  相似文献

The effect of the nature of the silicate support on the activity and selectivity of 10%. Co/M silicate catalysts (where M=Cu, Zn, Ce, Ti, Hf, La, Al, Zr, Co, Mg) in the synthesis of hydrocarbons from CO and H2 has been established. Summary PLOT columns have been prepared with kaolin as the liquid phase support. These columns show good efficiency with different stationary phases and good thermal stability with polar phases. Purification and reversible immobilization of d-amino acid oxidase from Trigonopsis variabilis could be simultaneously accomplished by hydrophobic interaction on Phenyl Sepharose CL-4B in the presence of 50 mM pyrophosphate buffer (pH 8.5). The presence of a high salt concentration of 2M, which is generally required for the hydrophobic interactions, was not essential for the hydrophobic immobilization. The enzyme in free as well as immobilized form was optimally active between pH 7.0 and 9.0. The immobilized preparation could be reused in a batch process for the conversion of d-amino acids to α-keto acids. When the activity of the preparation dropped below practical limits, the gel could be regenerated by water wash and recharged with fresh crude extract from yeast.  相似文献

Composite oxide MOx/Al2O3 supported gold catalysts for low-temperature CO oxidation were prepared and investigated. The presence of transition metal oxide was proved to be beneficial to the improvement of catalytic performance of Au/Al2O3 catalysts for low-temperature CO oxidation. Furthermore, the influence of various pretreatment conditions on Au/MOx/Al2O3 catalysts was studied carefully. The image of TEM showed that gold catalyst with small gold particles only in the form of a fine dispersion exhibited highly catalytic activity. The XPS, Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy characterization results of Au/FeOx/Al2O3 catalyst showed that gold catalysts having partially oxidized gold species have the best catalytic performance. One possible pathway for CO oxidation on Au/FeOx/Al2O3 catalyst is that the CO adsorbed on gold particles reacts with adsorbed oxygen, which is possible to occur on oxygen vacancies on the support or at the metal–support interface.  相似文献

Crystal Structures of MgCrO4-type Li2VCl4 and Spinel-type Li2MgCl4 and Li2CdCl4 The crystal structures of the ternary lithium chlorides Li2MCl4 (M = Mg, V, Cd) have been determined firstly by X-ray single-crystal experiments. Li2MgCl4 and Li2CdCl4 crystallize in an inverse spinel structure (space group Fd3 m, Z = 8, a = 1 040.1(2) and 1 062.06(9) pm, structural parameters u = 0.25699(2) and 0.2550(1), R = 1.7 and 3.7% for 218 and 211 unique reflections). The Li? Cl distances of the tetrahedrally coordinated Li+ ions are significantly greater than calculated with Shannon's crystal radii ( > 238 ± 1 instead of 233 pm). Contrary to the results of X-ray powder data reported in the literature, Li2VCl4 crystallizes in the distorted spinel structure of MgCr2O4 type (space group F4 3m, Z = 8, a = 1 037.49(2) pm, R = 5.9% for 217 unique reflections). The decrease of the site symmetry of the octahedrally coordinated ions (V2+, Li+) from 3 m to 3m resulting in contracted and widened tetrahedral M4 entities of the spinel structure is obviously caused by V? V metal—metal bonds (shortest V? V distance 366.2(7) pm).  相似文献

A new stereoselective method is developed for the synthesis of 1-chloro-, 1-alkoxy-, and 1-N,N-dialkylaminoalumino-cyclopentanes from -olefins, metallic magnesium, and aluminum halides (AlCl3, RO-AlCl2, R2N-AlCl2) in the presence of catalytic amounts of Cp2ZrCl2 (Cp=5-C5H5). This paper reports a first approach on the kinetics parameters of terbium-activated magnesium orthosilicate using various methods. A deconvolution has also used for taking into account a more complex glow-curve structure.
